Confused. The strawberry latte was so disgusting. Terrible combo. And it's not a strawberry cream top or anything cool or that makes sense. It's just a mid latte with a squirt of processed strawberry syrup. Service was slow af too. Maybe they were short staffed but the barista had absolutely no sense of urgency. Don't come here for a quick coffee before heading back to the airport. Come if you're just meandering around with not much to do. I guess. read more

I got the matcha latte with vanilla and oatmilk and it was $8. The drink was so overbearingly sweet I couldn't finish it all. And I could tell the matcha was not good quality as the color was not bright green and it looked murky. Overall I was disappointed in my visit as I got a drink that was not good and not worth the steep price point of $8. If I ever come back here I'll give their coffee a try because their matcha is not it. On the brighter side, I loved the cute decor inside and this would be a cute place to hang out with friends. read more

I frequent coffee shops and this is one of, if not my favorite spot. Its about 30 min away from where I live and its worth the drive. Not only is it the cutest shop I've been too (aesthetically) but any time I have went, its never super busy, the drinks I have tried have all been good, and the baristas have always been great! I love the opportunity to show off people's strengths and empowering one another. It is beautiful to be strange and different. I am also a sucker for an awesome coffee shop with fun backdrops and decor. Such a vibe! Dig it coffee is in the heart of the arts district. Last time I was there, I grabbed an iced matcha and walked around to the antiques stores in the area. I was greeted at the counter and loved using ASL w/ the barista taking my order. The cutest coffee shop ever! They hire people with disabilities to provide inclusion for all! They are definitely not your average coffee shop. I think it is the sweetest and they have many yummy food and drink options and something for everybody! I would absolutely come here every single day if it wouldn't break the bank! This coffee shop is sooooo aesthetic and the food AND coffee is great too. Both the baristas were so friendly towards me. The açaí bowl was recommended and I got to pick from about a dozen toppings. You can also just ask for all of the toppings for the same price which was nice. Instead of someplace which charge $2 for some toppings 50 cents for others. It came packed with berries covered in nut butter and granola and seeds. Filling and refreshing not too sweet. I also got a nitro cold brew which came topped off and frothy and I added just a splash of oat milk and it was perfect. Ac is solid, seating is plentiful and super comfortable, parking is easy and of course there is free wifi. It's a quiet corner today so I could see myself posting up here to work and have breakfast or lunch. Can't wait to come back and try all the other vegetarian options. Decor walking in was really cute! Definitely a place that could work for cute photos. The drinks are pretty too. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted, but I saw someone else with a rubber ducky in their drink and realized that that was what I wanted haha. The girls working when I came are so sweet! Really friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the menu and what options they recommended. Planning to come back with some friends another time. Mood - Inclusive One thing about me I have a zero tolerance for bullying. I was lucky to attend a school during my formative years that placed ALL children in mixed classes. And for children that needed a bit of extra class instruction, we all were assigned our days each week to help in those classes as well. The philosophy of the school was " No one is more important than the other ". This is still my mindset to this day. I believe for the majority- hate, bullying, and just being an unkind person is something that you are taught, or you grew up with it and it was deemed acceptable. I saw the story behind this coffee house and it reminded of me the ideology "Be Kind" because you should., You dont always know someone else's struggle. Just because a cover looks different than you, doesnt mean that it is any less important. Upon entering I was quickly greeted and asked if I had any questions re: the menu. I checked out a menu before my arrival and I knew what I wanted to entertain. You order at the front counter, pay, find seating, and your order is brought out to you. I opted for the Mariposa Tea " Hot", and a Breakfast Sandwich heated. Both were wonderfully prepared. However my highlight was that sandwich it really hit the spot. Interior is bright and airy. There are several seating options perfect for small groups or even larger parties as well. Staff were very courteous and checked on me. Everything was very clean. Would most def recommend - pricing was typical for the area. Staff beyond hospitable. The menu has several diff options from pastries to savory, and beverage choices. Location is Casino Center/ Colorado - ample paid street parking. They are located in the area for the lunch parking which is free during posted lunch hours on weekdays read more

Go check out this new, "feel good" coffee shop in the Arts District! If you don't smile from the moment you walk in there is definitely something wrong with you. It' s awesome. My son and I ventured in on early Monday afternoon to get a little caffeinated happiness. He ordered an iced lavender latte and I ordered an iced Dirt Cup latte...it even came with a worm! Both were perfectly made and delicious. The staff is super friendly, efficient. We will definitely be back. This is my happy place I go when I'm having a rough day. I enjoy the people from Opportunity Village and the joy they have and share with all of us. Well I went on a day that only a girl named Ariana was working. She had a full room and more people coming in the door. I joked I saw smoke coming out of her fingers she was working so fast. Ariana didn't break she stayed polite and gave everyone updates on their order status as she delivered coffee to patrons. I was impressed with her ability to stay calm, deliver excellent customer service, crank out the orders and clean. Way to go Ariana! read more

LOVE the interior and the atmosphere is such a vibe!! This 4-star is b/c my drink didn't taste anything like I had thought as a 1st time visitor. Meet the Business Owner: Taylor C.

Hi, I'm Taylor! My little sister Lindsay, is one of my most favorite people in the world. Spunk, personality and great comedic timing, she is always authentically herself. She just happens to have been born with Down syndrome! She has deeply inspired the work that I do and truly given me my life's purpose. For this reason, I created The Garden Foundation, a Las Vegas-based nonprofit organization serving adults with disabilities with the goal to help these individuals reach their full potential. In serving adults at The Garden Foundation we do a lot of work on skills training, and have seen first hand the desire of our clients to pursue employment. This is where Dig it! Coffee Co. comes in! Not only is Dig it! Coffee Co. doing our part to close the unemployment gap for folks with disabilities. We are also encouraging and creating an example of inclusivity right here in our Las Vegas community. Here at Dig it! your coffee is an experience. One with purpose!

Service is fantastic, as expected. They always make your drink, have you try it, and then walk you over to the register to pay. Inside it's a dark, cool coffee café--the perfect escape from the heat. There's usually a line, so if you show up at peak hours, be prepared to wait. Parking is limited and kind of sucks, so bring patience--it goes a long way.

Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

For a coffee shop breakfast item, the big bang burrito was huge! Filled with eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, tater tots, and cheese. The crema sauce served with it was amazing and had a nice spicy kick. They have multiple tables inside, along with a couch in a smaller lounge corner. There are a few tables outside and some concrete stadium seating, but when it's 100+ degrees outside, ain't nobody got time for that! I love everything about this place and the few times I've met the owners, they've always been super friendly and engaging.

I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

They have such fun items for sale and a great book selection. Books are organized by genre and each section is decorated differently with stuffies, felted, or plastic birds to match. Each bird has their own "autobirdography" which as so much fun to read. Each section also has a different array of fun things to buy. It's a great place to shop for gifts! The staff was kind and helpful too. And the resident bunny (this one alive and well) is so cute. The next time I come to Vegas I am definitely making sure to stop by again.

He also remembered seeing us at the St. Rose store. Not only is he a chef but also a musician! We basically went w things he loved customising, or drank and ate himself. Mom kept changing her drink every time he'd tell me about a different drink. He was extremely sweet and patient. Isaiah sat with us and took the time to ask about our tastes and preferences. He really knows the menu and what his customers like. He made woman a hot butterbrew but let's just call it isaiah style as I can't remember all the modifications he made. Same with mine, it started as a chai-nnel. I did the toast flight w his recommendations of lox, burrata and egg salad. He said he made a mean turkey pesto, so that's what woman did. She later added a side of bacon w permission from homie upstairs since it's Friday. I'm not sure which toast was my favorite. I think I'd rank lox, then egg salad? It's probably tied with the burrata. My drink was fabulous. The music was cool and we were having a great time. The sando was also delicious, he shared that they make their pesto in house. As a pesto fan, I just became a bigger founders fan! Mom's drink was also amazing. We told him not too sweet, it was delicious and not overly sweet. He said he did 25%. He checked on us and truly rolled out the red carpet. He offered drinks to go, at that point he'd earned our trust and we said go for your life. He did a blueberry lemonade w boba and rose foam? I don't think I'm doing it justice w my description. Mine was toasted marshmallow w graham cracker and I can't remember the rest. They're both yummy tho! Our days been made. Excellent service and genuinely kind people are rare and Isaiah embodies both and more. He even did a little moonwalk, brekkie and a show lol. He's one of the people that will change the world, or your day if you encounter him. Really wanted to give him money to say thank you and support his journey. He wouldn't have it. I hope whoever reads this at the company finds a way to acknowledge and reward his rock star beyond 5 star service. In reading other reviews this place seems to hire great talent, but Isaiah won me as a fan, I'll talk about him and this experience for years to come. The food and drinks really are amazing. I'm happy to pay when things are done well. I'm looking forward to going back, and hope my path crosses with Isaiahs again down the road. I have joined the Dig it- kindness club! I love this venues message and story! It really warms my heart that they are providing such an inclusive important workspace for , what they call, " not your typical barista" . Great service and helpful when we ordered. Both baristas were supper kind. The venue is very clean and has a fun atmosphere. Good place to come work , has plugs near the booths for charging and good sized tables. Fun artwork, cute sayings and adorable merch. The coffee is also tasty. I had the seasonal Cinnamon and cayenne latte that I added Carmel to. Sweet with a kick. My boyfriend had the flutter nutter. Dig It Coffee was the perfect start to our Vegas trip! The cozy, pink, and lovable ambiance added to the charm, creating such a welcoming vibe. Our baristas, Annika and Aryana, were the kindest we've encountered - they made the experience even more memorable. We tried their dig it latte, one with white chocolate latte and one with vanilla, which were both amazing. The avocado toast and chocolate croissant were equally delightful. And as a wonderful surprise for World Kindness Day, they gave us a chocolate cookie and even offered a "make your bracelet" activity! Highly recommend this spot for great coffee, delicious bites, and heartwarming service. Annika and Aryana, you'll are truly the most kindness we've met. I don't leave many yelp reviews but I had to leave this place one! I had been to this place once before, but not since it's become Dig it Coffee. This place is amazing and is now my new go-to coffee shop. Great food (had the bacon breakfast sandwich), a donut and we got the ring ding to share and they were out of this world! To drink, I got a couple to try, the peanut butter matcha and the cookies n cream cold brew, both awesome and something I've never seen on the menu anywhere else. To top it off, this place hires people with disabilities and pays equal wages. The people working you could tell were so happy to be there and super friendly. There's no place is like this in Vegas. I highly recommend and definitely will be back. 15/10! read more
