We had to make a last-minute change with our original movers, and a neighbor recommended Dragon Moving, I'm so glad they did! The team was incredibly helpful, easy to schedule with, and the whole booking process took less than 30 minutes. Their pricing was also very fair and transparent. Jake helped us with our move, and he was extremely professional and careful with all of our belongings, making sure everything was properly wrapped and protected throughout the move. He even went above and beyond by stopping at World Market to help pick up our new sofa and swivel chair! Overall, such a smooth and stress-free experience. Towards the end of 2025, I had only a few weeks to figure out my move because the community i lived in became a source of harm in many ways. I'm lucky to have found dragon moving after calling several moving companies to inquire about price and availability. Dragon movers were economically priced and accommodated my request for a bigger truck so we can do one trip. On the day of the move they were punctual, transparent with work and break logs, and were pros at moving my stuff. They had the right equipment to make the job efficient and quick. There was a deposit to schedule the move, so I paid the rest after the job was done using their in person card system and left a cash tip. Based on my experience I would recommend them and also work with them again in the future.

I scheduled Dragon Moving for a local move. Scheduling was easy. Zach and 2 workers showed up on time and completed the move. Worked hard and were careful with our items. The cost was competitive and definitely worth hiring Dragon Moving.

My appointment was scheduled for 10 and the movers showed up at 10:30. The service was good. The did a quick assessment to see what furniture needed to be moved and how many boxes there were. I asked if they needed help. I was happy to lend a hand. They were polite and helpful. Everything arrived safely. The cost was pricey. We ran into a few hiccups with my new apartment complex, wanting them to park their vehicle in a specific area that wasn't very safe. That back-and-forth definitely cost me some money. I'm happy I used movers but definitely expect for spending well over $400. I had a one bedroom apartment and moved into a smaller one bedroom apartment with only me as the tenant.

We used Dragon Moving this weekend to move our 1300 sq ft home, and packed garage with home gym. They were communicative and prompt. Jake, Mike, and one other mover (didn't catch his name) got right to work, and were careful and attentive with our things. It was a big job (or seemed so to us) and they did everything great, playing Tetris to get all of our home into a storage unit. We will have to move our things out of storage again in a few months and would be happy to have them help us a second time. Would recommend.

These movers are BEASTS. I was not great with packing up everything before our scheduled moving day, but they were very fast and were able to carry super heavy things down from my apartment on the second story. Marat and crew went above and beyond with the moving services provided. There was a major snafu with our moving day--our UHaul (not Dragon's truck, but one I personally rented to move out of state) broke down. The team was SUPER nice and accommodating. Easy 5/5 - I would rate them higher if I could. They were super efficient, but also wrapped everything up with skill and made me confident my items would be in perfect condition post-move. I used yelp to get several quotes from different moving companies and liked the communication from this business. It was straightforward and professional and even though they were not the absolute cheapest, in the end we thought it was worth every penny to book with them. They did a great job wrapping up our stuff and even brought their own boxes to help with our items that were hard to box and scattered in the garage. All 3 movers were courteous and offered to help whenever they saw me moving stuff on my own on the side. We asked them to remove their shoes for the carpeted area and they actually obliged, which we so appreciated. I never want to move again but if I was to move again, or know anyone who's moving, I'd definitely use/recommend them. read more

I recently hired Dragon Moving for a Saturday morning move from San Diego to Aliso Viejo, and the experience was very professional. The crew of three arrived exactly on time and were communicative and efficient throughout the day. While I had already boxed most of our belongings, the team did a great job wrapping and packing the larger furniture and specialty items with care. We had two drop-off destinations (Aliso Viejo and Irvine), and they handled the logistics without any issues or delays. Most importantly, everything arrived with no damage. The administrative side was equally smooth. Working with Sam, the owner, was straightforward; the quote was accurate, and there were no hidden fees or "nonsense" charges at the end. In all the times I have moved (and there have been many) I have never received such top tier treatment. The movers were not only friendly but flexible with any requests or help I needed. I started working for big moving companies many years ago and worked myself up from a helper to a foreman early on. I learned the ins and outs of the industry and noted some areas for improvement. I started my own company so that I can provide my customers with an excellent, personalized moving experience, which I was unable to do previously. Moreover, I eagerly wanted to support orphaned children suffering from rare diseases. For me, this dream would come true just by running a moving business and supporting them financially. Thankfully, nowadays my company donated a certain amount of each move to orphaned children suffering from rare diseases and saving many lives.

I would not recommend this moving company. During my move on January 9, 2026, their crew damaged my property, including a television and a Simplehuman stainless steel trash can. The movers disassembled and packed my electronics themselves, yet the TV arrived broken. The trash can was not wrapped at all and was badly dented. I reported the damage immediately and was told it would be addressed. Since I ended up needing a second move, we agreed that the company would provide a discount to account for the damaged items from the first move. Despite that agreement, the second move was poorly handled. The start time for the second move was repeatedly delayed from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, making it impossible to complete the move within legal quiet hours. As a result, the move had to be postponed by two days, forcing me to pay rent for two places at the same time. There was no apology and no accountability. And I ended up hiring a different company. To make matters worse, the company never followed up or resolved the damage claim. Instead, employees contacted me directly in an unprofessional manner, discussing personal financial concerns rather than handling the situation properly through management. Overall, this company showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no follow through when issues arose. If you value your belongings and your time, I would strongly recommend choosing another mover. read more
