Assortment of items, roughly $35 total

Good lord finally! Dumplings have landed in Edgewater Public Market. EPM has to be one of Denver's most consistent and robust food halls. Now that dumplings are laced into the fold, foodies will be rejoicing since we're always asking for more dumplings. #NeverEnoughDumps Simple menu. Cute stall. No frills. Best part is that you're not spending an arm and a leg on everything. My wife and I split four items and it was roughly $35. Which if we were at a trendy Asian restaurant in town we'd be spending double if not more. However, it's worth noting that the quality here is good, not great, and not on par with those places making dumplings by hand daily. It's a fast casual spot that cures the hankering! +Chili Oil Wontons ($8.99) // best thing we tried hands down. Not as much chili oil heat as I prefer, but the meat was flavorful. Devoured these in seconds! +Steamed Shrimp Dumpling ($6.99) // My wife's favorite. I actually didn't have these personally, though she loved them. +Xialong Bao ($11.99) // Did the trick, not memorable though. I thought the flavors were just okay and I ended up drowning them in extra chili oil and black vinegar. +Vegetable Egg Roll ($5.99) // Good crisp, but the sauce was strange. It resembled a shrimp cocktail sauce with a thick consistent. Just odd if you ask me since you typically see a thinner red sauce served with these. Dumplings inside the market is something we can all get behind. Order at the kiosk yourself and your food will be ready in ten minutes. They even had one of the longer and more consistent lines yesterday. Not putting this place in front of other spots in town, but a viable option for getting your fix!

Edgewater has a new dumpling spot and for a quick bite I highly recommend it! It may not be the best in town but boy it's close! 8 pieces for 12 bucks also hits that sweet spot and is cheaper than most places in the area. The filling is piping hot and umami filled. Each bite is filled with succulent pork and a bit of soy sauce and chili adds to the whole experience. The wonton soup is pretty one dimensional but also reminds me of my childhood where you would order a cheap bowl of wonton soup with your meal. Im not sure how long they will last here, but please support them while you can!

Service was immediate and friendly, we needed a Dumpling place in Edgewater, especially in the Public Market One is not able to see the kitchen or view how food is cooked, mostly containers in their "Dumpling Spot Kiosk." Menu is full exposed with pricing very clear and aside is a cold fridge with drinks. As to the Dumpling, I ordered the shrimp, it was a bit cold, not warm, the texture was not palpable, the shrimp truly appeared to be processed and molded. I can say my Service dog enjoyed the shrimp, possibly some would enjoy the various cooked meat dumplings, this was not a place I would return. Unfortunately, for I love the Edgewater Public Market Please review the menu for yourself given there are several choices which might fit others' sense of taste

The cucumber salad was absolutely delicious and a really good size portion for the cost! I also got the dumplings with chili oil on top and they were very tasty. The sauce was yum af! Anytime I'm in this area, I will pop back in for sure!

Soup dumplings have arrived at the food hall! Was very excited to see this open at Edgewater Market. I loooooove soup dumplings. I would say their quality is good but not din tai fung great- skin and soup are tasty. It lacks the traditional vinegar/chili oil, but they do have packets and a to-go sauce. Pig Bao buns were cute! Overall- a little pricey, and given it's a food hall, it's all packaged for takeout. Will be back next time I'm in the food hall though!

This little gem is located within the Edgewater marketplace where you can find an assortment of goods in theirfood hall. This particular spot has homemade dumplings, which are absolutely phenomenal and screamed of fresh ingredients. My son and I shared three different dishes, and all of them were exceptional. The standout were the shrimp and pork dumplings. The portions are right for the price, great value which is becoming rare.

Came for dumplings after working outside in snowy weather. I decided multiple wontons were needed. I got the wonton in chili oil (8 pieces). Their chili oil had a little heat, so I added a packet to enhance it. I also got 10 pieces of chicken wontons with mushroom, corn and ginger and a bowl of wonton soup. The soup was piping hot. I added an unsweetened oat milk matcha latte from another food concept, Saints & Sinners. Each kiosk at EPM uses the same ordering platform where you make your selections and pay for it. You provide your phone number so they can text you when your order is ready. It took about 10 minutes to get my order. Very fresh wontons. I joined their rewards program.

Beef scallion dumplings, pork and shrimp dumplings, and those cutie piggie egg custard things!

I found the dumplings here to be delicious! The beef scallion dumplings and chashu bao were the best. Friendly service and the pictures on the iPad menu were very helpful. My family and I love the ambiance of Edgewater Public Marketplace. It's nice to be able to mix and match food items. But this time it was all about Dumpling Spot and it was really good!

Was both excited and disappointed when I found their dumpling sampler at my local Asian grocery store in the frozen section. Not sure about the other dumplings, but those are 100% frozen prepackaged.

Veggie bao buns were filled with bland cooked frozen spinach, I didn't see any other vegetable in it. Got my money back, but vegetarians beware.

We got the veggie bao. They were very bland. Liked the texture though. Service was fast, used the tablet to order on.

And by 10:20, it was full and they were on a waitlist. What I love about dim sum is the carts and how quickly you can get food. I've decided that dim sum is the perfect place to bring toddlers. You get your food within minutes of sitting down. And there is no waiting for food that your toddler gets bored. We got so much food ranging from shumai, chicken feet, Chinese broccoli, shrimp balls and so many items. We were in and out of there in about 30-45 minutes. I love how quick it is too. We will definitely be back. A decent dim sum spot. The remodel looks so nice.

It's bright, big, decor is beautiful and most importantly - clean! All the dim sum staples are on carts; shu mai, hai gow, chicken feet, tripe, soup dumplings, turnip cakes, baked bbq bun, chinese broccoli, pineapple bun, shrimp crepes. There is room for the carts to move around and they come around often. Everything we order from the menu comes out quickly (salt and pepper squid, chow fun). Weekend dim sum gets busy at lunch time so I'd get there early or expect a wait. If you want to try something new and cool, order the smoked fire shrimp. Crispy and spicy shrimp with heads on wrapped in foil and lit on fire at the table. Also, if you have an appetite, order the whole sichuan fish. Lots of peppers and spices and the whole fish brought to your table in a huge serving tray. We've only dined for dim sum, but are excited to come for dinner!

Reservations are strongly suggested and well worth the wait. Crazy combinations, flavor bombs throughout and a culinary delight you won't regret. Tonight, we sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. These guys are cranking out amazing and delectable treats you won't forget. The Uncle salad was a great starter with charred cabbage, lemongrass, mint, cilantro, arugula, and peanuts lightly coated in a Thai coconut dressing. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal.
