I recently had an oil change and purchased a couple new tires for my G35 at Dublin Infinity on KaiserRd. I have had my car serviced by Infinity since I purchased my car in 2003 and have always received superior service which I have come to expect. Today, however, they even exceeded those expectations of customer service. Everyone with whom I encountered during my service including the cashier, service advisors, and the service manager was extremely polite, friendly and professional. Communications were always helpful and with a smile. It was so refreshing to deal with personnel who were so positive and seemed to really like enjoy their work. I particularly want to highlight Sk Khem who was the service advisor working with me. I chose to return today for tires since the wait yesterday was going to be longer than expected. I teasingly asked yesterday if they'd have breakfast for me since my appointment was early. I was touched and so very appreciative of the act of kindness when I was given a breakfast bowl to enjoy while I waited for my car. This was so unexpected and demonstrated a level of customer service that is a rarity these days. I purchased my Q50S from a different dealer. Since day one, I have had my car in eight times with issues with the infotainment system. Every single time they could not verify the problem,even with two videos I recorded. The last time they had my car for nearly two weeks, same answer they live to give, nothing wrong just wait until the next update. Two weeks ago I stopped into Dublin Infiniti due to issues with the wiper blades. Mind you I purchased them from the dealership in question. I walked into Dublin Nissan and Infiniti and I was blown away what an amazing dealership. So modern and tons of vehicles on the lot. A gentleman named Burke approached me. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He went and grabbed me a new wiper blade that works perfectly. I mentioned the issue with my system. He said something didn't sound right to him. He was able to see what the other dealership did those eight times. He said we have a whizz at the infotainment system he said give us a chance to check it out. I showed up at 1:00 yesterday. By 2:45 Burke came up to me and said they found several issues with it and they were on the tech line with Infiniti. I said yeah I thought you were going to tell me you can't verify the issues. He said your whole dashboard is apart. We did verify and we are replacing your main unit. I was blown away and ecstatic that finally they believe me and verified it. And on top of it he did a twelve point inspection and found that my water pump was leaking and he said I ordered both the new radio and the water pump and get those done the same day. So, I have found my new Dealership and Burke as my service advisor. I will never go back to the other dealership ever again. However I am going to let them have it. I'm so pissed off at those idiots. Thank you Burke Mangabay for treating me with professionalism and kindness and most importantly thank you and Mike for going the extra step to find the issue that I have been suffering through for two years. We've all been to places where service exceeds expectations. I've never felt that way about an Auto Dealer Service Department. That is until yesterday. My son's Infiniti G37 had a number of issues so I wanted to have it fixed right, so took it into Dublin Infiniti. The Service, Advice, and Guidance was exceptional and that's why I'm writing this review. Relevance: YES, you can take your car to a dealership for repairs, get great service, and not pay a small fortune to do so! When I arrived, I was greeted by SK, one of their senior Service employees. I explained my list of approx 7 fixes I wanted done, while also explaining my financial situation (I lost my job and was out of work for 18 months during the pandemic); its no fun to be a coupon hunter and watch every dollar. Thankfully, God sends good people your way when you need them most. I walked SK through the list, he inspected the car and helped me triage the "can't wait" fixes from the "nice to haves - do later" fixes. In addition, unlike every dealership I've been to over my 50+ years, he wasn't pushing a major service package ("the expectation" when I walk through the door). In fact, he said that I wouldn't need one for 10K miles. Now, that's how you build trust and customer loyalty - demonstrating sincere empathy for every customer's unique situation. Arrived at my appointment time only to be told by the service agent they cannot honor the coupon because I have an infiniti and not a Nissan. At the end of the day aren't you the same company/dealership? They said they sent the email to the wrong people? So that is my fault? Can I afford the cost of an oil change? Yes. Here is a email that I sent to the general manager of Dublin Infiniti with no response. This place is an utter embarrassment. I am more embarrassed that this is the second terrible experience that my family has had with this dealership. The first one ended in a settled lawsuit. A. Tolga, I wanted to reach out to you because my parents had a terrible experience at your Infiniti dealership over the weekend and I would like to understand why they were treated this way. I could have left terrible reviews all over the internet and blasted your dealership on social media, but I wanted to come here first to get an explanation from you. They came to your dealership on Saturday 4/27 for the Auto Butler service on their 2019 QX50 done. They dropped off the car in the morning and went back in that afternoon to pick it up. When my father went to pick up the car, he waited for more than 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge him and help him. When he was finally helped by Ander Gregory, he was told that they could not find his key. Ander went to the service manager for help and still could not find the key. The service manager went to explain the situation to my father and he was extremely rude and talked with a very bad attitude. This is not acceptable at all. When purchasing luxury vehicles, we expect a higher level of service and not someone to talk down to us because we have an accent. Our entire family has owned Infinitis in the past and we only drive luxury vehicles, so we know what to expect. I am sure none of your customers expect this when walking into your dealership. After this rude exchange, and my father calling him out on it, the service manager told him that he would have someone come to our house on Sunday, pick up the spare key and have another one made for him. Ander messaged my parents and said that a co-worker would arrange for pickup and delivery of their car back to them. My parents waited at home all Sunday, no messages, and no correspondence. My mother called and emailed, and messaged with no response from your staff. On Monday, my mom was finally able to get a hold of someone and Bobby came by to pick up the key to have another one made. The car was finally delivered back to my parents on Tuesday night. I have attached some pictures for you to see. This is not ok since it just had the auto butler service and your team didn't even have the courtesy to rewash the vehicle before delivering it. Additionally, it was my mother's birthday this weekend, and they were hoping to have the car so they would be able celebrate with it. Instead, they had to deal with this fiasco. Please respond to this ASAP. If I do not receive a response by Friday 5/3, I will be posting it on all of the forums, yelp, google, Facebook, and anywhere else I can. read more
