So I ordered during lunchtime, I got the lunch special that came with one of the loaded fry options, a soul roll and drink. It was highly disappointing all around. I ordered the loaded fries with the crab and shrimp, it was super salty. I couldn't even finish it was giving me a headache and the soul roll was super bland. When placing my order, I paid with cash, he didn't have enough change and said he needed to go get more, I said okay. Waited for my food, got my food, and ate what I could, he never went to go get my change. We also took notice of the gamer shelves. Shelves filled with board games for all. They provide board games, so you can interact with the one(s) you came with. Great way to put the electronic devises down and enjoy your time with loved ones.The service was fast and on point...Our experience from the 1st bite was outstanding, very flavorful, freshly made to order & goodt!! We could not decide so we ordered 3 different dishes to give you our taste buds view OK you pick your choice of dishes, than you pick straight or curly fries. Ready ‍ ‍ *1st up the "Ms Piggy for $11. I chose curly fries. This dish consisted of hot curly fries, covered fresh hot pulled pork & drizzled with bbq sauce. 4 thumbs up!! * 2nd up "Philly Steak fries" $13 hubby chose straight fries. As you can imagine; a bed of hot french fries, covered with steak, peppers, onions & mozzarella cheese. Delicious Our only request on this would be to have a drizzle of ranch or steak sauce, good non the less. *On to our 3rd pick "The Down Under" $22. we picked straight fries. This location appears to be shut down / not open anymore. I came over when both Yelp and Google said they'd be open - during normal lunch hours. The parking lot was abandoned. The doors were locked. I couldn't get in the building. I was so looking forward to trying this place out, as it looked interesting, but I guess it wasn't meant to be... I'd recommend avoiding them unless you can verify that they are indeed open. read more

Dirty place more like it. I came in with a party of girls from work looking forward to food and fun. I left hungry and frustrated. The restaurant was dark and dingy. The table was dirty, sticky, and gross. I didn't even risk the bathroom. Our party can in sat down and waited patiently while we caught up and conversed. After about 20 minutes I went to let the server (only one) know we had been waiting and we're ready to order. She informed us that we had to actually come to the counter to order. This wouldn't have been an issue if she had actually informed us if this when we arrived. While waiting at the counter she was on the phone and had to ask me the name of the street the restaurant was on. Orders were place quickly, however those of us paying cash were contributing to the restaurant fund because they had no coin change. The server said she would have to "go to my car" and see if she had some. After waiting for about 20 minutes our food began to come out. We went to pick it up and we were informed that they were out of forks. Seriously... She then bustled around for a while and grabbed her purse and left the restaurant to go across the street to buy more forks. At this point we were done. While we were waiting for her to come back, the cook took his gloved hand and wiped his daughter's nose and then wiped the glove off and then did it again! At this point most of us were past ready for a refund. We did get everyone paid back in cash but I lost over a dollar over two orders because there was again... no change. In the time of struggling businesses, I know there is a lack of strong service personnel. I know there is a load of struggling businesses. However, if you are going to be in the restaurant business, even when the struggle is real, it has to be managed with a good dose of professionalism and a healthy dose of grace. I had the down under fries. The half portion was generous and they were absolutely delicious. The lemonade however, tasted watery and was not very flavorful. Excellent customer service. I had a wonderful first visit and will be sure to return. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE really good fries. I mean how can you not love the wonder that is a fried potato? Dirty Fries just opened last week and I couldn't wait to try it. The Winston location has great reviews so off I went for lunch. It's location is an old rather odd building that used to be a night club I think. The interior is worn and rather dark but looked clean. Place your order at the counter and take a seat with a buzzer. There were a few folks there but it wasn't super busy. Ordered the Down Under fries extra crispy without the shrimp, just crab meat. Time out of the kitchen was about 10 minutes. I asked for the half order and still couldn't finish it. The fries weren't all that crispy unfortunately. The crab tasted fresh and the cheese sauce was melty and gooey, very good. The "house" sauce was a bit sweet and a bit spicy. Nice combination of flavors. Overall I found the dish very heavy and rich but not in a way I care for. I may go back and try different toppings and make sure they get the fries crispy next time. read more

Location, location, location. Location is nasty!! Terrible atmosphere. Located in a former strip club. You feel gross just by walking in. Fries were nothing to rave over either. I had the chicken bacon ranch. I was not impressed to say the least. I felt like I needed a shower when I finally made back outside to safety and in my vehicle. read more

When coming here the place was nearly empty just 3 people. Upon greeted we were told there was no more fries. What was the point of this name? When after we were done ordering and subsituting stuff. we first went to dirty fries at the Winston Salem location. Always get excellent service and delicious food. we visited the Greensboro location tonight & I love the set up. Our wings were absolutely the best !!! We didn't have to ask for our wings to be well done , it was already done . I hate it when I get soggy wings or chewy wings. i wish I would have taken the picture while the food was hot but you see they still look greattttttt! our whole family loves the place even my daughter who happens to be one of the pickiest teenagers I've ever met. The shakes are gas ! 93 octane ! i have a few left to try but i haven't had one I didn't like yet ! thank you for bringing good food to the community! as well the staff always makes you feel comfortable and is willing to accommodate any request you have if its a possibility, they make it happen.
