Donutique definitely wins on presentation -- the donuts are beautiful and picture-perfect, almost too pretty to eat. You can tell a lot of care goes into how they look. Taste-wise, they were a little too sweet for my liking, which took away from the overall experience. Still, if you love rich, sugary treats and Instagram-worthy desserts, this is your spot. Just not quite my style flavor-wise. read more

Fun sweets shop known for their innovative donuts and pastries. The decor of the pastries and open aire prep stations speaks for itself. I ordered the maple bacon donut, cake pop and cortado. The sweets are freshly made. The donut was well balanced with the salty bacon and sweet maple, adorned with a cute pancake. The barista made an excellent cortado. The cake pop was the perfect midday snack. Overall check this place out when staying at the Venetian. read more

Donutique inside The Venetian is definitely a vibe esthetically! The donuts are gorgeous and photo worthy. I tried the Birthday Cake and Dubai donuts. The Birthday Cake one was way toooooo artificial tasting for me. The sprinkles and the pink cake on top of the birthday donut is terrible. The Dubai donut was surprisingly light and not overly sweet which is perfect if you are not about that dessert life. Super cute spot if you like fun Instagrammable opportunities especially while on vacay but the donuts themselves were more about the look than the flavor. read more

D'oh! It's hard to walk by such an enticing display of donuts without trying one. After passing by several times in the Venetian, we gave in. This is a cute cafe with so many tempting treats. We tried a croissant donut, eating in the crowded cafe, and made such a mess. The donut was a lot heavier than it looked, filled inside with a pastry cream. The flaky layers crumbled and the chocolate frosting got all over. We had to eat it with a fork. Can't take us anywhere! Next time we'll try a more delicate and dainty donut than this massive monster. read more

Nothing special, we could and should have skipped this one. But my daughter wanted to try the "cookie" part of the croissant. It tasted just like a regular croissant to me... Atmosphere - Beautiful location and decor. Well stocked. Located in the Venetian Resort, so tourist focused. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. Service - Good. For breakfast one morning, we grabbed donuts here and I'm so glad we did. The decor is super fun inside and there was a short wait because this is clearly a popular place for folks to come in the morning. They do coffee, tea and other drinks as well as donuts and some other pastries. I got an iced latte and the pistachio donut which was absolutely incredible. Donutique is one of those bakeries that catch your eye with sugary displays of fantastic looking doughnuts. Surprisingly pressed for space the doughnut line stretches long - surely a sign of greatness! Quiet employees quickly take orders attempting to keep the line down. Some doughnuts are quickly available while others need to be baked. The display doughnuts, apparently, are just a display. Ordering two - one a glaze and the other a chocolate croissant looking creation - we waited patiently as more people came in and then milled around waiting with us. A few high stools offered a brief respite but the limited seats were always occupied. The doughnuts were among the most sugary creations I've ever eaten. I am uncertain if I had eaten sugar straight from a bag if the taste would have been on par. It was too much. So much! Both ended up being nibbled on and then discarded. read more

Nice little donut shop but not worth the money whatsoever. I purchased 2 donuts (Birthday Donut & Strawberry Cheesecake donut) with an iced matcha latte when I was here; for 3 items it was $33! Birthday donut was plain, not sweet at all and the Strawberry Cheesecake donut was overly sweet according to my sister. The matcha latte was flavorless. The service was meh. They literally rush you with your order to get through the line. The only positive about this place was the decor which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. read more

What a cute spot! Everything is clean with lots of beautiful large floral decor and lighting. Baked goods are displayed throughout and it's just so inviting! There are several seating options, both low and higher bar seating. The staff is pretty quick and friendly, asking how they can help us as we were browsing. The rolled croissant is a must if you've never had it before and love croissants. They don't put the topping on until you order, so the topping and filling is extremely fresh. This was our first time here and won't be our last. Can't wait to come back and try the various flavors they have on display! read more

I went to the Wizard of Oz show at the Sphere (highly recommend) so of course I had to stop here and get the Wizard of Oz donut. Good-it's not overly sweet. Actually, it could have been a tad bit more sweet and that's surprising for me to say. They package it well so it made it home on the plane pretty much as I received it. Bad-Almost $12 for one dang donut but I had to have it. They also prompt you to tip on your $12 donut. Nope, not doing it! Service was okay. Would I come back...probably not. One and done! read more

So, I'm a pretty bummed because the macarons I got weren't great. possibly the worst macaroons I have ever had. I was really hoping to just grab one, but ended up having to buy three (bummer!). due to, they would not let me just buy one. If you ever had a good macaroon, you would know They are supposed to be light and airy, with a slight crispness, right? These were dense, and gooey almost cakey, and way too sweet. So many places on the strip are pure hype- not this place. I've lived in Vegas for a couple of years now and have gotten really good at separating the hype from the IG worthy from the this-checks-off- all-the-boxes-. We only ordered donuts as that's obviously their specialty and THEY WERE SOOOOOO GOOD the Boston cream, holiday crème brûlée and Oreo donut ARE A HIT. Huge over-the-top awesome donuts! The dollops of cream on top of the cream-filled donuts were a bit much, but beyond that everything was excellent. The banana peanut butter donut and the chocolate peppermint donut were both great. We also got a ham and gouda pastry that was savory and cheesy and excellent and a chocolate banana muffin that was very good as well. Shockingly average. We got there around 10am and they didn't have my first 4 choices in donuts, when I picked my 5th choice they had to finish it so I ended up waiting 10 minutes to get it. The box is nice, the look is nice, but the taste was so boring. I had the blueberry yuzu donut, you could barely taste blueberry. I've had way better donuts almost everywhere else. It's not worth the time, or cost to go there. Which is a shame because it's so hyped up on social media. I'd never recommend or go back myself. read more

Wow!!! We stopped by to take to our room to eat later. It was just amazing. It's not extremely sweet it's just the right balance. I know it's hard to believe considering it tossed in sugar. I think the only thing was the customer service was a bit off... asked a simple question regarding the chocolate on the donut since my son is picky... and she kept kept saying is this all. I found Donutique after I was walking back from a show and stopped by to grab some breakfast for the next morning. The staff were friendly but only one person was taking orders at the front and the wait was pretty long for not having many people in line. When it was my turn I ordered a Dubai chocolate donut and a lemon rolled croissant. They hand dip the rolled croissant when you order it which I appreciated, but also felt bad as he went to do this himself and the rest of the people in line had to wait for my order. The price tag was high as everything else in Vegas, but the pastries were great! read more

Ordered a Dubai chocolate donut, pressed croissant with nuts and an ice latte as treats for myself. They were all delicious and liked that there was a good amount of Dubai chocolate in and outside the donut. Keep in mind that this is inside a Vegas casino so it wasn't cheap. For what they are, it was good! Didn't end up consuming the treats inside the shop, but it looked inviting and a good place to indulge the treats. Let's just call it what it is...Donutique is extra. Extra fancy, extra fun, and yep, a little extra on the price tag too. But when you're inside The Venetian with breakfast, or who am I kidding...dessert calling your name, sometimes you just lean in and say yes to the indulgence. I gave in to the Strawberry Cheesecake donut, a classic Boston Creme, and some ridiculously pretty chocolate-covered strawberries. Did I eat all of it? Absolutely not. Did I want to? Maybe. These treats are rich, bold, and sweet in that "I probably should've shared this but I'm not sorry" kind of way. Would I do it again? Without hesitation. I brought them back in and they did give us a refund but said the won't offer new ones because they are probably all like that (as they pack others orders) The last few times we have gone the food has been bad bad. As for the donuts, the flavor options are incredible here. Ultimately, went with a couple classics in chocolate and cinnamon roll and a couple fancier flavors in peanut butter and jelly and banana pudding. All of the donuts were fresh and had an incredible flavor. PBJ would probably be my favorite of the ones I tried, as it was a perfect balance of the flavors without either overpowering the other. Back to the merch, there are other stores that aren't too far that you can pick some up, or you can do what I did and go to the website and pay to have it shipped. I'm still waiting for it to ship/arrive, so I can't speak to the quality yet. Seems like Pinkbox is still growing, so it shouldn't be hard to find a location in town when you're craving a donut. Staff behind the counter grab the donuts for you given they're in stock, and you can get one donut by itself or grab many in a box. I got their limited edition Dubai Chocolate 2.0 donut, which is a chocolate cake with pistachio flavoring and a ton of sprinkles on top. Decent for the most part though very heavy and quite sweet. I couldn't really taste the pistachio as the Dubai chocolate itself was already very strong and prominent throughout the donut. Compared to other donut parlors I've had, there's a ton of variety here and each one is on display for me to check out. Basic ingredients are also labeled which I like.

I regret ever stepping foot in this place. As a former Vegas local, I was told to check it out, but it was a huge disappointment. The space was filthy -- trash cans overflowing, dirty floors, coffee and milk stations empty with spills everywhere. Meanwhile, three employees stood at the back gossiping loudly (one who seemed to be a manager ( I understand Spanish)). An older woman, who looked like she hadn't bothered with basic hygiene, spent her time yelling at the two younger staff members who were actually working hard to help customers. Instead of pitching in, she just stood there, making the situation worse. The displays looked sloppy and unappetizing -- pastries appeared old, moldy, and surrounded by flies. Even if they're "just for display," it speaks volumes about pride and presentation. What I ordered was equally bad: Eclair: rock hard, with a slimy, sticky topping. Berry & Chocolate Whipped Cream Donut: dry chocolate, mushy berries, flavorless overall. Coffee: served cold. All of this at Venetian prices. The only positive note? The two younger employees who showed patience and professionalism while everyone else ignored the customers. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after my most recent visit, I will never return. The reason for this is entirely due to Desirae B. Her behavior was utterly unacceptable; she provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered--anywhere, not just on the Strip. Desirae was openly rude, condescending, and exuded a toxic attitude that created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. I walked in simply wanting to buy doughnuts, not to be treated like an inconvenience or spoken down to as if I were beneath her. Her rudeness extended beyond me; she was also disrespectful to the guests in front of me, which clearly indicates a pattern of behavior. While the rest of the staff were pleasant and professional, her conduct stood out in the worst possible way. No doughnut is worth being disrespected and belittled, especially when this establishment already charges inflated prices under the pretense of providing a "premium experience." Desirae B. completely ruined any potential enjoyment or satisfaction I could have had. If management does not take immediate action to address this issue, they risk losing many more customers and we all know there's plenty of places to buy overpriced food in Vegas. read more

I had a mixed experience at this establishment. In the evening, Ryan and Mitchell provided fantastic service, attentive and friendly. However, my morning visit was disappointing. The staff, particularly one individual in a chef coat, seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and scrolling on their phones than attending to customers. The lavender donut was a letdown; it tasted more like a candle than a pasty. The strawberry cheesecake lacked flavor and was overwhelmed by the buttercream. The blueberry yuzu was decent but could use more blueberry and less mousse. This place is located inside the Palazzo, is absolutely adorable. The presentation and aesthetics are on point -- every donut looks like a little work of art. That said, they are definitely on the pricey side for donuts. Still, it's a fun spot to stop by if you're craving something sweet or want a cute treat while walking through the Palazzo.
