Dominoes Pizza is super expensive, but I enjoy their specialty pizzas. These are the ones with multiple ingredients that tie together nicely. My go-to is the Pacific Veggie, and I love getting it on thin crust. There is usually a coupon online for a large specialty pizza, so I generally indulge. There are so many options for every type of pizza lover out there. You are sure to find the style of pizza that works for you: deep dish, gluten fee, stuff crust, meat lovers, veggies, fruits, hot sauces, dipping sauces, alfredo, desserts...you name it, they got it. And, they have perfected the franchise model so that whatever you get comes out consistently good every time. It is worth it to setup a profile account for several reasons. Your online account will remember your details and give you access to menus and discounts. (1) Free Food - You'll have access to local and national coupons that allow you to save on orders. Plus, if you order food from them on a regular basis, you will accumulate rewards points that you can exchange for free items. Points add up quickly for cheap items like soda. After several orders, you can redeem rewards points for a free pizza. (2) Customization is King - If I have to share a pizza with my hubby, I can customize the pizza by adding/subtracting ingredients (pineapple anyone?), increasing/ decreasing the amount of an ingredient (more cheese please!), and specifying the location of ingredients (I'll take mushrooms on the right half for me and none on the left for the hubby). (3) They will remember your favorites and previous orders for ease of ordering again. I have a few go-to orders I like to get. I don't have to spend countless hours figuring out all of the customization features again or what my hubby liked/hated. I can just press a button, and voila, the order we got last time is in the shopping cart again ready for delivery. (4) No matter where you are in the country, you can order a Dominoes pizza. You can store multiple addressed for deliveries. They allow you to plug in several different addresses in your profile, so you can have a work address, home address, friend's address, and on and on. Once they are saved, you can easily switch where you want your next order delivered. Hell you don't even have to be there. Technically you could deliver a pizza as a gift to a family or friend across the country. (5) Tracking - Once your order is complete, you can checkout and pay a variety of different ways credit card, cash, Paypal and more. It will store the info to make it easier next time too. A tracker will pop up on the screen that lets you see that your order is received and the time it takes to prepare and deliver it. Delivery is expensive because you will pay Dominoes a delivery fee. FYI, this does not go to the driver, so expect to pay them a tip too. If you don't like to see double digits for one pizza, consider going to the store to pick it up. You don't even have to get out of your car. They will bring it out to the parking space in front of the store and deliver it to whichever side of the car you designate. Typically this location throws down some damn good food. I have gotten the pasta primavera bowl before and it was loaded with veggies and Alfredo sauce. Got it again for lunch yesterday and, let's just say... it was enough to make me mad. Barley any veggies or sauce. There was nowhere near as much pasta as last time either. terrible service - all the time. my pizza was 45 minutes past estimated delivery time and the manager completely lied and said they had to remake my pizza. I live less than a mile from this location and when it arrived a few minutes after speaking to the manager, the pizza was cold! read more

My pizzas were delivered by the most polite young man. They were still very hot and tasted fresh when they arrived, which was only about 35 minutes from the time I ordered. I will definitely be getting pizza delivered in the future from this location. read more

We love the Brooklyn crust - it's the perfect thickness! It's only available in the large or extra large sizes. We usually customize the pizza according to our cravings when we order. The phone app or on-line ordering system is pretty straightforward to use. Build it as you want and then a tracker pops up so you can see where your pizza is in the process! Today it told me that Joshua was preparing my order and I can leave words of encouragement- either pick from a list or write your own message. I love that!! The tracker told me my pizza would be ready about 15-22 minutes after I ordered it. I like to go pick it up. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile, gave the name and the pizza was in my hands ready to go lickety split! Then the tracker tells you that your order is ready and you can also leave feedback for the team on your experience- rate with 1-5 stars on the ordering process and how the pizza met my expectations, etc. You can also leave a message letting the team know how they did. I let Joshua and the team know that they got a 5 star review and I truly enjoyed my pizza! I will enjoy the leftovers tomorrow! read more

Disappointed i order 2 pizzas 1 hand tossed and 1 pan pizza with pepperoni beef and jalapeño I didnt receive the how i wanted so I called the stored made a complaint the worker was rude idk if he was the manager he told if I wanted how I wanted it was gonna be an hour to receive the pizza he was rude af I just told him to give a refund. read more

I have given this site multiple chances and they continue to fail me. Between wrong orders making me drive back to get it corrected multiple times, to just horrible quality I have received a couple times. This last time was the final straw. I order the new deal they have with the two pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon twist with a 2 liter coke. I get there and they have no 2 liters available. All they had left was diet and sprite in the small sizes. They offer to take the coke off my order and refund me which I agreed to. The guy at the counter told me to just head on and he'll take care of it later. I told him I'll wait for the receipt to confirm the refund. Then when forced to do it right then and there he realizes he can't do it after all. So if I had left I would have gotten nothing and he just wanted me to leave. And since I ordered and paid online, I couldn't get any refund at all. All they could do for me was a free pizza for next time but it can't be ordered online but only on the phone bc he was going to put a note in my account. I'm very suspect of it being true as they have already tried to pull the wool over my eyes. So in all I had to go to another store to get drinks which added to my already expensive meal. So next time I'm going to use my free pizza, if it's even real, and never return. Horribly run location and needs a complete overhaul. read more

Update: Both pizzas incorrect. Called 6 times. One time answered and then hung up on me. Other 5 times no answer. Drove up here. Told the guy our pizza was wrong. Called no answer. He said 'as you can see we are short staffed'. Now waiting on the manager. Geez. Used to be a great fast neighborhood pizza place. Now the delivery times are so long your food arrives sad and cold. Or crushed. When you call you are immediately placed on hold for at least 3-5 min or longer. Time to start using another pizza place. There are about 4 in a half mile radius. The food is always good, don't get me wrong, but as someone that has worked at a similar establishment in a much smaller town I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes with no updates in the app, walk into the restaurant(I ordered car side pickup), and watch as they start preparing my order for one pizza, Parmesan twists, and dip. Surprisingly this particular dominos we used for the super bowl and it was super fast. Was able to pick up pizza and sides in under 20 minutes so to be that quick on the super bowl was impressive. Food quality is average, but is expected from dominos IMO. read more

I'm really disappointed with Dominos tonight. The quality of this place used to be so good but the ball has definitely been dropped. Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and it's about as thin as paper and had a hole in the pizza so to speak. This is definitely the best tasting Domino's Pizza I've had! The garlic seasoning on the crust was done just right! It was zesty, tasty, and flavorful. A lot of the time when I eat Domino's I have to add my own seasonings or hot sauce because it tastes bland, but here it was flavorful! According to my online order timeline, Kirby prepped the pizza. I have loved Dominos Pizza forever. It's my go-to delivery pizza. This location, however, left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered my pizza online and paid with my visa card. After 40 minutes, I called to inquire about my delivery, only to be rudely told the employee was the only person in the building and he had several calls ahead of me. I can understand this, but after 10 minutes I had to hang up and call again. No one answered after 3 tries. They must have caller I.D., because when I finally got through it was the toll free line, and I was referred back to this chain. After an hour, a very stressed and unfriendly employee kept interrupting me while I tried to cancel my order (I had waited so long that I had to go to work). Very bad experience. If you call during busy hours, good luck. I still love my Dominos, but I will order it elsewhere. read more

I've always been a Domino's fan, but I really try to order from this one as much as possible. The staff are always really happy and nice and it's always clean from what I can see. Pizza was not good this time. I had some friends over and it just couldn't think of a better night than tonight to not taste good. I ordered large one but only got larger dough and nothing of toppings on it. Some slides were sauce and dough. And it didn't taste good. If I owned this store I would be very concerned. Over the past few months I have called to make an order but I get no answer. WTH? How can you run a business that reply's on phone orders to generate your revenue and not get an answer to a phone call for that revenue? (Carryout) I have recently begun to really love Domino's Pizza again, due to their changing their recipe a while back. As usual, the pizza was great, but the service at this locations leaves something to be desired. I ordered my pizza online, and then arrived in time to get my order. This is a great quick grab and go for me. Always fast always piping hot, and fresh. Sure other smaller shops in the area are better, and I do visit those as well but they cost almost double. I do only carryout which Suits me best. read more
