Stopped in here to grab a quick breakfast. I was alone so I sat at the bar. The coffee was good surprisingly. They have a bold blend and it wasn't bad. I order an egg white omelette and my server seamed to be confused... She asked if I wanted cheese on it lol. Food was good better than most other Denny's I've been to. If your in town and don't want to break the bank ( food is very expensive in Vegas) I'd suggest coming here. read more

The worst service ive ever seen. The employees are all doing a really good job of making it look like theyre working but are actually wasting air and space. My friend & I came here on Monday & should have immediately walked out when 10 minutes passed and we had not been seated. Once we got seated, our waitress came by our table to grab drink orders: I ordered a hot chocolate my friend ordered coffee. Drinks came by really quick & my hot chocolate was lurk warm (no biggy), but as soon as I took a drink I was drinking chocolate chunks and watered down chocolate water from lack of mixing. It was after this we decided to take our order to go (this is where the fun part comes in). I ordered a build your own grand slam: grits, double bacon (4 slices), sausage (2). My friend ordered a side of pancakes & a steak skillet. Once we got back to my home, there was only 3 pieces of bacon & 4 sausages. We ate breakfast & within 3 hours I was vomiting! She ate her pancakes a bit later & has also been experiencing the same issue. The only conclusion we have run into is food poisoning from the pancakes (could have been the eggs or milk) given that was the ONLY thing we ate that was the same. So so disappointed. The waitress Brooklyn was a total b****! When my wife ordered a side salad with her meal, she asked what dressings she they had and the waitress replied "a lot". Seemed like she didn't want to be there. There were 4 in our party and only 3 got food that was ordered. And when we asked about it, she completely blew us off. Came to lunch with my husband and son. Took almost 10 minutes to get seated (there was no waiting, just no one stopped to seat us). Took another 10 minutes for someone to bring us menus and take our drink orders. Waited 15 minutes for them to bring the drinks and take our orders. My husband and son received their food relatively quickly, mine on the other had....... husband and son were almost done with their meals when mine finally came. The sandwich i ordered was just ok, and I got 10 whole french fries. No one came to refill our drinks, which was only water but it's 114° outside, some water would be nice. Then we had to flag someone down to get our check. Not a place I would come to ever again or recommend to anyone. read more

As your sitting in your hotel room & everyone's getting hungry. You remember that you passed a Denny's & the sign read ALWAYS OPEN!!! So you go for a lovely sunny afternoon walk with the family down to that Denny's we passed on the way in.. To our utter shock & surprise the woman working in the front told us they were closed until 3:30pm explanation or anything.. it was only 1:30pm.. finding it hard to believe, we looked at the sign again upon walking out to make sure we didn't read it wrong or to see if it was possibly for another shop!! But that wasn't the case.... the sign read " Denny's ALWAYS OPEN"!! We were all extremely disappointed by this & went back and got the car & drove around for some time before finding something to eat that we could all agree upon... I think Denny's should remove the part of the sign that states ALWAYS OPEN or at least edit it to state the random hours that they close.. If you're looking for a cheap meal on the strip you really can't go wrong with this place. The food is decent, service is ok most of the time, the place in generally pretty clean, and most of the staff is friendly. They've never messed up my food order and the food quality doesn't take a hit despite their volume. Service is really hit and miss. Some of the staff are really friendly and strive to make your experience there enjoyable. Some of them have just been doing it for too long and are jerks. Once your server brings you your food good luck trying to get a refill on your drink. They get crazy busy in the early evening and in the mid morning rush so be prepared to wait for up to half an hour during the weekend. There are better breakfast options in downtown but if you're on the strip this place will do. read more

I got the lumber jack breakfast. 2 pancakes - better than I have ever had at any other Denny's. But that's it, eggs were overlooked and replaced with over cooked scrambled Bacon scraps that were over and left overs from yesterday Sausage overlooked and old. Red skin potatoes were not even roasted they were deep fried a little. No taste at all but grease Toast was cold and the butter on the bread did not even melt completely because it was cold as we'll Ham slice was barely cooked as we'll The waitress Donna was the only good thing in Denny's . It's said because this affects the wait staff with horrible food to the customer who would never return or recommend this Denny's . Stay away!!!!!! read more

Absolutely the worst Denny's I've ever been to!!! Usually you can go to the counter and sit....i tried that and the woman at the counter yelled no lie yelled "ma'am you have to wait to be seated" i said even at the counter and she just yelled the same thing again. I told the manager immediately and his only reply was "I'm so sorry about that" i came here for my birthday which was two days ago and he said sorry the birthday meal must be on the exact day....ok i get that. I wanted a supper slam AND they don't have it in the menus so i asked about it. They didn't seem happy i knew about it. 20 min later when they brought my water and finally took my order i wanted to sub the hashbrowns and pancakes for grits and toast .....before she even found out what i wanted she says "it is already a discounted meal you can't substitute stuff" then she goes on to say unless you want toast and grits instead......i said that is exactly what i want. O my goodness i don't know if it's because it's Vegas or just the lack of quality people in here but this is one place that should think about a new manager and definitely some customer service training. read more

This was by far the worst dennys i have ever been too bad service all across the board. Things were left out that i asked for so we asked the hostess for our server, he asked what was wrong we told him he said he would fix well instead he went and did other things and started talking to another employee. So after waiting over 10 mins we asked for a manager he sent our food back got it fixed . our server we gave her a chance sense it wasnt her fault but she never checked on us and it got worse so needless to say we wont be back. read more

Like everyone else has said, it's a Denny's, so why bother reviewing it? I just had to say that this location is busy busy busy and, yet, the staff here move with lightning speed. We got seated, served and out the door in record time. And these people are dealing with drunks and those with major hangovers 24/7. If you want a quick breakfast, and you're down with Denny's, this is the spot. The $6 build-your-own grand slam will rival most breakfast buffets that cost 3x the price. read more

The family & I made a trip to Las Vegas last summer for a reunion. Unfortunately it was a few weeks shy of my 21st birthday. So, I was a little bummed because everyone knows that Vegas is no fun for anyone under 21. When I wasn't at one of the many events for our family reunion, I spent most of my time in our hotel room. Luckily, I wasn't alone...I had my brother & my 19 yr old cousin to keep me company. One day after breakfast while my brother was at the gym, my cousin & I decided to ditch the adults (not really) and go shopping on the strip. For lunch, we came HERE. I absolutely love Dennys!! I have to say we were expecting it to be busy & service to be mediocre. However, it was the total opposite. It wasn't at all that busy & service was great! The workers were really nice. Our waitress was especially nice...she enjoyed the fact that we were from Hawaii & asked us questions about it. Lol. The food was good too. As it being Denny's, I feel no need to comment anymore on the food because in my opinion, it was the same as one would find at any other Denny's restaurant, in exception to a few items that we normally wouldn't find on the menu in Hawaii. As for the atmosphere, it was nice...kinda loud because there happened to be lots of frat guys & a few family brunches happening when we got there. But other than that, it almost didn't feel like we were in Vegas for a second...until we walked out the door into the heat and the Vegas commotion. read more

While I was on vacation in Vegas, towards the end of our tripe my girlfriend and I were low on cash and decided that Denny's would be our best option and it sure was. Before that I had been to a Denny's in NJ just once and it was fine. You like that you get a whole lot f food and a damn great price. The food is everything you need it to be and it was one of the best decision of that trip. I'm so glad that there's one in NY now. read more

Service was good by server Amanda but when their employee Kevin brought us our food and placed my plate in front of me it had a brown avocado on it, so my husband asked him if we could get fresher avocados on it because im pregnant and Kevin just snatches the plate off the table and doesn't say a single thing to us and was all rude about it. After a long flight, my party of four walked into Denny's to grab a bite to eat. The hostess was friendly and we were seated quickly, but then it took a bad turn. Although the waitress was nice, she seemed a bit aloof. The food looked and WAS cold and did not taste good at all. It took forever to be taken to our table. Many of the waitresses and the hostess were gathered around having a personal conversation and no one came to check on us. We waited about 25 minutes and still nothing. Watch the menu prices carefully and then check your bill carefully.
