I had a good experience working with Mark Ryan while purchasing a used Silverado. Mark worked with me on getting a lower APR percentage than what I was originally quoted from the dealer and what my personal bank was able to offer. I was able to see CarFax of the vehicle and was able to test drive the vehicle without a salesmen over seeing me which was great. My two complaints are, one, not being given a second key upon purchase, especially as the original key that came with the vehicle was very warn and dirty. Second would be not leaving with a full tank of fuel which I thought was normal. A new complimentary second key and a full tank would have made me feel more valued as a customer at such a small cost to Dublin Cadillac. read more

There was absolutely zero pressure by the sales and finance departments. Viney was our sales consultant, he was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Kam was the General Sales Manager was amazingly easy to deal with. We negotiated for approximately 10 minutes and I was able to get a great deal. I also interacted with Adam the Finance Manager. After shopping for hours online for the best interest rate, Adam was able to give me a better interest rate than I had found. This is my first non 5 star review. We had an excellent buying experience with Cadillac two year ago and have an Escalade. Included in the commitment on the lease was use of a loaner car and maintenance for the term of the lease. The dealership then changed its policy on loaner cars so that you must call to schedule an appointment with a service advisor. This was after 2 oil changes in a row where the service advisor did not put in the request for the loaner. I mentioned this in the survey after one of those services and was told in writing from the dealership that what we experienced was a temporary issue caused by the service advisor (I don't love when companies blame their employees for a process issue BTW). Over the past month, we have not been able to get a service advisor on the phone. We tried 3 times during business hours and cannot get a call back. Today, I tried to call the General Manager on the website - he is gone. I tried to call and ask for the service manager - was put on hold for 17 minutes and never go to talk to anyone. Instead of the service promised, we had to go to an alternate provider and get the latest service so that the truck was not damaged internally. This has been frustrating service from a company that sells trucks for 80k +. read more

REVIEW: DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased a 2021 cadillac escalade esv from the dealership. I paid $100,000 for it because the dealership reassured me it was a clean title vehicle with no accidents. But when I got home I noticed inconsistencies in the paint. So I began to examine the vehicle. There were many things the dealership did not disclose to me. -There was a dent on the roof of the vehicle. -The antenna on top was completely scratched up. -The passenger side rear quarter panel has been repainted. -The front bumper has been repainted as well. When I went back to the dealership they kept saying it has a car fax that showed there were no accidents on the vehicle. They put in 0 efforts to help me in anyway and basically told me it is what it is. Being treated like this after spending $100k on a vehicle is very disrespectful and humiliating. This cadillac dealership is definitely not reputable. They don't care about the customer. When you go to purchase the vehicle they are the nicest folks but once that purchase is done nothing matters to them anymore. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Let me start by saying, We love working with Mike at the Dublin Cadillac location. He is one of the kindest, most genuine and caring people we have ever met. This review is in no way about him or the service he provides. Our complaint is simply with getting services done. We have a full warranty on our Cadillac Escalade, but getting it in for warranty work is like pulling teeth. So frustrating. We brought her in on Wednesday for motor mount and strut work. We told them we had to have the work done by Fri do to work obligations. She sat for two days before it was even looked at. During this time we were paying daily for a rental. We paid for full warranty and extended warranty only to waste time and money waiting to get the work done. We picked it up Fri only to find the break pads and rotors were the only thing taken care of. They would have to have it again indefinitely to do the rest of the warranty work. They have no availability for a week to service it. This is warranty work, but no covered loaner or rental car offered. We now have a 4 wheel drive error on the dash. I am pissed right now. It shouldn't be this hard to get work done in a timely manner. It cannot be driven right now so we are paying for yet another rental while we wait for a call back. We take care of our investments and this is just unacceptable. I called Martaga Cadillac in Stockton and was told they can get it in Wednesday and once diagnosed for the warranty work the rental car is part of the coverage. Why in the heck wasn't this offered in Dublin? I knew this should have been covered. Just more frustrating and annoying. I don't want to have to go to Stockton, but it has to be taken care of right away. We prefer to use vendors we trust and build long term relationships with but, this lack of results is making it hard to do. Calling today to either get it done in Dublin with a rental car since it had already been diagnosed there or taking her to Stockton Martaga. We have been discussing buying a new model with Kat but, not so sure this is worth doing with this current issue. Will put the new vehicle on hold until issue is resolved. Such a waste of time, money and concern with our vehicle. Definitely not what we have come to expect from Cadillac. Can't recommend right now. read more

Let me start off by saying AMAZING service. I had wen to this dealership beginning of 2022 looking to buy a car. When I got to the lot nobody came out to help me at all. I had left and paused my car buying process, until recently when I decided I need a change in my life and a new car was it. As a 20 year old a lot of salesmen's from other dealerships would laugh at me when I told them I wanted a sporty car but not this one. I bought a brand new lyriq and it was trouble right off the bat. The salesman was terrible. He didn't know much about the car, didn't explain much when I got there. He rushed the process and didn't even make sure that the car was properly out of demo mode while I was there. There was some sort of theft device applied to it by the dealership, and I had no idea what it even was. On the drive home I saw the first service light, "service driver assist". That threw me off a bit, and was told by a Facebook group that it was "normal". Things went down hill from there. Many different service lights went off, but the main was, "battery low, car won't restart", this alert happened despite a half full battery. The next day despite having a full charge it showed that message again, but the battery drained right before my very eyes. The car was towed into Dublin Cadillac and it took them two weeks to fix. When I got it back it then would not charge straight through. It kept saying , "charge interruption". I called them again to get the car fixed. This time they didn't want to do anything to make it right. They took the car in and the car stayed there for over two months. No calls, no texts, and they did very little work. Apparently all they did was test and then say they could not replicate the issue. For two months! No apologies about the time they kept the car. When I finally was able to pick it up, it of course wasn't fixed. They delivered the car back to me caked in dirt. It must've been parked under a tree. I won't ever come back to this dealer. They aren't trained and do very little to fix the issues that Cadillac is having with their new EV. Their service department treats you as an issue rather than a source of their employment. Their sales team don't know their stock. It really sucks that this is my first experience with a brand that I held in high esteem as a luxury vehicle. Now totally destroyed. read more

Purchased a Chevy Traverse in October that didn't work out. Unfortunately after a month while driving the car SHUT OFF. We were told that it was the alternator and it could be fixed. I lost all feelings of security and did not want to even consider leaving the lot with it. Moe felt my discontent and frustration. Last night he helped us trade in the traverse and I rolled out in a stunning fully loaded 2020 Cadillac. I want to commend Moe for his need to help us and for his incredible professionalism. I didn't think they could do anything to rectify the sour taste in my mouth but sometimes you encounter a guy like Moe who's going to see things all the way to the finish line guiding and bringing the fun back into the experience. The car is more expensive with all the bells and whistles one could hope for, but to say that I LOVE my new ride is putting it mildly. Forgettable customer sales experience!! I scheduled a test drive for yesterday a week ago. We wanted to compare the new 2021 Escalade to the new Navigator and decided to schedule both test drives on the same day for best comparison. Sales person Adam called me and we communicated through the week and even the morning of to confirm the appt. Heck, I even texted him as I was leaving Livermore Lincoln and enroute. I arrived at the appointment and he couldn't locate the car we had discussed. 15-20 mins later, he comes out to say car was sold and no longer available. Things like this happen but a courtesy call with an update would've been appreciated, which shows there was 0 preparation for this appt on a potential $85k sale. There was 0 apologies nor ownership of the issue and blamed his "GM". I don't expect any special treatment but is common courtesy and Sales 101 basic skills that hard to apply? I was upset but I was already at Lincoln down the road so not a big deal but if I had driven 45 mins from my house for this, I would've been HOT. Anyhow, beware of your sales reps since they may not give you the basic courtesy and service you may expect. The overall experience made me feel as if he was doing me a favor and not offering alternatives when it should be the other way around. Maybe this dealer sells so many cars that they can deal with potential customers as THEY see fit. Glad I have Stead Cadillac closer to me and the Navigator also stands out as I was able to test drive one. read more
