***Edited Review**** Today is October 21st and I am editing the initial review I made on October 19th. Today, I'm very disappointed in my service. Items were left out of my order and as I brought it to Joe's attention he made snarky remarks. He was very unprofessional. October 19th Review: Doc Greens is one of my favorite restaurants! I eat here at least 2-3x per week. My favorite item on the menu is the Tomahawk Chop Salad with strawberries and craisins. The service is always pretty expedient and the quality of the food is always excellent. I look forward to patronizing this company for many years to come. My second time eating here. The first time was cool. Today, not so much. I guess everybody has a bad day, and today must have been one of those days for the initial person I came in contact with, wish I had gotten his name, but honestly after his attitude and rushing demeanor (even though it still took close to 10 minutes to get my salad), I just wanted to grab my food and go. I ordered a Dr. Super Chef which came with Italian dressing. Mediocre would be a huge compliment to the taste of the dressing. This spot right here, was on point! The food was super yummy! It was very quiet and slow due to covid so we had the entire restaurant to ourselves the Children ate their salads and I had a veggie wrap it was so good. A must try for healthier eating options. read more

One of my favorite salad spots! So many options for your salad or wrap. Add the protein of your choice and voila....a great tasting meal. Got the Rosen salad. Ingredients were fresh but salad was nothing out of the ordinary especially considering the price. I asked preparer to substitute peppers for cucumbers and you would have thought I was asking him to jump through fire. Cashier rude. Too many other restaurants like this that are better. I didn't order a salad so I can't speak for that but the cuban panini and tomato soup were nothing to write home about but I wasn't expecting that considering that's not their expertise. However, I will definitely be returning to get a salad because it was seemed cheaper than competitors like Chopt. They also had a ton of ingredients which I love. They were also much more generous with the amount of meat they gave compared to competitors. read more

It's so hard to find a good place that has a good build your own salad bar. I ordered a salad that has 5 options to put topping in it. I ordered it with blackened chicken. They have tons of dressing options. They have poppy seed dressing which is my fave. I wanted avocado and bacon, but both are premium toppings. They're +$1 each. I ordered both. It came up to $13. It's a little pricey. Love this place! Definitely my go to lunch spot in the area. read more

Visited this restaurant that was suggested by a party that I happened to encounter at a car dealership. I had the Steakhouse Chop salad and it was delicious! Crispy vegetables, succulent steak cooled just right and chunky blue cheese. Generous portion that was well worth the price! read more

I finally got a chance to stop by and try doc greens! Yayyy for salad! So this place is in a big parking lot and is next door to a kroger so I was able to grab a bite before picking up some groceries. The restaurant is pretty big with a good amount of seating. There are two small tv's close to the door. So this place is a pretty much fast food for salads. Lots of mix ins which I'm sure could get pretty expensive of not planned out. I got the Dr. Beeks salad which I enjoyed alot. I appreciated that the chicken was warm and the lettuce wasn't ice cold. My salad was prepared right on the spot with no waiting. Since it was the middle of the day there was no one else in there. My yelp check on discount was homered without any issue. Overall good experience and id come again if in the area. Enjoy! read more

I wanted a healthy lunch and after reading reviews on Yelp, I figured I would give Doc Greens a try. I walked in, no line and was greeted right away. Its a nice big place and I am sure it gets really busy. I took a moment to read the menu, they had so many choices. I was impressed by the amount of fresh ingredients they have, so the possibilities are endless. I decided to get the Greek salad with grilled chicken (yawn I know). The chicken was fresh and grilled to order. The salad was huge and they gave me two dressings on the side. I decided to take my order to go, check out was quick and easy. I even used 15% off coupon by checking in on Yelp. I also saw they have a juice and smoothie bar which looked great. I dont live in the area but if I am ever out that way again I will definitely be back. read more

I do not leave many 5 star reviews. I guess I could ding them for how incrediblely bright the dining area is... or how it feels very "Fast Food" - but all of that is overshadowed by the product they offer - it's flat out GREAT. I've had salads and wraps and they are consistently great. They don't skimp on things that cost money (bacon / meat / avocado) and they give you plenty to eat, which is saying something at a salad place. No, it's not dirt cheap - but you do get what you pay for. I only wish there was one of these near my house - but I'm thankful there's one right near my work. I highly recommend eating here (Oh - and dining in is better than getting delivered - salads just don't hold up all that well in transit). read more

Came to Doc's to try their new Bracai acai bowls and smoothie bar. Second day in a row I've had a smoothie from here. They are GREAT!!!! The girl who answered the phone was a bitch about it too. I even let her know it was my first time ordering from them and i was confused. I just decided not to order anything because clearly they have their own fucking inflation going on. You need better prices. You need better employees. I grab lunch from Doc Greens at least once a week. Their salads are amazing and delicious. Always fresh ingredients and huge portions.

You can build your own salad which is refreshing. All of the ingredients taste fresh and you are able to choose from many toppings and dressings. The grilled chicken is always fantastic and they give you the perfect amount. File a complaint. I had the most horrible experience at your 3220 Cobb Doc greens location. Placed a order through Uber Eats on 10-30 at 4:29pm. Once the order came i saw that I was missing my shrimp. I then called the store and spoke with someone by the name of Key and explained to her what happened. She then placed me on hold for around 4 minutes and once returned she said we are going to replace your salad for you next time you can come by. She said ask for either Scooby or Pastor and they will be able to get you situated. Fast forward I visit your location on 11/3 and ask for the 2 names I was told and explained the situation. I'm then completely disrespected by someone who stated they are the manager Scott Rhee. He advised me that I was lying and no one would offer you a free salad. I said excuse I have no reason to lie about a salad. I eat here all the time they know me and the way you're treating me the consumer is embarrassing. He continued to talk over me and raise his voice while there were many guest in the store. I then said u know what I'll pay for whatever because at this point I'm in shock. I'm then looking down at my phone to get my fiancés order and he then says you need to get off your phone if you want to place a order. I can't believe he manages any business. Portion sizes have decreased considerably. When they first opened and were in the other plaza, the size of the salad was a large bowl for about $11. Now it's a much smaller container. I don't know how I feel about it. It is tasty so we'll see. read more

In the area for training and came here with a small group. Everything looked super fresh; I got the greek salad and it was pretty tasty. They were very generous with the toppings and by the end, I had a full bowl of food. I took a regular salad and had a few swaps and they were so nice about it (no onions, green olives instead of black, etc.). They also let me swap out a salad of romaine with a half and half mix of greens and spinach without any issue. The salad itself was very satisfying. They make most of the proteins fresh, depending on what you order or how you order it (blackened, etc.). Everyone behind the counter was working very hard and even though a line formed, they kept it moving quickly. Service was awesome and very friendly. They have a cute little outdoor area that will be great when the weather heats up a bit. Would revisit if in the area. read more

I went into this location today to grab lunch and the customer service was abysmal at best. I ordered three buffalo chicken tenders with a side of Mac and cheese. When I go to pay, the meal isn't reflected properly on the itemized list, but I think they are using a new system so I didn't think too much of it. Then the cashier adds three $.75 "additional topping" charges and changes the price. When I asked why, the short response was "I don't know, they told me to." You get to just add unaccounted for money to my bill and that's supposed to be okay? But it's two dollars so whatever. Then, in the back, I see a gentleman adding mashed potatoes to a platter of grilled chicken. I look around because it's not my order. He brings it to the cashier who tries to give it to me. I tell her it's mashed potatoes - I WAS WATCHING HIM PLATE. She doesn't believe me but rolls her eyes and walks away from the register to get a separate container for me wordlessly. Thrusts it at me at which point I also have to point out that grilled chicken does not equal fried buffalo tenders. She's visibly annoyed and so i tell her I'll just go through the line again because how dare I get the right meal when I specifically asked for both those items. I just couldn't believe how rude the entire staff was about it. I didn't go there to make their lives miserable for 5 minutes, I just wanted the tenders and Mac that I ordered. I was looking forward to adding them back into the restaurant rotation but nope, won't be spending any more money there. Hope they get better service moving forward. read more
