Chef's I ordered the Chicken & Waffles with a Rosé All Day. The chicken was seasoned to perfection with a tiny amount of heat for someone to notice hmmm it's something here lol and the apple compote gave the waffles exactly what they needed without drowning them in syrup. The Rosé? Smooth, refreshing, and they definitely weren't stingy with the pour ‍. Hubby ordered the Pub Burger and already said he'd order it again. My aunt enjoyed the wings, and my mother-in-love cleaned up her pancakes. I graciously took her bacon, bc hey, she only wanted the pancakes... . It had a smoky flavor that was really good. The biggest surprise was how relaxed brunch was. We made a last-minute reservation, walked right in, enjoyed great conversation, phenomenal service, and never felt rushed. Food: Service: Ambiance: The Pearl continues to be one of my favorite brunch spots in Tampa. It's one of those places that's consistently good, and consistency is hard to beat.
