I had the best experience going through Dutch! I am not as high energized when it comes to fast food chains or coffee shops. Especially, going through a death of a close friend. Carlos Martinez was working that Sunday afternoon. When I pulled up. I usually just order what I want and move forward but he greeted me with great manners. Made me and my friends laugh. I'm a customer that goes to thunderbird Dutch bro's all the time, they have great attitudes, great service, keeps the line moving, and gives you the correct drink each time. The one day I decided to try the dutch bro's by my house which is this location I did not receive the same experience, except I came out of there more annoyed. I expect the same service at all Dutch bro's but I guess every store is different, and that is why I will always travel out of my way to the Thunderbird location because of their great service and keeping their long line moving as fast as possible. I love Dutch Bros and usually have a good experience at this location, but not last night. There was one person taking orders on a busy Friday night while the lines were packed. Customers did not understand the merging system. Finally, they sent out two more workers to take orders. The workers went past us and took an orders of cars that got there after us. A worker that was not enthusiastic at all finally took our order, but the iPad crashed. They never finished taking our order and we had to wait to get to the window to actually order. Several workers walked by us and could've taken our order, but apparently not. We asked for the price and they just took the card without saying anything and charged it. Honestly, maybe one extra stamp or even an apology would've been nice for the whole situation, but no. They definitely did not get a tip and I doubt I will be coming to this location again. The one on 83rd and Thunderbird is a way better experience. I would rather drive the extra miles and wait in a longer line to have better customer service. read more

I actually like Dutch bros but I will never come to this one again . The people are fake and can care less about anything . First we were told we have to park because it was to busy . So we did and we waited in line our order was taken 3 normal drinks ... most people waited 5 minutes we waited about 10 minutes and I asked what was taking forever and they couldn't find our order then when they did they said they sent it to the drive thru line and they brought the drinks to us and they're all melted . When I asked for new drinks they said they can't they're to busy . Their attitudes showed they didn't care about ruining our situation. read more

Won't be going to this location any more. I got hassled over the stamp card. The lady at the window had to check with guy who took my coffee order to make sure I wasn't getting doubled stamped because I didn't get my card stamped when I paid. Most locations stamp you at the window, the guy that took my order never asked for my stamp card. But she left the window (with a very long line behind me) to check with the guy outside to confirm that in fact I didn't get my card stamped and never apologize. read more

Dutch Bros, I love your coffee, I really do but 97% of the time when I come here (and I've come early morning or afternoon before I go into work) we gotta do something about these long lines! I can't come here more than once a week because no matter what day of the week or how early of a day or late in the afternoon- there's always a line! Can you staff more people! Today on a Thursday, I entered the car lane line at 220, places my order at 234, picking up my coffee & now free out of this line by 246 and now I'm going to be late to work! Super sad. This is by far my favorite location! Every time I go the crew is super friendly and energetic. Their drinks are always consistent and the best in the Phoenix area. Most locations I go to have watered down drinks one time and okay drinks the next, but this location always has strong drinks and you always know what you're getting. This is the closest one we have by our house. Noted we always go to dutch almost every day and get about 4 drinks every time we go. So today since it's my bday and I had a full stamped card decided to go and the employee whose by the window refused to give me a new stamped card because she said that it says on her iPad I already got one. I told her I didn't get a new stamp card and She refused to believed me and called the other employee that took my order not only that she proven that I was telling the truth the nerve of this lady didn't have the decency to apologize after all of that. I told her she can keep her stamp card I will just not come back to that location. Most of the employees here doesn't have the sense of customer service. They act like this because they don't care if they lose one customer or two because they know they're in a busy location. Sorry but I'll just take my 28 dollars somewhere else. read more

This is by far the worst butch bros I have went to. I went there one night with my family and some friends that came from out of start. We were going to get a coffee we have told our friends all about Dutch brothers and how friendly and nice they are. Boy was I wrong about this location we were coming across and we had to go cross the drive Through there was nobody coming. One of the barista her name is CRYSTAL She had yelled " RUN THEM OVER ". We all were so shocked that she had even said that, that is not OK and especially when I have kids with me I wouldn't have been so pissed off if I didn't have my kids with me. Even then that is not ok. I go up to the window to demanding to speak with management and also get the number to speak with corporate they said they do not have a number to get out I can only email. CRYSTAL comes over and says " IT WAS JUST A JOKE " I am sorry but that is not a way to joke around it is not even appropriate. I would be completely shocked if she is even work there still. Not ok not at all. I found a number to call. I called and left a message didn't hear back for a few days wasn't very happy about that. but when I did finally get a hold of somebody. The lady I had spoke to from corporate did apologize for the experience I did had. they offered to send me a gift card in the mail. So I wait over 3 weeks still nothing I call in they said we sent and someone used it already.
