Dos Cuervos cafe (est. 2026) is a new corner coffee shop in Lincoln Hts neighborhood of LA on N. Main and Workman street. They serve compendious coffee/tea, signature drinks, pastries albeit limited, and breakfast/lunch sandwiches y burrito. This brilliant vibrant coffee shop is the brain child of Christian Villa and JJ Villa. It's atmosphere was relaxing that matched the interior decor and layout. I can tell they dutifully planned the design. It's bloody cozy and emits a good energy. I came early morning to grab some Dos Cuervos....that is coffee. lol. Silly! I quickly perused their drink items and ordered a hot Cappuccino. Blimey! it was perfect. Staff were cordial and professional. Prices were fairly competitive. Cafe's indoor and outdoor seats were neat and organized. In addition, they have rear parking with six car ports available guarded by a neighbor's dog (see photo). Collectively, this is the best coffee shop in the area. I am glad they are here. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience and enjoyed my Cappuccino. I highly recommend you visit. read more

I watched a reel on instagram of a girl who recommended their Blood Raven which is a mix of cold brew and Jamaica drink. It was good, but not to the hype where you wanna come back on the next day like the girl said in her Reel. It had a grainy particles whether from coffee bean or Jamaica. The barista besties were so funny! When I visited it was almost the end of the day, but they were still on top of it. The cafe is so cute and a great place to study or catch up with the chat. I did ask for something sweet, I wanted something to satisfy my mood. The baristas offered the piloncillo cold brew. It was more bitter than sweet. Which was a sad piece but it was still good. I had a delicious flat white here. The seating area is lovely with several tables and a bar top and stools against the window. You can sit and make awkward eye contact with people at the crosswalk. They also have a large television in case you want to absentmindedly gaze and think about your life choices. It starts with the tortilla, fresh and perfectly textured , wrapped around beef that's seasoned just right, tender, and full of flavor. The beans tasted so homemade you'd swear someone's mother was in the kitchen making them from scratch. Every element worked together beautifully. My wife ordered the iced vanilla latte and now she's officially spoiled. She's been a dedicated coffee lover for years and said this was, without question, the best latte she's ever had. Smooth, balanced, and crafted with care. The ambience is chill and comfortable, with a clean, West LA-style decor that feels modern but welcoming. The entire place is spotless and inviting. Honestly wack second experience, I tell them the oat milk is sour and then he starts mansplaining about the espresso shots when I literally said the oatmilk is sour. My husband tried it tastes weird asf. Common experience for Mexican women at coffee shops we just get disregarded or treated like we don't know any better and they didn't even offer a remake. Heard about this place from a friend so I stopped by during their soft opening. It's in a quiet part of town and they have a small parking lot and patio in the back. When I got there it was packed. It looked like a run club finished their run and was hanging out there. It was loud. For their soft opening special, everything is 20% off so I ended up trying one of their specialty drinks - a matcha marzapan latte. The staff explained to me that the marzapan is a Mexican cookie that they turn into a cream foam for the latte. I got mine with almond milk which is an extra cost. The matcha wasn't as strong as I'd like it to be and I didn't really taste anything special with the foam so I was a little disappointed. It's alright. This was my second time here to give it a second chance. I really liked the idea of having a coffee shop in the neighborhood that wasn't a Starbucks & a change up from Tierra Mia. The coffee is very light - if you like a light roasted coffee you will like this. I don't so it's not for me. The burritos are chunky but biting into nothing but purple onion this morning was not fun. I think the flavors here are a hybrid of sorts it's something new. I wish them good luck and knowing myself will probably give it a 3rd try. Everything I've had so far has been delicious. Though I'd say the bacon in the breakfast burrito can get a bit salty. I need to come later in the day so I can try the lunch food items. The decor and ambiance is lovely. The customer service is fantastic, everyone is patient. They have lots is seating inside and few tables in the back. There is also a small parking lot in the back - maybe 5-6 spots, otherwise there's street parking - you just can't park on Main Street between 7-9am M-F during rush hour. Highly recommend! read more

Coffee here is good and not mid, I go to a new coffee shop daily so know a thing or two. The only thing I would like to see better would be if they made own in-house syrups.
