This Denny's has great service. Each person here has their own, fantastic personalities, good paced service, and by observation- they try to accommodate everyone's different needs. I appreciate them deeply also on a personal level because I have celiac and I accidentally forgot to request an item be removed, when it came out they had placed it in a different container completely because they were unsure of the extent of my potential allergy was. It's been years since I had been in this store. They have remodeled and it looks nice. The menu has some pretty good late night options. Let me tell you, David was our server and he was awesome! I remember vividly walking in ready for my smoothie, my taste buds ready to experience the strawberry banana burst of flavor, but i was left with a (still pretty good) milkshake. i got the strawberry, but sadly no banana. Waiting for food was like waiting for my grandma to walk up 6 or 12 stairs, which basically means the chef probably fell down the stairs a few times before finishing the food. My stomach was growling and no cook responded to its calls. I will say my friend and our waiter Drew gets 5 stars for both his hairline and his serving skills. I am a regular, came here after the bar closed, friday night last week. it took like 30 minutes to get my food, and I saw my plate sitting for about 15 minutes under the heat lamp. when I got it the hashbrowns were very under cooked, scrambled eggs were slimy and raw, bacon was burnt, pancakes were covered in black crust. I could not finish it because it was too gross. Drew was my server, he was great, he took my feedback to the cook and the cook said "we have some picky a## eaters tonight!". I also wanted to mention there is an elderly waitress here , I heard the cook call her a b*** one morning, and he was crying about not having a car and taking a bus or whatever. no elderly person deserves to be spoken to like that. I have called here numerous times to place a to go order. Everytime I am put on hold until I hang up. Tonight was no exception, I called and she stated there was "a system issue" and it would be a while and immediately placed me on hold until I hung up. Being the only place open late locally, I walked over. There was nothing wrong, they were just there usual, hostile selves being short and rude to everyone. I did stop coming here for a while after I waited an hour and a half for food that never came. It is a shame, its a nice looking Denny's, the customer service should reflect it. read more
