Normally the raw crab cake does not come with all the fixings. Kaiser roll shredded lettuce and tomato with tartar sauce. I asked could I have these as my husband and I were going to bake the crab cakes later that evening after we got home and the kids went to bed and he was happy to oblige. He gave me two fresh Kaiser rolls and a container that had shredded lettuce and sliced tomato, and two lemon wedges. Please note the crab cakes are more shaped like a baseball but I flattened and made more Patty like to fit the kaiser roll. These crab cakes were amazing and my husband thought the same. Adamm has a forever customer in me anytime I'm near the BWI Airport. It's a 7 minute drive from there. So if you're ever in the airport car park waiting for a flight to come in instead go to Adamm's. Besides being jam-packed full of meat, the sandwiches taste like if you just made a sandwich at home. Nothing super special, but a great cheap lunch stop option. Service: 5/5 kind cashier and quick service. Efficient even with a long line of people. Ambiance: booth seating available to dine in, seating about 4 people per table. Probably around 8 booths available. I park in one of the large lots close by, but there is also street parking.

We were driving home through Brooklyn Park yesterday and I noticed the sign... a quick check on yelp and I added Linda's to my "want to go" collection. One of which is to find a local cheesesteak that matches up to some of the masterpieces that we've had in Philly... HUGE mission complete today. First off, they have cheddar cheese sauce. None of this making do with the nacho cheese sauce they use on chips. Not labeled as Wiz but still exactly what we've been looking for... and they mix it in with the meat! So every bite includes cheesy goodness. They also mix in the perfectly grilled onions. I also got mayo and hots. The perfect amount... none of the fresh, soft, glorious roll was left wanting of condiments. The hots peeking out in little bursts of spicy and vinegar. Just... I mean... how many times can you say perfect?? Jeremy also got a cheesesteak and 10 piece Wings... and Linda's hit those out of the park, too!! The breading is crunchy, and so satisfying that you don't need any sauce. They came with fries, which were decent but could have used a bit of salt. We are sooooo totally coming back. Pick a meat, pick a bread (kaiser roll, wheat or rye), pick sides if wanted (chips, potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese). They have a full beverage cooler and even cookies. Walk in, order your meal, move to the side to pick up your condiments, napkins, utensils and your meal is packed to go in minutes. We drove over to nearby Linthicum Park to enjoy our lunch outdoors. This place is in a kinda tight spot but if they had room for outdoor dining, they would have my five stars.

The beef was sliced out of an alto shaam (hot box) rather than off a pit. The result was nicely cooked, if not a little cool, beef that really lacked any pit flavor/texture. It would have benefited from salt and pepper. Not saying it was not good, but was more like roast beef than pit beef. Pioneer still reigns supreme. On to the next one.
