I also purchased at that time a five year maintenance plan such that A! would come visit my house every six months for tuneups and maintenance - which they have dutifull done ever six months for the past 5 years/ There tuneups have been extensive and comprehensive. I have recently extended that maintenance plan to 2031. The A1 team is *extremely* professional and also very knowledgeable. During their most recent maintenance visit (April 2026), the A1 team led by Sal Leyla diagnosed a small shortfall in the refrigerant levels in the two Trane units and because of me having pre-paid A1 for semi annual maintenance visits, they not only were able to quickly add refrigerant but the cost to me was very affordable. I should also note that based on the professionalism displayed by the A1 Team back in 2021, five of my neighbors also hired A1 to install air conditioning units. And they are all very happy customers. A1 is an excellent company to work with in all respects and shoutout to Juan and Sal for their professionalism and great work. Jim came and looked at my setup. Not only did he recommend an AC Heat pump unit I was looking at online but he also said he would help as much as possible with getting rebates through. My three-story condo had a huge gas furnace…read more When I was told it had to be removed (water damage coming from beneath it), every other HVAC company told me the only option was to replace it. But my heating was terrible - the ductwork was lousy - only one zone for three floors, the first floor never got warm in winter, expensive. James took his time really studying the situation (coming back repeatedly) and came up with a plan for two heat pumps - one ducted, one ductless, with three zones. He worked with my contractor to really solve my problems with a very difficult lay-out. He was also very reasonably priced (compared to others). I've now had my HVAC (both heating/cooling) for two years - and my house is always comfortable - in every room, every floor. It's also less expensive than my old gas furnace. I've since recommended James to a few others who've also raved about his service and prices. He's a real find. Quality. Service. Pricing. And such a nice man!
