Hands down the best donut in Meridian, Eagle and Boise area. Each donut is hand prepared per order. The batter is good and it stayed soft even the day after. So guaranteed that the donut you ordered has not been sitting in the shelf because you'll see it come out of the fryer before they make it for you. The batter is not terribly sweet which I imagined will be just as good plain as it is all dressed up with toppings. The beauty of the donut is that it balances the perfect amount of sweetness with whatever toppings you choose. I bought a dozen at $20 which comes out to about $1.66 each donut plus tax. A lot cheaper than Krispy Kreme but miles better. I believe each donut is $2.50 if you buy by itself. The store is clean and the staff I've met are all quite friendly. I've been coming every day since I discovered it. Can't believe I've lived in Eagle and not tried this before. I won't be going back to Mojo's or Krispy Kreme for donuts anymore since this is truly so much better and fresher. The only way to eat donut is the way these guys make it. Their restroom is very clean but they don't have toilet seat liners. I had to use a lot of toilet tissue paper to cover the lid. So I'm hoping the staff I spoke to, will notify the owners that they need to provide toilet seat liners for staff and customers. They are open until 9 pm on Friday and Saturday. They are open everyday so that makes it nice since most places here in Idaho are close on Sunday. I'll definitely come back.

I've "heard" of this company before and when I saw it, I thought I'd give it a try. The donuts are smaller in size then the average donut. They are made fresh to order. We ordered three donuts (cookies and cream, strawberry sprinkles, and a chocolate frosted). We also ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg cheese and bacon. The lady asked us if we wanted it on a donut or on bread. We got it on bread. The breakfast sandwich was okay. Nothing too special about it. The donuts were cool, watched as they came off the fryer and the lady working frosted them according to what we ordered. They were warm and yummy. It is worth checking out

If you like donuts made fresh to order, go to Duck Donuts! It's pretty cool to watch the staff cook & decorate each donut, esp a dozen.

I am not a huge donut fan but we picked up some of these today and I was very pleasantly surprised. Inside is very clean and modern with great ambiance for a donut shop. Staff was also very friendly and answered all the questions we had with smiling faces. We decided on a mix 6 pack, bacon in the sun and coconut island bliss. Have to say these were pretty good for donuts lol as I mentioned not the biggest fan of them , but for what they are this is one donut I would repeat. My wife in the other hand loved them! We would for sure go back and possibly try out some of the other custom made options they offer.

Duck Donuts is no regular donut shop. They fry and top the donuts to order. So, they are served to you full of warm, crunchy, gooey goodness. Eat them hot. They're OK once they cool off, but eating them fresh from the fryer makes them taste exponentially more delicious. They are similar to cake donuts in their consistency. You can order one of the dozens of available flavor combos or create your own. I recommend the blueberry pancake (self explanatory) and the sand dollar (vanilla and coconut.) Seating is limited-a few high top seats along two walls and one sit down table for four. Donuts are very reasonably priced at about $2 each.

I'd always heard the hype around these donuts but never got a chance to give them a try until now. Its a super cool concept--you place your order with the cashier as usual, but then they made your donut fresh right in front of you. You can watch them ice, decorate, and assemble your specific donut order and it's all with the same freshly made cake donut base. We chose the sunrise and cookies and cream, both of which were so good. I loved how they were warm when we got them--it made it so amazing. Would highly recommend trying duck donuts if you've never done so!

We're in search of Duck donuts around America. Living on the road and retired enjoying the hunt. Meg was awesome in explaining the process of cooking and assembling our favorites. Also the gentleman (didn't get his name) was very informative about the operation. Thanks for putting Meridian on our map. Betty and Barry (Duck connoisseur s)

Today was our first visit and it definitely won't be our last! We can see why TJ is the employee of the month and I hope that Austin will be the employee of the month next! Both were so friendly. My daughter loved watching Austin decorate our donuts and he moved closer to us so she could see better. He talked to her about our mommy daughter day that we're having and she was so happy leaving that she told me she wants to come back and see him every day lol. A great start to our day together. Thanks for the awesome service!!

We did have to have a small wait. I love the fact that they were busy! Nothing makes me happier than seeing a local business thrive! It was a little over 10 minutes of wait time. No problem, we chilled in the car till we got our text to come in. We were sat, got coffee and juice ordered and checked out the menu. We were both hungry so everything looked good. My husband decided on a stack of pancakes with chocolate chips and a side of biscuits and gravy. I got the Big boy omelet with Moe Joe's potatoes. Our server, I believe her name is Kendra, was super sweet! I have served her before when she came in and ate my at family's restaurant. She was fabulous as a guest and fabulous at taking care of us today. I had requested a fresh cup of half and half that wasn't used my multiple guests. I'm still bring careful with my new kidney. With no hesitation, she gladly gave me a fresh cup of half and for my coffee. I appreciate her kindness so much. Food came out and booooyyyyy did everything look amazing! My husband's pancakes were fluffy and had plenty of chocolate chips. The biscuits were covered with gravy. My omelet was massive and was also covered in gravy. I was ready to tear into them potatoes! They were nice and charry. I know this meal is about to hit! I don't think I said a word to my husband for 15 minutes. The food was so good! Nothing important needed to be talked about when the food was doing the talking for us. My omelet was stuffed with green peppers, onions and all the 3 meats that came with it. I love love love the gravy on top! The potatoes were crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. The potatoes with gravy is top tier! Of course I tried my husband's pancakes.... so fluffy and sweet. The biscuits weren't crazy dense. I love that they were airy. I really had to hold back on the pancakes, I still had a whole omelet to work on. But them pancakes were the business! It's sad that this joint is clear across town. I would eat here every week if I could. Everything we had today was so good! Everything I had last time was good! The service is fantastic. I adore Memory and Peyton. Now I get to add Kendra to my list! One of the best breakfast joints in town, hands down! I'm so happy I got to start my birthday week at Moe Joe's! I look forward to coming back very soon.

We had a different server than our usual this time and she was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. I took away a star because the food wasn't as great as the last few times I visited. The eggs were overcooked (kind of dry and almost rubbery) and the hash browns were under cooked in the center. Now, if you've read my previous review, youd know how much i absolutely LOVE their pancakes - and I've made it my go-to spot for breakfast because of it. Well, either they changed the recipe or someone messed up this batch. It was nice and fluffy, but bland. That signature deliciously buttery flavor was nowhere to be found. I kept taking bites hoping my tongue was deceiving me... but there were no lies. Just disappointment. This is definitely a deal breaker. Maybe I'll try one more time. If it was just a one-time fluke, I'll update this review and stars. :::sigh:::

Good luck finishing it. I had corned beef hash unlike any I've ever had. The corned beef as in thin strips with no fat and all taste and fresh. The pancake will most assuredly will be the biggest you've ever seen. It's fluffy and done just right! We went on a Friday. It appeared the place had more tables available around the lunch hour. I'm not really in favor of having to give your cell phone number to feed into their app so you know when your table is ready, but there you have it. The inside is pretty cool if you are into that "converted warehouse" feel of exposed beam crossed with a country kitchen feel. Tables aren't crammed together, definitely a sense of space. There are booth options as well. And as I prefer, no TVs. There were 2 groups of 14 that were served during our visit, so they can definitely accommodate larger parties. Our server rarely checked in, took 10 minutes to refill coffee after we requested a top off (she forgot), and never ended up refilling out water. The coffee we did get was good though. As always, I'm a hollandaise connoisseur as the foundation for perfect Benedict - my go to breakfast item. So I asked for a sample before I ordered, and I'm glad I did. The Griddle's hollandaise was curious. It was clearly about 25-50% powdered mix (which tastes like nasty beef gravy) with the balance being added clarified butter and a very strong dose of lemon. It was marginal, but good enough. So, I went with the crab cake Benedict. The crab cakes were a bit "fishy," so the strong lemon flavor was a plus. After flagging down our server, I requested a new poached egg as one of them arrived hard boiled. (I want runny yolks as hard boiled are too chalky for my taste.) The replacement egg was delivered very quickly. My guest had the banana Texas french toast special with added bacon and scrambled eggs. Bacon was nice and thick, nicely cooked. Scrambled eggs are pretty much just that. The french toast did have great body to it, but I'm not a huge banana fan. Still enjoyed it though. I would consider this an option for a revisit.

Here, the pricing will not require you to take out a second mortgage as the Boise elites would have you do for eating in their downtown. It is no surprise that more quality dining places are opening in cities like Eagle, Caldwell, Nampa and Meridian where Idahoans can enjoy life.
