Here is a email that I sent to the general manager of Dublin Infiniti with no response. This place is an utter embarrassment. I am more embarrassed that this is the second terrible experience that my family has had with this dealership. The first one ended in a settled lawsuit. A. Tolga, I wanted to reach out to you because my parents had a terrible experience at your Infiniti dealership over the weekend and I would like to understand why they were treated this way. I could have left terrible reviews all over the internet and blasted your dealership on social media, but I wanted to come here first to get an explanation from you. They came to your dealership on Saturday 4/27 for the Auto Butler service on their 2019 QX50 done. They dropped off the car in the morning and went back in that afternoon to pick it up. When my father went to pick up the car, he waited for more than 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge him and help him. When he was finally helped by Ander Gregory, he was told that they could not find his key. Ander went to the service manager for help and still could not find the key. The service manager went to explain the situation to my father and he was extremely rude and talked with a very bad attitude. This is not acceptable at all. When purchasing luxury vehicles, we expect a higher level of service and not someone to talk down to us because we have an accent. Our entire family has owned Infinitis in the past and we only drive luxury vehicles, so we know what to expect. I am sure none of your customers expect this when walking into your dealership. After this rude exchange, and my father calling him out on it, the service manager told him that he would have someone come to our house on Sunday, pick up the spare key and have another one made for him. Ander messaged my parents and said that a co-worker would arrange for pickup and delivery of their car back to them. My parents waited at home all Sunday, no messages, and no correspondence. My mother called and emailed, and messaged with no response from your staff. On Monday, my mom was finally able to get a hold of someone and Bobby came by to pick up the key to have another one made. The car was finally delivered back to my parents on Tuesday night. I have attached some pictures for you to see. This is not ok since it just had the auto butler service and your team didn't even have the courtesy to rewash the vehicle before delivering it. Additionally, it was my mother's birthday this weekend, and they were hoping to have the car so they would be able celebrate with it. Instead, they had to deal with this fiasco. Please respond to this ASAP. If I do not receive a response by Friday 5/3, I will be posting it on all of the forums, yelp, google, Facebook, and anywhere else I can. read more

I bought my car back in 2022 and been servicing it here since and John my sales man always greets me and remembers me he is so warm and welcoming and always talks to me about my car and teaches me about the technology I don't know my car has! The worst luxury dealership experience I've had in my life! I was able to make an appointment for next day service which was the only plus side of the experience. I had planned to leave and come back but the rep Alfredo asked if I wasn't sure I wanted to stay to at least find out how long the repairs would take. I did and TWO hours later, I was given an update on repairs. After I called my mechanic and got quoted a price 1/3 of the cost, I declined to do the brakes given the outlandish price. It took 3.5 hours to get my car back, never having been told that it would take this long to replace the battery and fix a recall software upgrade. I get in the car to find out that my tire air pressure indicator was still on when I specifically asked Alfredo if the tires were inflated when I picked up. They indicated the car was washed and vacuumed which it certainly wasn't cleaned at all inside. The waiting room was open and in the time I waited (next to the cashier) THREE people came in not wearing masks covering their noses. At least two people that worked there saw and interacted with them and said NOTHING to them about it. At that point, I left and waited outside which I highly recommend you do as COVID protocols aren't being followed here. I have a BMW that I took in for repair a few months ago and can tell you that their customer service and COVID protocols are far superior. I will certainly not be back to this dealership again. read more

He engaged with me while attending to my car an informing me of what was going on. This review was for the service department. I went there at 8:30am for a scheduled routine 65k maintenance, oil change to be specific. I was told it may take about an hour an a half so I waited. A couple of hours later, the car is still not done. I followed up and was told by my service adviser Kyle that some cars came before mine that is why its taking longer. 3 hours later finally my car is done! A regular routine oil change took me 3 hours to wait! When I recieved the car, the sticker for my next service had a Dublin Chervrolet / Cadillac sticker on it which made me suspicisous about my service. When I reviewed my dashcam at home it was indeed they brought my car next door to a chevrolet dealer for my service!! The reason I came to an infiniti dealer is to have my car serviced by an infiniti mechanic. I was still charged at an infiniti rate. If I had known this was what would happend, I should just have bought my car to a nissan services provider near me! Unacceptable!! read more
