I'll probably be definitely be coming back to get some other things done just one day at a time lol but I'd rather come this way to Dublin versus Hayward. The only thing is the wait time. I did have an appointment for 11:45 AM. I was here 45 minutes early, but I have to take into consideration that they have to go on lunch so yeah I said I will be here and my car will be ready like at 4:45 or 5 o'clock. Took my Brother there to buy a Hybrid Civic Touring. We were "assisted" by a Caucasian sale rep- forgot his name as he lost my attention after seeing how condescending and rude he was. His comments irked me so much... I let my brother chatted with him while I called around. We went to Livermore after a pleasant phone call with Adrianna who spent good 10 mins helping me before I even commit to anything. We left the rude sale man and Dublin location, went to see Adrianna and the car at Livermore, and we got the car the same day. I get it, it's tough out there, but if you don't enjoy your job, take the day off or do something. Don't take it out on your customers or treat potential prospects and income like doo doo. His comment was "we don't care what everyone is doing out there, this is the number if you can meet around there then we can talk" lol ok... we got the car at Livermore for several thousands below your price and a 2026 model instead of 2025. Botton line: based on current reviews, please don't waste your time here. I actually came because my friend had good experience in the past. So the GM had me to give them a call for a possibly making this bad experience a good experience, after giving him my information, he quickly jumps in on the carfax and start asking me about my previous minor rear accident and asking me questions if that rear accident somehow I don't know if the clips that are missing or some of the 10mm bolts missing could be the cause of the rear accident. Hahahaha right, Honda is so cheap that the nuts and bolts unscrew themselves after a collision lol hahahaha, he then tells me that the manager at the service department will call me, more then 3 weeks in and still no call back. Don't message me asking that you will make things better but then try to find a reason to not do the service and offer something that you don't follow up on. Wonderful service advisors especially Arianna who is friendly and honest. It's always a pleasure to have her as the service advisor. She deserves 5/5 stars. One star is deducted for a few months ago, a different advisor (NOT Arianna) advised wheel alignment as part of TPMS sensors replacement (small sensors on the wheels/inside the tires) as the batteries in the sensors ran out. Wheel alignment is not needed as part of those sensors replacement. I had the TPMS replaced at my usual go-to tire shop instead. Other than that, other services at Dublin Honda including the Express oil change services had been wonderful. read more

I've only been here for a Honda/Acura meet as well as to buy parts from the parts/service department. The staff has always been pleasant in assisting me (especially carrying large items to the car) and helpful for questions. I feel very bad I don't remember the names of the 2 employees at the parts department that helped me when I picked up a motocompacto, one was an employee and another was a manager. The employee that helped me register information was very friendly and despite juggling multiple calls, his customer service stayed stellar. There was a form forgotten to sign and the employee was able to get in contact with me so that I don't miss anything. I came back later than day and met the manager of that shift where he got me in and out quick within a few minutes. When parts aren't available there, they're very quick to order the items and transactions have always been smooth. Final Thoughts: Definitely a good to-go spot for parts for me (plenty of Honda merch available as well for those who want some). read more

REPAIR SHOP REVIEW: DO NOT accept their diagnostics and repair estimates. Read below negative comments. Get a 2nd opinion. My conscience does not allow me to call them dishonest but I do doubt their diagnostics methods and mechanical work experience. The AC on my 2019 Civic with 75K miles stopped working. Dublin Honda repair shop inspected and said condenser (1), compressor (2) and evaporator (3) were leaking. They offered to replace part 1 and 2 which are covered under manufacturer warranty. However, they wanted $3,300 to replace part 3 which has no warranty. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and part 3 (evaporator) was not leaking. I came back to Dublin Honda, told them there was no leak in part 3 and they refused to replace the parts under warranty. I had to go back to the other repair shop to replace the part that was not leaking, only at 1/3 the price. Dublin Honda repair shop cost me unnecessary multiple trips, wasted time and $1,160 for nothing. The other repair shop gave me videos and the old part as proof that the evaporator is NOT leaking. I have the old part ready for test and as proof. Who will pay me back for unnecessary cost, the dealer, Honda corporation? I doubt it. I know the owner will comment "We take comments seriously, we will look into it, etc etc". Reading below comments and counter-comments it seems to me there is pattern. So, read all comments, not just the 5 stars and PLEASE PLEASE get 2nd opinion and document everything, you may save lots of money. read more

We've always had a good experience at the Honda Dealership here in Dubin. Staff are kind and helpful. They know their job and they do it well! We've had Arianna Garcia helping us with our car servicing for a few years now, she's very professional and thorough. She does her work quickly and promptly. The sales personnel here are very approachable and knowledgeable. Not pushy or overly persuasive, like some others we've come across at a few other dealerships. I've been to this Honda a couple times in the last decade and let me tell you, if I want consistency in my life, I come here, because every single time I walk into that lot, I get such bad service that it is laughable. and it's so consistent, that either management is the exact same way, or they're so neglectful that they don't even notice. (I'm sure they'd much rather say it's the latter). My most recent visit, I informed the salesperson that I was seriously interested in a CRV. He opened the doors of one so I could peak into one, however the trunk wouldn't open. While I looked inside he offered no information whatsoever about the car. I asked if I could see one where I could check out trunk space, as that's very important to me with this purchase what with having a toddler. As we walked to a different crv. While doing so, I asked about a nearby car. His response was "oh, that's a 60k car" as if to say "you can't afford that". Oh ok, I'll just go F myself then. My bad. Shortly after he leaves to get a key to open another crv, and never came back. "Well did he forget you?" You maybe wondering? Nope. Because he opened the trunk FROM INSIDE THE DEALER. . So i got in my car and whistled my way down to the Toyota down the street. Boils down to, they are dishonest and I'd recommend using Livermore or Concord. My wife brought her 2021 Odyssey with 45k miles in for routine maintenance which the app and notice we got was for a B1. The service advisor took advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge and sold her a B13 which includes a transmission flush as well coming to $470. A transmission flush according to Honda's maintenance shouldn't be due until at least 50k and up to 90k, the following was insult to injury. Dublin Honda charged $289 for the B1 portion, calling Livermore Honda it is $119, concord was $129, and San Jose was $129 but they had a coupon available. 1. Sold her on a bunch of additives for the fuel system, oil, and ones I have no idea what they are contributing to an extra ~$100 to the base maintenance cost 2. They said an inspection was completed. I looked at the engine air filter when the car came home and it is really dirty. All these extras and they missed one that was actually needed. Makes me wonder if they actually inspected anything else properly. 3. They said an external wash was done, it was obviously not as the car is still filthy. read more

I leased a 2024 Honda Prologue from Dublin Honda on March 23, 2025, and part of the deal included a Level 2 home charger, $500 installation credit, and $150 in EVgo credit to help cover public charging while I waited for the charger to be installed. I was told the charger would arrive in about 10 days. It's now been six weeks, and I still don't have it. I've reached out to the dealership multiple times and haven't gotten a single call back. The installer told me that Honda asked if they had a spare charger they could give me - seriously? It sounds like no one knows what's going on or is willing to take responsibility. The tracking supposedly shows the charger was shipped, but even the installer can't confirm where it actually is. Meanwhile, I'm stuck paying for public charging when I should've been able to charge at home using my solar setup. This delay has been frustrating and unnecessarily expensive. I expected better from a dealership like Dublin Honda. Be cautious if you're promised anything as part of a deal as they don't seem to follow through. read more

Update 040126: There were some good things and some bad things about the purchase. Here are the not great things. I asked 4x's to have a written agreement for the purchase of the car. It was never given. I said no to the finance guy 4x's about the upsells. He would not stop selling the warranty & the prepaid maintenance. Neither of which I wanted, but he wouldn't sell the car without it. That was pretty frustrating. I cant buy a car unless I BUY there adds ons. The Goods were FULL Tank of Gas and going over the car by William. I don't know if I would buy from them again. My wife and I just purchased a car from here. I went into the dealership fully prepared. We knew the car, model, and color we wanted. We also did our research for the price out of the door. All of this was negotiated before we got into the dealership. We had test drove many cars and were able to find the one we wanted. We went at the end of the month and the end of the quarter. We were helped with Ken (sales), Alex (finance) and William (delivery). All were exceptional an explained all the things we needed to know. It took longer than we wanted (more than 1hr) to get the car, but it was a very nice experience. (Would have liked COLD water refills, but can't have everything.) Also, we got a FULL tank of Gas. That was a very nice perk. The car was fully prepped, and the dealership was very very nice. I would say a perfect buying experience. We have another honda in the family too. We bought it to have an enjoy for 20+ years. Also, we drove over 90 minutes each way to get the car. Why. They provided the deal we wanted. They are family owned and operated. So if you are looking for a new Honda, call and ask for Ken. We got the car out the door for less that 500 off the MSRP. So yes, we got a great deal. COVID-19 Service Review: Went this morning to get a maintenance service on our car and had a smooth experience. Hadn't serviced the car since just before the pandemic last March, but couldn't put it off any longer. This morning I called and made an appointment for 10 am. Arrived on time and was third in line. The service technician checked me in and walked me through the service they needed to perform. It was over $200, so he offered to apply a $35 coupon. Also offered a free car wash which I gladly accepted. I went for a walk while they worked on the car. It was ready in the estimated 1-2 hour time window. Everything was ok except they had forgotten the car wash. I pointed this out and the tech took care of it. They enforce masks and social distancing. Sales are by appointment only, so I couldn't wander around checking out new models like I used to do pre-pandemic. Rest rooms are clean and open to customers, but coffee/tea and vending machines are not available. The waiting lounge area has been reconfigured for six feet social distance. Will be back without any concerns next time. read more

Also the service department is very incompetent, the manager Rami is very dismissive and fake, the short haired service advisor women is rude just like her manager and it shouldn't take multiple visits for them to figure a simple problem out but I guess it does. Also don't bother making an appointment, they take a minimum of 6-7hrs for just an oil change. And the lady calling to survey you after a service is a joke. read more

"Now I Remember Why I Avoid Car Dealers." Yes, I should have known. On prior visits, the salesman was excellent. He was helpful in finding the right model for me. I didn't buy a car on my first visit, but returned a month later to look again. After finding a suitable model, I was ready to buy. After a long wait, I met with the finance man, to buy the car. I literally was ready to write a check on the spot. What was a pleasant experience immediately went sour. Now, instead of a pleasant individual, I met a disrespectful person who wanted to argue with me. He simply wouldn't accept my answer that I didn't want to buy their warranty. After telling him "No" 3 times, I walked out. The nasty finance guy explained, "All car dealers will try to sell you an extended warranty." Then he invited me to leave, which I did. it's not necessary for any customer to accept such treatment. Why would I choose to patronize a company that is so disrespectful? I'm not interested in arguing with someone. I am the customer. This is exactly why people dislike car dealers. Soon after, I bought a car at Hertz Car Sales. (My 6th vehicle from them.) He even replaced my car key battery without me asking and brought out the low beam lights replacement immediately. He was funny, quick and professional. Called them and said they have their own wait list with 50+ people + bunch of BS. My 2012 Honda sun visor connection snapped on the driver side. Was a safety issue because it would hang down. Obstructing the view of the driver. I had them order a new one, once it came in they installed it in just a few minutes. Could I have gone to a regular repair shop and have them do if for less money? I could have, but I know I will get good service From Honda and I don't have to worry about getting second hand parts. Plus if I recognize that they caused an issue I would simply bring the car back and they would make it right. If I ever do by new Honda I would certainly buy it here. read more

Unfortunately, this dealership does not have good service! I ordered a 2" reciever on a 2025 CRV hybrid touring. The service person typed in that exact description and was on the receipt. When i picked up the car it had a1 1/4" receiver which i noticed right away. A new service person said they dont do 2" receivers!!!! And no one called me????
