    Original Grand Slam
    My W.

Broooooo.... They came in hot with the Original Grand Slam. It was classic, nostalgic, and only $7?! A total win. Childhood memories served with childhood prices. But then... the rest of the table happened. One kid's BBQ Beef Mac & Cheese Skillet had zero Mac and even less cheese. For $22? At Denny's?? Be serious. Y'all doin' too much of nothin' The other got a club sandwich so dry I almost offered it a glass of water. And somehow... my bill was $65 for 3 people. At DENNY'S???? I left full but also questioning the economy, my life choices, and possibly capitalism. Inflation, you got me bad.

Solid breakfast spot that started my day off right! Came here early on a week day morning and had the bacon and eggs to fuel my day properly. Washed it down with a coffee and like having a carafe to myself as I drink a lot. My server was super chill and prompt with service. The inside was spacious with a classic Denny's vibe. Food came out in good timing and enjoyed a good breakfast experience. Thanks for having me!

Raining Christmas Eve day in this year. Coming back breakfast with my lovely & Mom. This restaurant Warmest me right the 1st step in, quickly getting to the table & nice service always here with their great meals to choose .

    Lumberjack Slam
    Jonathan S.

I had a gift card that someone gave me for Christmas, so I thought I would use it to treat my parents out for breakfast. I had the Lumberjack Slam, which had two buttermilk pancakes, ham, bacon, sausage links and two eggs sunny-side up with a side of whole wheat bread. I mostly have breakfast at the Marlin Bar, and the food there is pretty much the same as the food here at Denny's. The eggs were not runny or hard, and the bacon strips did not taste chewy, which is how I mostly like my sunny-side up eggs. The sausage links were perfect, and the pancakes tasted soft and fluffy. My coffee, however... was nothing to write home about, since I had my first coffee at Starbucks before we came here. For a Friday morning, I saw that the place was pretty packed, but prices were okay.

Wanted to take a pic of the waffles but they disappeared quickly.

Casual dining and kid/family friendly environment. There's lots to choose from on the menu and no matter what time of the day it if you want breakfast for dinner which is what I did then you're more than welcome to have that. The service is weak but it's always been that way here, I don't mind it tho. The food is good. I love the milkshakes, birthday cake batter is my favorite!

    Breakfast!
    James S.

Came in for breakfast and were seated promptly, our host was very pleasant. Our waitress took our order as we knew what we wanted and got the food out to us within five to ten minutes. My son got their Oreo jr milkshake and it was delicious!!! Under $25 for 2 is not a bad deal and the food was very good!! Everything was fresh and got four stars. Pancakes were good, French toast was great, eggs cooked just the way we wanted. thank you Dennys for making our breakfast tasty and delicious. See ya next time!

Waitress "Tanya" is so genuine, sweet, serving well and fast.

The diner is very clean with interesting artwork and vibrant colors. I got the Five-Spice Chicken Fried Steak, Mama's Crispy Rolls, and a cup of Chicken broth to share. The rolls were hot and crispy with fresh leafy greens. The chicken fried steak was very crispy with a consistency almost like fried chicken. The taste is different from a traditional southern type of chicken fried steak. It had an interesting flavor like a mix of the pho seasoning. It is a brownish yellowish color and tastes a little like curry. It paired well with the tots. This was a hearty but not super heavy brunch dish and having a cup of the chicken broth was perfect to wash everything down. The breakfast burrito looked very good on the menu and I might try that for on another visit. I would recommend this diner for anyone looking for one with a retro modern feel and fusion food and good service.

Beef tender and seasoned well. Maybe a little less salt, but overall really good! I like to squeeze a lot of lemon to balance it out. My friend says their Coconut Basil Salmon Curry is delicious and a must try! We also like the fusion twist on Asian cuisine.

My friend and I ordered the arugula salad with poached egg on top, chorizo burrito, truffle crunch sandwich, and of course mixed berry cheesecake waffle with two blood orange drinks. The chorizo burrito has its staple egg, potato, and cheese with the chorizo giving the entire thing a nice kick to it. I loved the arugula in the crunchy truffle sandwich added such a nice lightness to the entire sandwich and the truffle elevated the sandwich with its umami flavor. It took a minute to locate the restaurant and figure out parking, but once we arrived at the door, the experience was first-class from beginning to end. The hostess was charming and welcoming, the staff kept our waters filled and the table spotless, and our server, Juan, was outstanding. His knowledge of the menu, detailed descriptions, and personal recommendations made ordering easy and built our anticipation for every dish. We started by sharing the beet salad and Chicken Tinga Empanadas with the Gringo Killer Sauce. The beet salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, while the empanadas were packed with rich, savory flavor. The Gringo Killer Sauce added a bold kick that made them especially memorable. My wife ordered the wedge salad, my daughter chose the Grilled Octopus Al Pastor, and I had the 8 oz Picanha special. Every dish was exceptional. The octopus was a creative and flavorful take on al pastor, and the Picanha special was perfectly cooked, tender and was an absolute standout. Everything was so impressive that I sent my compliments to the chef and was fortunate enough to meet Chef Jackie personally. Then came dessert. Juan described a peach cobbler special that immediately had my mouth watering, while my daughter ordered the Espresso Crème Brûlée. Juan returned to our table with three plates and spoons and informed me that Chef Jackie has recommended her specialty. I did not argue, Chef knows best. She surprised me by sending out something different: a slice of Baklava Cheesecake accompanied by a scoop of house-made peach cobbler ice cream. Now, I have eaten some outstanding cheesecakes all around the world, but this Baklava Cheesecake was on an entirely different level. It was rich, layered, perfectly textured and flaky, and so unbelievably delicious that I nearly licked the plate clean. The house-made peach cobbler ice cream was equally impressive--light and creamy, yet captured the full peach cobbler flavor. The Espresso Crème Brûlée was also beautifully executed, with a crisp caramelized sugar shell and a deep, smooth coffee-flavored custard. My daughter ate half of hers before turning her attention to the cheesecake, and she does not even like cheesecake. That alone should tell you how special it was. I live three hours away, but I will absolutely be making the drive back. Lemon & Thyme delivers exceptional food, thoughtful hospitality, creative dishes, and the kind of personal service that turns a meal into a lasting memory. This is my new favorite restaurant!!! Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Lemon & Thyme. Ask for Juan, trust Chef Jackie, and do not leave without desert.
