When we walked in we discovered they're were two dinning rooms, the one in the front was a 1970ish country diner like ambience while I back was a much larger rrom with a more folksy contemporary ambience. The service was prompt and friendly. Thecoz was very good. I got the liver which was smothered in a rich flavorful beef gravy with lots of chopped onion and bacon. The mashed potatoes were made fresh , not instant, and delicious. My wife got the roasted chicken which she said was really juicy and delicious. We both got broccoli salad with was finely chopper broccoli florets with a nice tangy mayo based dressing...really tasty. The prices are very reasonable. Lots of parking. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My daughter and I were sat in the back room, while walking to our seats we walked by the bathrooms which had a horrible urine smell coming out and into the seating area. The drink/bus boy couldn't be payed a million dollars to put a smile on his face, he looked so miserable. My daughter got chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon. I got the Maryland crab soup with the Alaskan pollack wild wing fish & chips. The pancakes and bacon were a hit with my daughter. My soup was very delicious and so was the fish and chips. We were basically done our tiny drinks before our meals came. We were never offered refills once. We ate our meals with no drinks and we never saw our waitress again after our food was brought out. Not until about 15 minutes after we were done eating. She then asked if we wanted refills while getting our check. My daughter said to her a little late don't ya think. The food is great but the service was terrible this time and not sure we will be in a hurry to return.

Highly recommend the breaded zucchini as well as the fried corn fritters, both of which were childhood favorites of mine that lived up to my nostalgia hype. Dinner prices range between $10-15 per platter, which is very reasonable for the amount of food you receive.
