Honest and Open Review Here. My wife and I had been talking about getting an EV due to high gas prices. $250 to fill up my truck x3-4's a month :(. It was adding up. We looked and looked around for EV that would fit the family and decided on the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV Premier. However, after calling around to seven + dealerships only to be told the current Bolt EUVs listed online from various dealerships were not available for purchase due to a massive recall. Even though being listed online as in-stock or in transit. I asked if I could be called back if one becomes available. Only three of the sales folks I spoke to took my info down. The others did not care. I talked to Mohammed Hamed Eshpari at Dublin Chevrolet and he too informed me about the recall. However, he would take my info. After a few minor hiccups about a Bolt EUV that had become available only to drive from San Jose (work) to Pleasnat Hill (pickup wife) and then to Dublin only to get a call as we were getting off the freeway to be told it was only an LT model, and not the Premeir edition that we had been looking for. It was disappointing. However, Mohammed was very apologetic. We did, however, stop by to take a look at the car and meet Mohammed in person. Our second hiccup was a Bolt EUV Premier had become available. However, due to my distance from being in San Jose and the time called, by the time I got to the dealership the car had been sold. Fast-forward to about a week or two. Mohammed called on the 19th at 3:32 PM and informed me there was a Bolt EUV Premier available. I asked for a picture of the vehicle and the window tag and he sent it. I told him we would be over asap. However, I was in San Francisco and the wife was in Pleasant Hill and so was my truck that was being used as a trade. By 7:00 PM we arrived at Dublin Chevrolet. Mohammed greeted us and walked us over to our possible new car. After looking it over we walked in and started the process of purchasing it. After about 50-60 minutes we had an offer for the truck and the cost of the new one. After that, we walked over to meet the Finance guy Isaac and started the paperwork that was very painless and 90% electronically signed. After making a few adjustments to the contract we completed the process by 10:00 PM after the dealership had closed at 8:00. However, we could not take the vehicle that night as it needed to be charged, cleaned, and inspected as he had just come off the truck. Mohammed put us into a loaner car that night. The next day my wife had to pick up the car as I was in SF. Now, I'm a little upset about this. The car at purchase had 3 miles on it. However, when the wife went to pick it up it had 80 miles. I could not get a clear answer as to why so many miles. Now the kicker being a new car it should have had a full tank (aka a full charge). However, the car only had 35% charge. I'm not trying to point fingers here. However, the car should have been charged fully. My wife had to take it as she was already in the area and did not want to have to drive back down to Dublin after being in San Ramon. I received a call from David (Sales Manager) later that afternoon and spoke to him about this. He apologized and said to please bring it back for a full charge. I informed him my wife was running around. He asked that we bring it back once it was dirty and they would wash and fully charge it. I had informed him that we would try to bring it back to Dublin. I asked if we could take it to the Chevrolet dealership in Concord that is in the same group as Dublin just due to the distance. It seems a bit counteractive to drive 40 miles round trip for a wash and charge. Now, with all that being said above I'm still happy with our purchase. We are both Mohammed and Isaac were great to work with. I would recommend Dublin Chevrolet to family and friends. I will report back once we have gone back. read more

Just bought a new truck and was impressed with the service and how the staff I worked with went out of their way to help me. Shout out to Michael Bryson, Internet Sales Mgr. , and Adam Hamza, Finance Mgr. Let me say that I went into this purchase with my 'car dealer goggles' on, expecting the usual tactics but at the end of the day this staff and others made me sorry I felt that way. I did the click, buy, drive on their website and had an appointment scheduled. Didn't hear right back so red flag (RF1). Went to appointment and was told that the 1500 Silverado WT that I wanted was sold. (Work trucks are sold through their commercial vehicle dept.) (RF2) I figured the old bait and switch, but when I said I wasn't interested in another vehicle they apologized, and said they would let me know when one became available. No pressure, no upselling, just we're sorry. So I left and hadn't cleared their parking lot when my phone rings, 'Come back, we have your truck' (RF3) I'm thinking here we go again. Was I wrong. Michael through some magic (details omitted to protect the innocent [wink ,wink})was able to get MY truck. Awesome. RF's 1,2,3 get cleared. Yeah me! We did some paperwork which they help out (my situation was that I was buying in Cali, but am moving to Texas). Then Michael says he's going to get the dreaded PENCIL. If you don't know, look it up. Comes back with his modern 4 square and it has the rate and terms that I wanted plus some options. He also quoted me GAP and Extended warranty coverage. I declined the GAP and EW, he said OK, crossed them out, circled my rate and term, and I signed NO pressure. No yada yada about what I was losing etc. Treated me like a customer who knew what I wanted. Excellent! Then Adam the Finance guy (dun-dun-dunnn) comes in. Living in the modern world, the one thing that I didn't bring was a check, a paper check (you remember those) to put in the down payment. We spent 20 minutes working together to figure how I could get the money I have into their bank without a check or cashiers check, This being the 4th of July weekend and banks closed till Tues, it was an issue. After some back and forth Adam worked his magic (details deleted to protect the innocent) and I was able to give them my down payment. Off goes Michael to get the trucked washed and FILLED UP WITH GAS! (++) While Adam does his thing in Finance (dun-dun-dunnn) Adam was friendly, handed me all the State forma to sign and only asked me how many miles I planned to drive. When I told him, he offered me one last chance for a service contract, and when I declined he said he understood and nothing more was said. Kudos! Again no high pressure, your going to regret ...., spiel. All the paperwork was as discussed and agreed, no surprises. I signed everything and drove off n my new truck. Did pose for a picture for their Facebook site. All in all I was impressed with the professionalism this crew showed, and I apologized for my earlier gruffness as I explained my PTCDD (post traumatic car dealer disorder). If this dealership can continue with this level of customer service, they might be able to change the iage of car dealers. I first posted this about a year ago, they had it paid to be removed. Here I am and will post again. My husband and I bought our car from them back in June 2013. We purchased the car and loved the service (at the time). October tlast year came and we realized that we never got our registration tags from the DMV or the dealership. The dealership (when we bought the car) told us that our registration would be covered no matter what. We signed for the car and I repeatedly asked if everything was covered, he continually told me "yes" So when October came and we had nothing I decided to call the DMV and they told me it wasn't paid for. So I called the GMC Dealership. I spoke with JuJu who told me that was their "75" day policy they send your money back that you paid for your registration to leave the lot with the car an you have to pay your registration. Mind you, no one told me of this policy or that it might happen. (yes i received the check but it came as a paycheck. There was NO explanation on why i was receiving this check back) So I asked JuJu to speak with a manager, she patched me through to Sammy. At this point yes I was a little frustrated and just wanted to know why they never told me I would have to pay my registration if it didn't fit their policy. As I was speaking to Sammy he thought I wanted them to pay the difference (they paid 173$ DMV wanted 216$) and preceded to SCREAM at me over the phone saying it wasn't their problem I should call the DMV. As i'm screaming over him to listen to me and how dare he speak to a customer let alone a female customer my husband is shocked that he can hear this man screaming at me over the phone. (he's in the next room) I ask Sammy to give me to a manager twice and he refuses both times to patch me to a manager. I ask specifically for Mario and he says I can hang up and re call and ask for him. I said no he gave me to the operator and she patched me to Mario. Mario was in a meeting so I spoke with King. He wrote my complaint and I told him about Sammy. He told me Mario would call me by the end of the day. (no matter what I was going to call GMC and do a formal complaint) Two hours later still no call so I decided to call customer service and make a complaint. I spoke with Shelly (who was amazing) told her my story. She tried to make contact with Mario, no go. She contacted Sammy he told her they were discussing it and someone would call me back. NEVER did I get a call. Shelly called me back the next day and told me she would send this case higher. She did, I spoke with Courtney on a Tuesday she told me she would send case to her boss. She called me back the following Monday (today) and told me "There was nothing they would do because they cut me the check already" THEY DID NOTHING!! I had a screaming match with a "manager" and there's nothing you can do for me? I just wanted you to pay my registration like you told me you were going to do in the beginning. I will never EVER by a car from them again. My parents were going to buy a car in Feb from them and they no longer are as well. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this dealership. There is no customer service at all even in the highest point of their company. read more

I would like to offer my deepest gratitude to Dublin Chevrolet. My family and I evacuated Magalia, California, "A Bit Above Paradise", last Thursday to escape the Camp Fire in Butte County. We were fortunate enough that my parents have a travel trailer stored in the Bay Area, and have been renting a space at a RV Park by the Delta. We discovered that a headlight had burnt out on their Chevrolet Silverado, and called around for a quote to replace the bulb for us. My father spoke with Service Advisor Louis Lanza, from Dublin Chevrolet, on the phone who provided a quote for the service. My father told Louis we would have to hold off on the repair, as we need to save every penny possible, due to our current situation. After explaining, Louis provided condolences and stated his fellow citizens of the Bay offer their support. Then Louis asked us to please head over to the Service Department, as he would have someone assist us with direction on how to replace the bulb, with a nominal fee. When we arrived to the Dublin Chevrolet Service Department, Louis was out front and greeted us with a genuine persona and hand shakes. Louis asked my father to go to the Service Desk to purchase the headlight bulb and stated that the dealership would not be charging us a repair fee. A huge relief enveloped us. As my father went to the Service Desk, Don Kalias, Service Technician, came out and started disassembling the engine compartment. While doing so, Don asked about our displacement and told me that he is familiar with Paradise, as he visited his grandparents' home there, when he was a child. Don also instructed me on how I could do this repair myself, when the other bulb goes out; because that's how it works, they never go out at the same time. After the repair was completed and the headlights were working, the gentlemen both shared their condolences, support, encouragement and love for our community and departed with a hug. What may seem like a small gesture to some, was a huge action for us and we are extremely appreciative. Not only for the repair, but also for the fellowship. We live in a big world, a big state, but to be able to embrace one another in times of desperate need and come together with love and compassion brings joy to my heart and a feeling of camaraderie. We have family members and friends that have lost their homes and or jobs and I have a rapacious feeling, as I write this in the comfort of my parents' travel trailer that we can pull behind their truck. Worst customer service, once you buy the car you will be treated like a beggar in your next visit. Please read this before buying/leasing from Dublin Chevrolet and I do not want others to be as worst situation as I am undergoing currently. My overall health situation has completely spoiled in last 2 months for the reason these guys are behaving. I am experiencing sleepless nights, increased blood pressure etc. Recently I leased a Bolt EUV and company has recalled due to most dangerous fire hazard from the battery. This is the most dangerous recall ever any automobile company has made ever. This will make anyone sleepless not just for days, may be for years or ultimately end up in mental health problem. Okay, let's talk about customer service. Overall a bunch of liars sitting in the Dealership and doing business. I worked with Ashley from sales to buy Bolt EUV. Here are the promises made initially. 1. Free installation of 240V plug point 2. Contact me on recall and timelines about possible fix Not even a single time they contacted me to provide any assurance. All they want is sales at any cost including not caring about customer lives. I have horrible nights thinking about the bad decision I made in buying the Bolt EUV and especially from Dublin Chevrolet. After the reports of battery fire, initially I talked to GM lease to understand the options to get rid of the vehicle. They have asked me to work with dealer so that dealer has option to buy the vehicle and sell as a used car. I went to the dealer for a buyback option and dealer denied to buy and not even cared about my safety concern and reckless as if if customer dies, let him die. Because of their careless and pathetic customer care, my wife and I have been having sleepless nights and because of fire safety concerns, I don't know what to do as next step. Right now I am not even using the car given that it can burn at any point of time due to faulty battery. I lost my entire money. The owner of this dealership is a dummy guy and never acts on any reviews posted. Except just by saying "We are looking in to events". I am trying to educate people about this dealership and make sure people stay away from here. I will do whatever it takes to spread this message via all channels to reach maximum people. DUBLIN CHEVROLET COMES THROUGH!!!! This is an update to my previous review regarding Dublin Chevrolet. I must say, Dublin Chevrolet came through!!! The next morning, 11/22/18, on Thanksgiving Day, I received a text message from the General Sales Manager Joseph Mesa. He was very apologetic regarding the incident at the dealership the previous evening. He indicated that he wanted to speak to me at my convenience. I informed Joe that I was available to talk, a few minutes later he called. Joe wanted to hear my side of the story; I explained to him the incident. Joe was very apologetic and sincere, he informed me that he spoke to Ivan and Kiefer about the incident. Joe informed me that he wanted to make things right, that he understood my frustration towards Ivan, Kiefer and David. Joe explained to me that there was a miscommunication between the salesmen and the manager. Joe asked me if he could make the deal happen for the $74,450, out the door, if I would be interested in still purchasing the vehicle. Joe said he will make some phone calls, call the owner to make things right. Joe said that customer satisfaction is his main goal and wanted to correct the problem. I said, see what you can do, let me know and we'll go from there. Within an hour Joe text me and indicated that he will honor the $74,450 out the door price for the vehicle and if I wanted, he will set up home delivery of the vehicle. So, on Friday, 11/23/18, we went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I met with Joe, again he apologized for the incident, Ivan was there also and he apologized to me and my family for what had happen. Ivan was really easy to work with, he is a pleasant person. I was more than pleased with the final outcome and the purchasing experience. Thank you Ivan. And thank you Joe for contacting me and caring about the customer. i have been contemplating buying an electric vehicle since the beginning of 2020. back then it was nearly impossible to find an electric vehicle & when i did locate one at a dealer, they refused to negotiate & insist that i pay $15,000 above the retail sticker price! yes, that's correct!! $15,000 above the msrp price. i was told this was due to chip shortages & businesses shutting down due to covid. i decided to wait until things turned around, and last week (end of january 2024), i decided to try to purchase a 2023 chevrolet bolt ev 2lt through the costco auto program. i found several of the vehicles i wanted through the costco auto program website and was given the authroization's to call & meet with "trained authorized salesmen", one at capital chevrolet in san jose, and another at dublin chevrolet. the salesman at the san jose dealer completely lied to me & tried to manipulate me to buy the vehicle for $500 below the msrp sticker price and told me that the real benefit for me using the costco auto program was that he could sell me an extended warranty for $3500 instead of paying $7000! after that negetive experience, i called luke ledezma, a real "costco trained authorized salesmen", at dublin chevrolet. from the beginning of our phone conversation, i easily determined that luke ledezma is an honest, knowledgable, compassionate human being. everything luke explained to me on the phone made sense & i made an appointment to meet with luke ledezma from dublin chevrolet. luke is wonderful. he did a fantastic job in helping me understand exactly what the costco auto program price was. he took charge & explained all of the facts i needed to know regarding my 2023 chevrolet bolt ev 2lt. luke made it possible for me to feel really good about buying the car through him. he took care of everything & even delivered the vehicle to me the next day at my home. if you want to buy any car, i strongly suggest you reach out to luke ledezma from dublin cheverolet. read more

While I'd only had experience with Dublin Chevrolet's Service Department, on this occasion I'm compelled to share the outstanding service/ experience I had with their Corvette Specialist Luke Ledezma. I had inquired about one of three Corvette Stingray's listed on their website. Luke promptly replied and offered his assistance. He sought to understand exactly the specification I was after. What struck me most was the fact that Luke seemed to care more about what I wanted/ needed, and less about whether his inventory included such a vehicle. Refreshing. We "wrote" the spec, at which time I asked him for the best cash price on the sole inventoried C8 that met spec: Stingray, Z51 perf. pkg., 2 or 3LT, mag-ride, in any color but black. He asked a number of questions relative to whether I'd pay cash or finance, lease or purchase. I told Luke what I expected to pay given my understanding of the market, the fact that Model Year 2025 units would begin arriving soon, and lastly, fact that it was nearing the end of the month. (A coe-inky-dink I promise! ;) Historically I'd not been successful obtaining a dealers "best price" unless/ until I make the trip to the dealership. Instead, Luke said he'd discuss with his manager and get back to me promptly. He did, and pricing was favorable. Appointment made for the next day, and everything went very smoothly & efficiently. One element that surprised me, was the fact that Luke remained my contact throughout the entire process. I've always felt that having to work with 2-3 employees in total was inefficient and somewhat repetitive. Luke was my sales guy, finance guy, pick-up/ delivery guy and of course my final contact. The first thing I would like to state is that I HATE DEALERSHIPS! That is because every time they try to either A. jack you over B. follow you like they are stalking! So annoying..... I had an 07 Ford Focus I bought two years ago, decided I wanted to save on gas and trade it for a car. I noticed this really nice Cruze, all new at Dublin Chevrolet SO I decided to pay them a visit and check them out! I had submitted a request online, and started to get some information from Juju. Very friendly, always followed up and sent us directions to the Chevy store. As soon as we arrived, Moe and Juju greeted us very politely and had already pulled up a couple of the Cruze's that I was interested in! I knew what I wanted and didnt want to be rushed in anything else. Moe and Juju were super friendly, informative, and I loved it! After test driving the car, telling them what I wanted they quickly assisted in processing the loan and within 30 minutes NOT hours they hooked me up! They understood what I wanted, what I did not want. It was just perfect. I seriously hate making deals but this was way easy! My monthly payments are only slightly higher by a few bucks and I now have a new car! The finance director was so awesome! Shawn ( I think I spelled his name wrong,oops) was very honest and fun to talk too! We chatted about our personal life and I felt super comfortable! Overall I had a great experience and I can honestly say I dont' feel like I was take advantage off. My boyfriend and friend both also agree with me! Juju and Moe are a great team to work with!! I purchased a slightly used Kia Sorento 2011 on 8/27/11 and than the Finance Manager calls me on Labor Day, 9/5/11 to tell me that he could not get the loan financed without a co-signer and asked me to come in on a holiday to see him because he was off on Tuesday and Wednesday and would not be back until that Thursday. Regardless to say, I didn't go in on Labor Day since it was my day off. I called the next day to try to speak to someone other than the Finance Manager that was handling the deal. Everyone was USELESS. I spoke to the Sales Manager, Used Car Manager and other Finance Manager on staff that day and all said that I would have to work it out with my guy. It's the worst service I've every experienced. Apparently they don't care about their reputation at all. I went in today to talk to my Finance Manager and he tells me that he got me approved for 17% instead of the 9.99% he put on paper. He also wanted $500 more down, took $3,000 off the price sticker and wanted to take one year off the warranty. Are you kidding me? Long story short, I returned the car back to them and got back my car I traded in. I would've never thought in a million years that I would drive a car off a lot that cost over $20K only to return it back to them and get my car back. I would never go back here for SERVICE or to BUY a car of any sorts. Please don't buy from this dealer! I filled their Kia with $57 worth of gas that day and they wouldn't even fill up my car with a full tank of gas. Service is absolutely PATHETIC!!!!! read more

I have to say that usually do not like going to car dealerships. I don't like the high pressure sales with the stupid squares. I was in the market for an electric vehicle and reluctantly went to this dealership. I was introduced to Adrian and he seemed very nice. I still had my guard up and probably was not the most friendly. He was very patient, polite, and professional. He went through and answered all of my questions, showed me the Chevy Volt and offered to take me on a test drive. He only asked me my name at this point. He did not ask me for my contact info, drivers license or anything. I truly felt no pressure. After the test drive, he told me to let him know if there were any other questions or anything else he could do. He did not bring up cost or financing until I asked. Needless to say it was a great first experience. Over the last week, I have visited many dealerships, and no one I spoke to had the knowledge and understanding of what it is like to live with an electric vehicle like Adrian. He owns one himself, and was able to give me real life experiences that he has, and also informed me of somethings I didn't even consider. If you are in the market for an electric vehicle or hybrid, you need to come in and ask for Adrian. I have finally made a purchase (2017 Volt) and I have to say, I have no regrets, and Adrian has helped me with getting the paperwork done for my rebates. He did not treat me like he was done with me since the deal was already closed. Truly a professional! read more

Tom in the service department has the worst customer service skills and if he worked for me he would be FIRED! And after being rude to my wife he's lucky he wasn't somewhere else while being unemployed. Me: Dublin Chevrolet sent me an oil service coupon based on my Silverado HD Duramax purchase. Tom: You can't use that. It's a blanket coupon and doesn't work on all vehicles. Me: The letter sent to me said they value me as a customer here's a service special. It says diesels and trucks extra. So extra means full price? Then why did I get this coupon? Tom: They send them to everyone but they are not good on all vehicles. Now I never expected them to charge me $29.99 ( the coupon price) for my diesel tuck . I get things cost more and you can't sell service for less than it cost you, but a discount off of the regular price because they sent me a coupon would have been satisfactory. a few years ago the GMC side of the house would charge me the difference of the price and the extra oil, expensive filter, etc.... Nope not the chevy side. After reading the other reviews I doubt they even care. I don't see any responses. There will be an email from someone there asking how the service was but once you respond you wont here back from them. Totally unprofessional business. This will be my last vehicle purchase and service I ever do at Dublin Chevrolet. Oh you bet ya when that service survey comes I'm going to blast them. Have a nice life Tom. I had an absolutely outstanding experience buying my car from Dublin Chevrolet. I was recommended by a couple friends of mine who had also bought their cars there who were very happy with their experience too. This dealership was highly recommended and I can see why. They were truly amazing, and over the top with their customer service. I am a pretty picky person, and I was able to be very particular with the sales people. They went over and above to make sure I got everything I wanted. I got a Chevy Trax. Originally I had one picked out without racks on top. I thought that looked kind of ugly, like a mom car or mom van, and I am young and didn't want that. I also go to the snow a lot and I needed the racks. The sales people literally ran around until they found me something with the racks on the car. They went to another one of their car lots to show me other options. When it came to sitting down and purchasing the car, which always takes forever, I let the guy know, "Please, let's do this fast." He sure did. I am a pain in the butt, and every single person I worked with was so kind, their professionalism was incredible, I couldn't have been more impressed, honestly. My car buying experience was seamless, it was outstanding, I couldn't believe how easy the dealership made everything for me. I highly recommend. I bought a new 2011 Chevy Equinox LT last week here. A friend recommended I contact Evan for a good deal. My husband and I had been shopping around for months just deciding what we both liked. After we found a 2011 Equinox LS for a great price, we called Evan to see if he could match it or give us a better deal. Long story short, the LS model, although new, died on the freeway when my hubby was test driving it! It worked to our advantage because we got a killer deal on the LT model. We paid less then the dealership paid! I know they still get kick backs from Chevy for selling the LT anyways so whatever. Since Evan was off the day we went in, we actually worked with his partner Kash. He was great! Not pushy or obnoxious. The finance manager had a shitty attitude at first, but ended up being pretty cool. Oh, and since I had my own financing through my credit union it also made negotiating easier. They actually f'd up on my contract in my favor! I got the interest rate for a 60 month loan but for the length of 72 months! Dealership error in my favor so they paid my bank the difference!!! I can understand why so many people are unhappy dealing with car salesman. This is the 5th car I've bought so I've learned a lot through the years. I was looking for a Audi A6 on Car Gurus and I looked at a Nice one and for a good price here in Chevrolet in Dublin I walked in and looked around and found the car. The A6 they had for sale was one of a kind so different from other A6 I have seen while I was taking a look Jag Dosanjh approached and greeted me he was very very nice guy asked me if I have any questions my only concern was getting approved he said we will make it happen took his word and we took the car for a test drive I was impressed after that he was able to work numbers for me Jag and his manager David Perez both great guys gave me a lot of options and work and help me find a good plan on what I can afford. After that it was Jag send me to the finance department mean while he took the car get it washed and added gas and get it all pampered up for it's new owner lol after I finished with the finance department and sign some papers I met Jag outside and thanked him for putting his effort and helping me the car he asked me to inspect the car before I leave witch I really liked because most dealers they just want you to drive off with but here they want to make sure you satisfied 100% and till now I'm very pleased with my car.
