Beet and Burrata Salad with candied pecans and grilled peaches.(Special)
    Eric R.

I'm not Italian, but I'm beginning to think their cuisine makes me wish I was. This place does a lot of things well, but the way our food came out, I could write a novel about the art of beautifully plated food. Our waiter was almost absurdly attentive, making sure my arnold palmer was near bottomless, and literally every dish we ordered, I would have licked the plate were it not considered so crass. However, with every bite of food, I felt myself breathing a sigh of relief there was still so much to try. I could go on and on about how well the plates had their flavors very well planned, and while I would love too, sometimes it's best to let the pictures do the talking this time. The cheese in my burrata and mozzarella pizza paired very nicely with some olive oil and I'll admit I was delighted they had these balsamic vinegar and Oliver oil glass containers to pour from that were so charming. To top it off, the place is beautifully designed. A little summer heat never killed anyone, but it was such a nice day to enjoy good food. There's a reason this place calls itself the divine kitchen... Absolutely try the dessert too, it somehow tastes even better than it looks... Cheers!

I don't think there is a mediocre Italian restaurant. Either it's good or bad. The ambience is very quaint. The service is very good. Parking is challenging. The food not so good. The pasta was so chewy I couldn't continue eating. Didn't want to ask them to take it back and cause a fuss since we were guests of others. Bruschetta was soggy. The Calamari sauce was very tomatoey. The Cesar salad was nothing special. I can make a better one at home. If they improve the food drastically , and offer a better parking accommodations, I would think it would be worth to give it a try.

We love this adorable Italian restaurant in Montrose. Not only does it have a European ambience inside, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially our waiter, Nacho. At this visit, we ordered their special Seafood Pasta with pink vodka sauce, Pappardelle Arrabiata, Veal Piccata, and Margherita Pizza. As always, the food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful! Happy to be eating our leftovers for dinner. Definitely, bring the family here and enjoy their wonderful cooking!

Love this place! The food is pretty good but the service could get very slow depending on how busy it is. I came for Christmas Eve so they had a Christmas Eve Menu if you wanted to get something from there. My favorite from here is their Gnocchi with Pink Sauce. It's super flavorful and filling even though there is a small amount. It is pretty pricey but the food is great! It is perfect for a cute date night or a family meal for a celebration/ or just to relax! The tiramisu was a little disappointing to me sadly and did not stand out. I was expecting it to be a bit better. The scallops were also a bit on the chewier side which is not my cup of tea. But overall, their pasta is great (I recommend to try it)

The Margherita pizza was the most delicious because it had plenty of cheese. I also recommend the salads and the calamari appetizer. The ambiance felt more casual than classic and was comfortable. The service from the staff was a bit slow.

I had never before tried linguine and clams, so I went out to Montrose to try it for the first time. Divina Cucina has officially gotten me hooked on that dish. The pasta was fresh and perfectly al dente. The clams were also very fresh, and there were so many of them! The sauce was absolutely delicious, light yet flavorful. The servers bring a huge block of Parmesan to your table and will grate as much as you want. Other recommendations of delicious dishes I've tried at this restaurant: - carpaccio - Sea bass - gnocchi I love their little outdoor patio, with heat lamps and sweet decor. Servers have terrific flair and take a lot of pride intheir restaurant. Montrose is a beautiful little town, and in my opinion, Divina Cucina is a restaurant well worth the drive.

Pesto lasagna: it has a crispy layer on the top of the lasagna, and this is what we loved the most! Rebecca told us that the chef intentionally creating a crust on the top layer! We had a great time to find some new hand care products @Lather and went to discover an authentic italian restaurant which lots of Yelpers mentioned. My wife said, we have to order at the front, then they bring the foods to the table but the owner took our orders, and brought the foods so fast just like other Italian restaurant. We love meat lasagna, pasta w bolonese sauce, and some flat breads like appetizer pizza. We ordered 3, lasagna, tagliatelle bolonese, flat bread sandwich called Cassone w sausage, bell pepper, onions. I had some italian red wine per glass ($14). First, I loved so much my lasagna and kept eating until finish my entire portion. I give 10 stars. My wife's pasta, she said pasta is too thick, might be on purpose? She likes soft, thin texture handmade tagliatelle. For the first time, we ordered flat bread sandwich. The sandwich flavor was good, but not the dough for flat bread. Well, we tried here for the 1st time after shopping. Today was almost 81 this afternoon. Hot and humid.....unluckily AC was broken so he opened the entrance door. One big fly bothered a lot annoying us eating the foods. And so hot inside restaurant. Overall, I liked my lasagna a lot, not really tagliatelle bolonese, nor the flat bread sandwich. If AC was working during lunch time. We felt much comfortable to enjoy our foods. One thing, I loved the red wine but the portion was not enough for $14. Even my wife said, not much for this price. I got 2 glasses of italian red wine, not enough. The view was great ocean side from the patio. This is a strong point eating here for the view. My wife saw the live pasta cooking show, a chef made the pasta, stretching the pasta dough in the kitchen....great show! Fun! If you're looking for some of the best eats you've ever had ... I literally drive all the way from the SFV to come to this place when I'm craving a delicious sandwich and the best chocolate chip cookie you can buy. Italian dishes made fresh and even to go options galore. It's like a boutique deli grocery store. Parking: small free parking lot on site ( literally only 4 spaces) + handicap parking. There is a lot across the street you can park at as well. Ambiance: Rustic, quaint, casual. But cute enough to have a date at as there is limited seating. Trust me, if your date likes some good Seating: seat yourself. small tables though, up to 4 maybe 6 people max. And cute two people tables for a sweet date. Food: Prosciutto de Parma with pesto mayo is my go to. I even ask for them to today it because I like the miserable melted. I'll be honest and say I don't like cheese... Except the mozzarella they have here, it's exquisite. Secret ingredient is there pesto mayo. It elevated an already tasty sandwich to an incredibly delectable masterpiece with the prosciutto slightly toasted. Turkey Sandwich: hearty and so fresh. My husband loves this. Pick up hair pink sauce and some fresh pasta too! This place has so many options to try out! Chocolate chip cookie: do not leave this place without trying their cookie. They sell out quick too so call ahead and reserve it!

I half expected her to slam the counter and yell, "NO FETTUCCINE FOR YOU!" while banishing me from the premises. Still... the food is good enough that I might return. I'll just rehearse my order beforehand like it's a Broadway monologue.
