Not sure what has changed with this dealership, but it definitely is not good! I previously purchased 2 new vehicles from Dublin Cadillac and was beyond satisfied with the quality of professionalism that I received. I recently decided to trade in my used Cadillac for a new one...what a waste of time! Not only was I told that the specific car that I found listed on their inventory page was on site and ready to go, only to find out that the car was not what they had advertised, and they were going to swap out multiple parts to make it the car I wanted. I was even sent pictures of 2 completely different vehicles, while Mohammed insisted to me that they were the same vehicle. I spent 4 days of texts, phone calls, unsuccessfully attempting internet access for paperwork as well as waiting for a notary that never showed up! I was also told that they needed to pick up my car and leave me a rental car while I was to wait for the new car to be ready because they, "didn't want me to put any miles on it." Not sure why I agreed to that, but once again, they never showed up! On the 4th day of experiencing a total level of incompetence, unprofessionalism and chaos from Mohammed and Sonny, I contacted a different local dealership and made my purchase with ease, professionalism and zero pressure. I will say that I had a few conversations with the manager Cameron, who seemed to be on a different level of professionalism than his salesmen and was repeatedly apologizing for what was happening day after day. Dublin Cadillac is the worst!!! Worst than any used car sales person. Lies, lies, and more lies. Total rip off!!! This is going to be long but read so buyer beware. I took my Cadillac to Dublin Cadillac because one headlight was not working and the other would flicker. I took my Cadillac in first thing in the morning so it issue can be fixed and I'll have my car by the end of the day. First Dublin Cadillac charged me $200 for a diagnostic although I told them (Michel Gress and Hailey) it was a light issue and told them exactly what the problem was. By the end of the day, my car was not ready and they claimed they needed another $200 for a further diagnosis. "What?!?!? I told you the problem. It just needs a new _____." But Dublin Cadillac insisted on a further diagnosis at now $400.00. By the next day my car was still not ready and the problem not fixed. Dublin Cadillac now informed me that my 2004 CADILLAC was an "old car" and I needed a whole new head assembly for $3,600.00 plus $700 for the diagnosis. Total they wanted was $4,300.00!!! Let me say it again. They wanted $4,300.00 for one headlamp. I asked to speak to the mechanic to see exactly what he did for $700 because I only agreed to the $400 and I wasn't agreeing to the additional $3,600.00 for the head assembly. Mechanic lied and told me that he changed the running lights (complete lie because 1. I never had a problem with the running lights. 2. There was nothing on the invoice stating the running lights were changed. 3 They could not provide me with the old parts) then told me that the "filament" inside one head light was burnt out. (Another complete lie. See below). After confronting on these complete lies, the used car sales slime ball approach licked in. "Hey, you got an old car" the mechanic said. (He doesn't know "old"because I have a 32 year old mustang and a 63 year old Jaguar.). I guess they were trying to get me to buy a new car. I tried to negotiate down to $400 for the two alleged diagnosis but Mike specifically had a "hard on" and would not budge although no one could provide what the $700 was for. I went to another mechanic who said the filament in the headlight was working perfectly!!! The next mechanic charged me a total of $200 to replace the bad part and the lights work perfectly. No bulbs were replaced. No bad filament. No new headlight assembly needed. $200.00 vs $4,600.00 for the exact same problem. Don't waste your time with Dublin Cadillac. Mike and Hailey are slime balls. This will be the last time I go to Dublin Cadillac!!! read more

Come on down if you want to get ripped off by the finance guy. If you want to pay $700 to have your spark plugs changed, go for it. Oh, if you have a headlight out on your CTS, be prepared to spend over $600 (for a headlamp replacement). The labor and materials are ridiculously expensive. I've owned Lexus's previously and they were not nearly as expensive to maintain. At least Lexus has service specials, reward programs, and more reliable cars. I made an appointment, knew which vehicle I wanted. Test drove it. Everything went well, I sat around for literally 5 hours before they got to me. Took the vehicle home, and everything seemed fine. A few days later one of my passengers informed me the A/C on his side wasn't cold. I didn't think much of it since my side was still cold. fast forward two months, A/C started blowing nothing but hot air. Took vehicle in for diagnostic @ $200.00. They ran some tests, quoted me $590ish total for diag, test and labor. I Arrived at dealership to pickup car, spoke to sales manager Joel to see if they would cover cost since I just bought vehicle. I was informed that they would not honor a curtesy fix since it was a "As/is" vehicle. Rep from service cited the issue being low/no charge on the Freon. So y'all just selling vehicles with no/low charge then making customer pay the bill? Not the quality experience I'd expect from a Cadillac dealership. read more

Their service department is a total rip off and are least interested in taking care of your car but rather keep your car in their shop as long as they can to rack up the bill. I went in since my check engine light was on. 10 days later I was told the car was fixed so I paid the $1400. I drive off the lot and before I hit the freeway, the check engine light is back on. I return the car back to the dealership and they are going to charge me $180 inspection fee to see what the new "issue" with the car is. I stopped payment on the $1400 until the car is totally fixed. Jessie, and his boss (Rick or Rich, I don't remember the idiot's name) told me that before they fix the car, I need to pay the $1400! What!!?!! After $1400, I still have a car with a check engine light and they are holding my car hostage until I pay for work which still has not fixed the check engine light. I guess they haven't racked up the bill enough yet. I bought the car in 2014 from this dealership and thought I could "trust" the same dealership. Boy was I ripped off. I was forced to pay the $1400 so I could get my car back and still have a noisy engine and a check engine light on. Not only will I not be coming back here for service, I'm taking my future car purchases elsewhere and making sure my friends, especially in the Indian community, know what a scam is being run in this place. read more

I'm so sad to write this review but my daughter is upset. Dublin Cadillac service department is the worst. I bought my daughter a Cadillac CT-6 Platinum for her college graduation and she has nothing but problems ever since. The car keeps jerking while she is driving it, the driver seat is going out, the Cadillac Que system has constantly blinked on and off, the staff is inexperienced and can't give a logical answer to why things aren't working properly. The service department has decided to employ unqualified people to support this organization hence no one has been able to resolve my Childs issues with her car. As I understand from her this is and ongoing issue that must have some type of code before it can be fix. This is just wrong and I've advised her to file a lemon law complaint. Dropped off a $108K 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum for service Sunday evening, 09May2021. Received 2 phone calls/voicemails from Mike in Service on Monday, 10May2021 -- 1st call/voicemail was to say the car was being worked on and 2nd call/voicemail few hours later said vehicle was ready to be picked up. For the record, I don't have any issues with Mike because he is just the messenger. Now, on to the real issues...my wife drove the vehicle home from service department. Before getting to the end of the street the dealership is on, the "Service Driver Assist System" warning light came on once again (it was brought in to fix this, among other things), and they also failed to fix the 3rd row seatbelt holder for middle seat that is stored in ceiling (this is the 3rd time the seatbelt holder has broken). All they did for the seatbelt was literally insert the seatbelt into the holder in the seat so it was locked in...the plastic holder in the ceiling where the seatbelt is stored when not in use was in shambles just like it was when it was dropped off. For the cherry on top, they did not provide a courtesy car cleaning because they claimed they were "short staffed." This is the 2nd time I've had poor customer service from this dealership in the past 12 months. Avoid it. Go to Cadillac in Walnut Creek or Fremont where they will treat you better. Piss poor customer service at Dublin Cadillac, especially for a vehicle that cost more than 6 figures. I also own a BMW...Cadillac can learn a lot by watching how BMW treats their customers. Pictures provided with this review for proof...you can't dispute pictures. 11May2021 Update: As you can see, Moe W. responded to my Yelp review by suggesting I contact him to discuss. This is once again poor customer service. Dublin Cadillac screwed up, so why do they expect me to take more time out of my busy schedule to chase them down? They know my name. They have the dates of service. Common sense suggests they can easily look up my contact information in their systems and contact me directly.
