I've never had a bread quite like it, but it reminds me of a mix between an artisanal white bread, and a painini bread that you would find in Italy. It got the job done, but I feel like it could be upgraded. Sprout is worth a visit before or after your beach trip. At approximately 7:40 PM, I visited the establishment to grab a meal, but I witnessed a staff member working at the food station coughing repeatedly directly over the open food displays. While doing so, she was wiping down the counter and continuing her tasks without turning away, wearing a mask, or taking any precautions. Seeing a staff member cough directly onto the food is completely unacceptable and a major health violation. Needless to say, I left immediately without ordering. I am sharing this in the hope that management will take this seriously. Employees showing signs of illness should not be working with food, and basic hygiene protocols must be enforced to protect your customers.
