The brisket was extremely fatty, with a large amount of unrendered fat and very little meat. For the price, I expected much better quality and portion value. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but between the poor customer service, confusing ordering process, and disappointing food quality, this visit fell far short of expectations.
