JJ, Kam and Adam gave my family and me absolutely incredible service when we came in on Sunday to purchase a 2023 Escalade Sport! We drove all the way from Sacramento because they had the exact model, trim, and color that I was looking for and they were so helpful and wonderful in making sure that the purchasing process was seamless and so easy. We barely had to spend two hours at the dealership, unlike other experiences we have had in the past when you're literally at the dealership all day long. On top of that, we were able to trade in my current vehicle, and since there were still finishing touches to add to the new car, and since we had signed up for the Butler detailing service, the new car was not ready for pick up on Sunday itself. So, instead, they offered for us to go back home and they would let us know when it would be ready. They have been texting us over the past few days with updates so that we would have an idea of when the car would be delivered. Well, it's ready today, Tuesday, and after FaceTiming us and showing us that everything was complete with the car, they drove it all the way up from Dublin to Sacramento to deliver it to us at our home! I almost don't know where to begin. STAY AWAY from this dealership; Cadillac or otherwise for service or anything-HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!. I made an appointment for my Cadillac 9 days in advance for service for an intermittent starting issue. I dropped it off the day before the appointment. The drop off was a nightmare, at least 30+ cars just parked everywhere in the service area (Chevy and Cadillac). I had to go ask what I should do, they told me to park 'somewhere' and walk in as I would receive faster service. I went in and had the misfortune of getting Robert B as a Cadillac Service advisor. My first impression was that he acted like he could care less, I would come to find out that was true. He checked me in and I explained the lengthy problem my vehicle was having. He focused on one small aspect of my explanation, not that my car had been towed 3 times for the same issue over a period of a few weeks (didn't put that in the notes). Drop off day goes by, the appointment day (next day) goes by and now the second day is halfway gone. So, I called Robert to find out the status. He says he doesn't know that he will call me back "in 5 minutes." 5 hours later, near closing time I texted him. He responded with "your vehicle is third in line to be looked at I am hoping by Monday or Tuesday," mind you I dropped it off on Wednesday. I was perturbed that my vehicle had not even been touched and that it had to sit around possibly a week before it would be looked at, much less fixed. I asked, "doesn't an appointment mean anything? His response " your appointment was for Thursday and that was just to talk to speak with an advisor, not when it goes into the shop." He went on to say that "we do not have the technicians available that are qualified for this type of work on demand as we are a high-volume store." At NO TIME, was I ever told that my vehicle would sit around, possibly for a week before they got around to it (remember made my appointment 9 days in advance). I told him that you might want to let a customer know that in advance that you vehicle could be gone for a week to 2 weeks. He responded that "I thought you were aware of this, that extra time might be needed AND I am pretty sure I stated that." Yes, I was aware (I was thinking an extra day not a week or 2) and I let him know. After several text messages that were I told you this or that from him, I finally said to please stop texting me and to let me know when the vehicle has been looked at. The weekend goes by, Monday goes by, Tuesday goes by and NOTHING-no call, no update. I finally called him at 530PM on Tuesday and Robert tells me nope car has never been touched. I told him to have my car ready tomorrow; I am coming to pick it up. When I arrived (now 1 week later) I found that they kept my Cadillac outside, most likely parked under some tree as it was full of pollen, dust and dirt. I am SUPER PISSED right now. I had to call another Cadillac dealership (20+ miles away) and made an appointment for the next day with no problem. I dropped off the car. They were super nice, the service advisor listened to me, immediately downloaded "preliminary codes" and we discussed the issue while I was dropping it off. The Advisor told me I can see where you are possibly having trouble, I'll have our most experienced mechanic look at it. They took my car back into the shop. 5 hours later the advisor called and gave me a preliminary run down of the issues, asked if they could keep it an additional day to see if they could repeat the problem. They kept it overnight and by the end of the day they called, gave me another update with a repair plan. I authorized the repair and it was done the following business day!!! Thank God for Walnut Creek Cadillac!!!!! This is how you deal with a customer DUBLIN! Dublin Cadillac should take notice as that is how you treat a customer. You lost a customer. I will NEVER buy a Cadillac or any other GM product from your dealership or service my 3 GM brand vehicles there!! And Robert should find a new line of work. read more

I had previously tried to nail down a car from a different dealership, and that sales guy just kept telling me he'd call me when the car arrived - no updates at all for a month, I had to keep calling him when I saw online that the arrival date was pushed out. I've honestly had it with this dealership. I went here with my husband on 08/04/2020. I was test driving cars all afternoon because I want to see what SUV I want. We were greeted by a sales rep, but I don't know his name. We told him we wanted to test drive an escalade. He said he will go and grab the keys. 10 minutes later he comes back and tells us that he is trying to look for the guy that usually has them. Just that comment was already off to me. Cause that means you're telling me that one person has all the keys to the cars. Anyways, we chose another car to test drive, and he then comes back and said they guy that is supposed to have keys don't have it. This was already 20 minutes. He walked away again to find the keys and at this point, my husband and I decided to just walk away. It is very impossible that you do not have access to any of the keys to the cars on your lot. Don't judge a book by its cover. yes, we weren't dress nice but it doesn't mean we can't afford to buy an escalade. Good Luck to this dealership. read more

It wasn't until my visit yesterday with Hassin that made my expectations go above and beyond. My lease was coming to an end and I was dreading the process. Hassin reached out to me and let me know my options so we scheduled a day for me to come in to discuss them. Of course things get in the way and I kept pushing off the day I would come in, but Hassin was really understanding and never made me feel pressured or bad. Upon meeting Hassin I can tell he carried himself very well and knew his stuff. I told him I was interested in buying out my car, but also was looking to just get smaller payments with 0 down. He came back with some numbers for different things and we went from there. During this whole process Hassan was transparent and genuine. Much of this has to do with @Cadillac as much as the dealership where I bought my Lyriq too So bare with me: - I got 6hrs notice that my car was ready to be picked up after a year of news about delays. My car was ready in July vs around sept as well I was told if I didn't commit to buying in two days they'd sell it from underneath me . - I was helped to find a loan 2% points lower than my own bank - after recreating profiles 3x and the dealership doing it once the contracted installers only found my profile after I called their customer service and it's still taken a total of 5mo to get a quote for installation of the lvl 2 chargers through the Cadillac supported program - I was reluctantly allowed to test drive my own car because "people like to get them with 0mi on them". But mine had 7mi - when I picked up the car not a single person took the time to show me how to even charge it - my second key was locked away so I had to come back another time to pick it up. (They forgot to mail it to me) - the car doesn't recognize my keys (sometimes) - the motor in the trunk didn't activate once and left my trunk open for 45min with me nowhere near the car - the infotainment center glitches occasionally - the body of my car has misaligned panels - there is a panel that was damaged when I picked it up, pointed it out to the dealership, the first response when brought in for service was to insinuate that rodents at my home ate through it. - at the same service appointment the loaner car I was offered was tiers below the car I'd purchased. No other resolution was available (even though I'd said I was okay with returning another day) - the driver assist system consistently shows a need for servicing when overloaded with input (ie in traffic - when it's most valuable) - the rodent eaten part WAS ordered but has taken weeks to arrive. - I wasn't called when my car was ready for pick up after it had been in service for a week and nothing was fixed because they couldn't replicate the issues despite being shown video over the air updates reset factory settings to some things. it's not always possible to open the glove box without turning the car all the way on. the Cadillac webpage and phone app and car app don't communicate smoothly to allow for service requests and access to happen on multiple devices the wireless phone charger is limited in the size of phone it can hold and is slow and requires a delicate positioning to function I'm sure there will be more to come read more
