Thank you to Jake and Jake, the whole process was seamless. Right from the quoting stage Jake answered all my question and concerns, always making himself available. Jake patiently navigated us through different layout options for the master bathroom. Once the project was underway their crew worked hard and ran the whole project ahead of schedule. They updated us with videos and through FaceTime calls. Jake and Jack did all the material pick ups for the project and were happy to help anyway they could to get us the material we liked and wanted for the remodel. When we decided to update our 30 year old home, we searched and chose a contractor that we ended up frustrated with and fired them. Jake, Jack and the Divinity Flooring Services crew came highly recommended. They were a godsend! We initially intended to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom, but after seeing the quality of workmanship, high level of honesty and integrity and very reasonable pricing, we ended up remodeling every room of our 3,000 square foot home using Divinity Flooring Services. Do not be mislead by the " Flooring Services' in their name. They executed every aspect of the remodel including reflooring the whole house, completely retiling and installing new showers, sinks and tubs in four bathrooms, raising the ceiling height of our kitchen and installing new lighting and controls throughout our home. They are very skilled in all crafts, and what few items they needed help with (such as shower enclosures and glass stairway handrails) , they directed their "bench" of skilled craftsmen. They monitored these workers, and stood by Divinity's guarantee to not leave the job site until we were fully satisfied. (They even found small items that needed attention that we had not seen and corrected them for no additional cost.) In our previous positions, we oversaw contractors performing job scopes of over $1,000,000, but have not found any workers that match the caliber of the crew at Divinity Flooring Services. At last - a contractor with a work ethic! Contact them to do wood plank flooring for our upstairs, about 1200 square ft. Gave us a rock solid quote and directed us to a flooring website to pick out the materials. Found what we wanted and they got the job. Day 1- arrived on time, exactly, and immediately unloaded all their tools and organized their work area. At the same time, they laid down protection for our downstairs floors and started ripping out the existing carpet. Within three hours, the carpet was gone, the sub floor was swept and checked for level and they got to work. By the end of day one, the master bed and bath were done as were the master closets and the big loft. They also had 50% of the 3rd bedroom done. Day two: by 1pm, they were doing the quarter round baseboard mouldings and were sweeping up and cleaning. By 2pm, they were packed up and ready to go. After a walkthrough with me, we agreed that everything went as planned. Job done Their five man team was amazing - Jake, Jack, Edwin, Edgar and Dave - showed great pride in their work. His crew knocked out a ton of flooring in three bedrooms in a few days, put the crown molding back up, hung up out barn door correctly and patched up some spots on the walls for us.
