    Ice cream in a cup

After reading the reviews here, either the owner doesn't care or he/she doesn't see them. The employees here are HORRIBLE! We pulled up to the drive through at 10:57. Yes they close at 11 but THEY ARE STILL OPEN TIL 11. The girl at the drive thru had a terrible attitude. She said "you know we close in 3 minutes". My thought..."and?" That means you are still open! We ordered 2 blizzards with Heath and caramel. We got to the window and a friendly kid handed us our blizzards. Behind him was the rude girl staring me down. Don't know her name but she was short with dark hair..could have been Latina. It's obvious she was not happy. We drove into the parking lot and stopped to eat. First, the cup was filled about an inch below the rim. Then as we started eating we literally had probably 5 pieces of Heath in the entire large cup and the whole bottom third was straight ice cream with no Heath or caramel. So we basically paid over $17 for attitude and a cup of vanilla ice cream. Pissed is an understatement. It's expensive enough to eat out. I would at least like to get what I pay for! When this location closes down because of their terrible employees the owner will wish he/she had been paying closer attention. I'd give this 0 stars if I could.

We have visited this location a few times & the service is always welcoming w/ delicious treats. We ordered 3 blizzards which were Oreo brookie (Oreo's, cookies & brownies) very good. We noticed the last 2 times we went it's a smell as soon as you walk in; not sure if it's mold in building or something else. The owner of this location definitely need to get the building inspected asap. A tip: download their app for deals on food & desserts. Unfortunately; this location only offer a very limited selection on food since they do not have a grill.

    Brownie Blizzard cake! Yum!

I honestly don't know why we stop here anymore. The orders are wrong, the line is insane because for whatever stupid decision their lobby is closed all the time. Tonight is no different. Our order was wrong, had to wait beck in the lane of cars for them to only be confused from the time I tell them they gave me someone else's order and the window. She tried to charge me at the window for someone else's order and another employee had to come tell her they just talked to me about the wrong order. I think we'll stick to the Dairy Queen in Sun City.

    They have Vegan Dilly Bars!!!

Props to Dairy Queen for finally having a vegan option! Please continue implementing more dairy-free options! We went through the drive through due to closures with social distancing. It was quick and easy and just grateful they were open!

I'm showing photos of the different steps of me mixing my own blizzard. This is step one.

I don't understand why this Dairy Queen can't mix their blizzards. Every time we go there we have to come home and pour our blizzards into a blow and mix them ourselves. My son and I both got blizzards again tonight and both needed to be mixed before they could be eaten. If not, by the time you get to the bottom it's pure vanilla. It's very frustrating because you have to make it home quickly so it doesn't start to melt since you can't even begin to start eating it in the car as you wouldn't have your toppings/flavors by the time you get 1/4 of the way through it. We live nearby and we like a treat a couple of times a month but it's irritating that we always have to finish mixing before we can eat. I wish the owner would train the team members of the importance of making the treats appropriately.

Took one chair from our group and left the rest, so we would leave. It worked..... and we won't EVER be back.

This has to be one of the worse DQ's I've ever been too. The store lobby was closed, because a customer on purpose flooded the bathroom. That was awful and I'm sorry that the employees had to clean up that mess. Since the drive thru was open we walked through it and asked the employee at the window if we could order and she said absolutely no. Not allowed. I asked the manager and she was so nice (even after having to clean up the dining room). She told us of course we could order, so we did. I just figured all the employees were a little tired at 9:00 pm and not happy with the mess they had to cleanup in the dining room, so I looked past the rudeness at the drive thru window. The reason for the poor review is really for how they treated us at 10:30 pm. We were sitting outside enjoying our shakes when an employee mumbles that we have to leave and they are bringing in the one table and two chairs. Ok, fine.... understandable. We go next door to pick up an item at Walmart and come back and the chair and table are still outside. They were just being rude and upset that the manager approved our walk up order and wanted us to leave. Drinks, and food were great, but a few of their employees need some customer service training. Next time we will skip the DQ and go somewhere else,

    Friendly service behind the counter.

Great service provided by friendly servers! Tucked inside a strip mall on Reems Road, Surprise, there is a Dairy Queen. At first, I wondered if it only served sweet treats. I was picking dinner for my family. My son had requested a mint malt from Dairy Queen. But my husband and I wanted something more substantial. I ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches served up with a light touch of barbecue sauce, pickles and onion on a robust pretzel bun that did not disintegrate with the sauce. I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato a light sauce in ciabatta. There were no tempting fries. The mint malt was terrific as usual. Knowing that I was going to take it home, my server cheerfully chimed, "I will make the malt last after your sandwiches are ready." Service was stellar and the food was satisfying. I will definitely come back!

Bad holes in drain, also random receipt behind wheel!??!

The raspberry tea was really flavorful and so were the fries. Drive home didn't make the zucchini the best but still pretty flavorful and massive lol . The cashier at the window had a nice smile and was very kind. Overall was good food and quality seemed well: made up for the long wait but not sure if the price is justifiable. $40 for two burger meals at the fast food place seems a little wild to me but I'm glad we finally tried it.

Alright, we'll go with the onion rings. Nope, also out, pretty disappointing since that was the lure. Well, still wanted to give them a shot- Drive through service was friendly. Ended up getting Avocado chicken sourdough sandwich with side of fries. Taste was good, but the texture was frankly gross. The bread was so soggy, like French toast before you cook it. It was almost mush- definitely better ways to layer a sandwich so this doesn't happen. The chicken & avocado ratio was good. Kids got a grilled cheese & fries to share. Decent, but nothing fancy. Husband got the spicy chicken sandwich with of course, fries. Again, it was good, fine portions, but nothing noteworthy that will make you want to go back. The fries needed salt or a seasoning. They were bland, fried up potato strips. We weren't offered any sauces, so not sure if they have anything signature to make a difference there. Total came out to just under $50.00 for those 3 fast food meals.. (without any upgrade extras like the zucchini.) Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark for us. There are easily better alternatives for the same, more cost effective dining options. They also have a feedback website advertising on their to-go bags, however the link is a dead end and out of date.

In and Out is the one place we can go and feed the family for about $10/person. Today my 8 year old and I stopped in for lunch and got our usual. I used to order animal style because that is one of the most popular ways to order a burger. But when I found out you could get whole grilled onions on your burger it changed everything. I realized the thing I didn't like was the caramelized onions. They just don't taste good to me. But let's start from the beginning. As we approach the entrance we were greeted by an employee who held open the front door for us and welcomed us in. After a short wait in line (maybe 1 minute) we were helped at the next available register. As we approach the employee held out a kids activity packet for my son. After placing our order we took a seat and worked on his activity packet while we waited for our order number to be called. My son got a plain hamburger with pickles, fries and a drink My order is a bit more detailed. I get a double, double protein style with whole grilled onions x2 and an extra patty. I also get whole grilled onions on my fries with spread on the side. If you're never had the whole grilled onions on your burger or fries at In and Out I highly recommend you try it. I think the flavor is better than the caramelized diced onions. In and out customer service is amazing. The restaurants are always as clean as can be and they don't ask for a tip. So many fat food and fast casual restaurants are asking for tips. It's just gotten out of control. In and Out has become our families go to spot because of their fast and friendly service. Great food and clean restaurants. I'm excited for the new location opening up just down the street from us.
