This is a decent spot to have near the office. Their prices are okay and the quality is pretty good. I usually get the hot buffet for lunch. Their salad + small soup special is also a great value under $8. But some of the snack items are extremely overpriced and lately the cashiers have been really rude even though I frequent the place often.. read more

Watch what they do with your credit card. Twice I caught them giving me a total that was going on my card, and the final receipt showed more. I'm not sure what fees they're adding on, but they were not honest about how much was being charged. read more

I usually love the salads here but today I found a little metal hook in my meal when I went upstairs to the sitting area to eat. When I went to tell the manager she immediately said that it didn't come from their salad bar and pretty much said I was lying. I don't quite understand why she thought that especially since I didn't ask for a refund or a replacement salad. I was not telling her to get a hand out. I was telling her so that she could have the staff check heir equipment and make sure it was safe but she kept shaking her head and saying they were not responsible for it. I told her it was illogical for her to think was lying but she would not listen. I honestly don't understand how she thought I would benefit from going to of my way to bring it to her attention. She was smirking at me and almost laughing at me. Then she went back to the guys at the salad bar who, of course, shook their heads furiously and acted like I was crazy. They didn't even apologize or thank me for bringing it up! I could have bitten down on that thing and damaged my teeth or the soft tissue in my mouth. They obviously only care about their customers if they pay up and shut up. I will not be eating there again. read more

Came here at 3:25pm- the grill is closed and they're cleaning up. I came here for the biminbop but no dice. However the hot bar is half off. Not much of a selection today as I saw 5 people speeding to grab the good stuff. I was able to try the glass noodles which had good flavor. Maybe I'll come back earlier during lunch hours. read more

This is my go-to lunch spot. Salads are awesome because you get unlimited non-proteins. Buffet is pretty solid and changes every day a bit. The asian grill is great and the portions are huge. My go-to are the hot sandwiches. For 7.95, you get a HUGE sandwich plus a free can of soda, can't beat that. ***Credit card payment is in the BACK near the salad and sodas. Front register is CASH ONLY. They never make it clear... Biggest complaint about Delicacy is how you always end up smelling like smoke/grease because the grill isn't properly ventilated. I don't eat there specifically because I don't want to smell like smoke for the rest of the day. read more

clean place - kind of busy today at lunch... i ordered a chicken caesar wrap. was loaded with chicken. i'm so used places loading them with romaine lettuce and no chicken. this place definitely gave you your $'s worth. kudos to them on that. the wrap overall was pretty tasty. would order it again for sure. highly recommend them based on first visit. will be going back at some point. read more

My most recent favorite lunch place. I tried the Korean station and the bimbimbap is huge (almost two meals for a lady). Recently i also tried the panini and brick oven sandwich, both of them are very nice. Had the chiptole chicken panini with avocado grilled chicken chiptole sauce and cheese. The avocado is so fresh and creamy. Also love the turkey brie brick oven sandwich. Oh...the quesadilla is good as well but again the portion is bit too large for me. I love this place for a quick inexpensive lunch. First, they have plenty of variety- Korean food, stir fry options, rice dishes, ramen (& other Asian soups), regular deli soups, deli sandwiches, salad station, hot bar buffet, pastries, juice bar, etc. Ramen soup was tasty in a big styrofoam container. All the sandwiches and panninis I've gotten have been very good. Deli soups are standard, but there's a good variety available daily. Tons of drink options. They stop making deli sandwiches and salads after 3, so you'll have to pick from what's left behind the counter after that time. Employees working the food stations and at the cash registers are very polite. I tip them every time I see one of them putting up with some obnoxiously rude customer in a hurry, silently and with a polite smile on their face. You have to be really careful with this place, it's the second time I got food that was bad, the soup was turned / spoiled, and I got seek from the sandwich. The customer service is terrible. When I got back with my bad soup, it was hard to get my money back. I would never go to this place again and would not recommend anyone to go there! read more

I wouldn't normally leave a review of a place like this as its just your typical NYC deli but it was just so disgusting that I felt I should warn others. FYI, I'm only commenting on the traditional buffet in the back. They have a bakery, korean food and a salad bar that looked better. Literally everything I purchased was disgusting. The salad was soggy and old, sesame chicken tastes like some other kind of meat and some other sauce.....in my last bite of 'chicken' I bit into what seemed to be small bones. I had to spit it out. The mashed potatoes and fish were cold. These are all basic food items found on a buffet and I'm not sure how they managed to make it that bad. Otherwise the environment and upstairs dining area seemed nice, clean and new. read more

Cute place. Kind of small but there is seating upstairs. I had the chicken teriyaki for lunch. They have two different kinds, one behind the counter and the other on the buffet line. They keep the white rice behind the counter so I asked for the white rice and used the chicken on the buffet; it looked more like I was expecting with darker sauce. I was disappointed in the vegetable selection since I was only gettin rice and meat, but my meal was pretty good. I'd definitely go again. I've only had the kimchi fried rice and bibimbap. Both are very good but my only gripe is the greasiness. It's usually drenched in oil so if you're watching your diet, I would avoid the stir frys. read more

The buffet bar is awesome. Teriyaki chicken is the go- to. Their salad bar is also great and reasonably priced. I was surprised when I went to the register that I also get a soup with the salad! The two guys that make the breakfast wraps are AWFUL people. Only because I didn't hear clearly what they asked and had them repeated the question politely, they intentionally delayed to make my order (after every person behind me in the line got what they ordered) and intentionally didn't make me what I want (just a typical egg&cheese panini for god's sake). Then one of the guy put the breakfast box onto the counter viciously with a heavy sound. I'm not sure if they are discriminate or just rude and less-educated. Food is Good. Standard deli that has a little bit of everything (salads/soups, sandwiches, sushi and a grill but I went and ordered a smoothie today. It was undrinkable. For a medium smoothie they out in one banana and 2 strawberries, maybe 4 blueberries followed but limitless skim milk and ice. Clearly they do not know what they are doing. This place is great! The price of the buffet is way cheaper than Bread & Butter next door. Not only that, the cashiers are actually nice (and don't short you, unlike Bread & Butter cashiers). They have all different types of foods, but I usually just go for the buffet. read more

Fresh foods are good. Beware of their packaged nuts and trail mixes in the clear containers. Some of the nutritional information is wrong. For those that are watching what they eat like diabetics, this is a recipe for disaster. (i.e. There is NO way there's just 1 gram of sugar in trail mix with M & M's and Butter Toffee Cashews.) Some varieties are missing labels all together. read more

I tried delicacy again, because the seating is great and the service is fast. Got tacos this time instead of ramen. Once again, I was served something pretty tasteless with a vile aftertaste. I'm pretty sure this is the result of the meat sitting out in the buffet for ages. Nasty and inedible. Hoping it doesn't give me an upset stomach like last time. I REALLY want to like this place because it's so convenient. I'm probably going to come back and try once more for like... Breakfast staff is rude and doesn't follow direction at all. Quality is poor even by typical NYC deli standards. I don't expect a gourmet experience but when you order simple toasted bread with peanut butter it's not that complicated. When the bread came out of the toaster I commented that it was very black and burnt throughout - not just at corners. One of the guys said "it's not burnt, you didn't say lightly toasted". So burnt is their standard offering then? Just to resolve the issue and move on I said it was ok and that they could proceed with the peanut butter, again not that complicated. The other guy takes the knife from the cream cheese which is completely covered in cream cheese, doesn't wipe it and I visibly see a mound of cream cheese dropped with a dollop of peanut butter in the center of the bread. It was as much cream cheese as peanut butter. I watched them cut corners on every order while I was in line with multiple other patron complaints. A lot of delis in the area have closed recently but no clue how this place is still in business. read more
