I never complain on yelp. I think most of the time people complain about restaurants, you can definitely sense how one-sided it is. Not here. I was late to work today. Had to be there at 8:45. I got in line at 8:20. The fact that it takes 25+ minutes to make 8 DRINKS is beyond me. Either get some more employees to make the drinks, or fire the ones who aren't. I don't think I've ever gone here and had bad service. Everyone is literally so nice all the time. Yeah it gets busy but what do you expect when they have good drinks and great service. Their triple berry green tea is my go to drink. Everyone's super great and nice but there's a worker there named Felipe and I had to update my review because he is that great. Talk about options!!! If there is one thing I recommend it is to thoroughly read the online menu because the menu onsite is just the basics. The coffee options to have warm, iced or blended of any drink was interesting. Also being offered different types of coffee with varying levels of caffeine was cool. It was really good. read more

Wow wow wow! What an experience! I am new to Arizona and have seen Dutch Bro's everywhere. The line is always crazy long but today as I drove by it looked pretty short so I decided today was the day. My first trip to Dutch Bros! Pulled up to the drive-through and Kenzi took my order. She was so friendly and super kind as I explained this was my very first visit to Dutch Bros. She said that she had been a customer for many years and now that she works for the company loves it even more! You could tell she really loves her job. I went with my usual order an iced caramel latte with almond milk. I don't consume dairy so it's nice that they offer soy almond and coconut milk and soon oat milk! It is a shame though like many other coffee places there is an up charge for non-dairy milk. As I pulled around and approach the window there were still about two cars in front of me and a nice young lady brought my drink out to me. I let her know that it was my first time and I was very excited and she insisted that I take a sip while she stood there just to make sure I liked it! As I passed by the window I mentioned how great my drink was and how much I loved the whole experience. I definitely plan on being back again but I will make sure I come around the same time so I don't have to wait in that crazy long line! They get two stars because the people outside were friendly and because of Prior experiences with Dutch Brothers. This experience however deserve less than one star. This was the first time I've ever been disappointed disappointed but practically killed by best brothers and I mean that literally not figuratively. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a soy caramelizer and a pomegranate blueberry smoothie. My girlfriend is highly allergic to raspberry and is also allergic to milk hence the soy. She ended up with regular milk and her caramelizer and I ended up even though I told them specifically at the window after the order was taken in line that we did not order raspberry and cannot have raspberry. She assured me that I had the correct order. Well the milk cause a lot of stomach problem and other problems for my girlfriend and the sip of raspberries that she took since I didn't end up with my blueberry pomegranate caused an allergic reaction and break out. Dutch Brothers overall is fantastic this location may need some work. Unfortunately we had already driven away so the almost-full caramelizer got thrown away and the nearly full smoothie followed suit. What a waste of money and time. read more

The Dutch bro's off 12st and glendale is my current location I absolutely LOVE. They're quick, efficient, and they always make my coffee correctly. Between the west gate and the new thunderbird location, they're pretty neck and neck on being the worst Dutch bro's I've been too. West gate? Don't take your kids, it's a minimum 30 mins every time you go, and when you do go, you would think, I'm waiting in this LONG line, my drink should taste pretty good, but NOPE. Between west gate and the the new thunderbird location, it always tastes watered down or not proportion. I either go to 12st and glendale or the original Dutch bro's off Thunderbird because every time/ quick efficient and my drink always taste good and the same. I'm moving to 91st and glendale and you can tell I'm super excited to go to the west gate location :D sike. Both locations should be retrained on making drinks and stop worrying about talking to either (wasting time) then worrying about the customers. Thanks :) read more

Set up is terrible, went today for the first time with my mom and two week old daughter after an Easter shoot to get some caffeine and the line was literally closed down because it was too busy. I was told I needed to use the walk up and couldn't use the drive through, but I'm sorry I'm not going to take my newborn daughter into the 90 degree heat and wait 10 minutes outside for some coffee. Other locations I've been to have been fine, I don't mind waiting in line for some coffee, I understand it's popular and busy, but seriously I couldn't even wait in my car? No thanks. Personally, I love Dutch bros coffee because it is very good compared to other coffee shops. However, this one does not take the cake. There drive-through is very unconventional in regards to how big Westgate is and it should've been done bigger. They put it in a small corner near other businesses so they implemented a type of strategy in order to not block the other businesses where if the line is full at a certain point you cannot join the line and must park. They should have just built it somewhere else because it's just a mess. I'd rather drive to the thunderbird locations. read more

I get the same drink every time at every Dutch Bros, and this is the one location that couldn't get it right if their lives depended on it. I just waited 20 minutes for 1 large iced decaf sugar free tigers blood tea. I watched 4 people who ordered multiple drinks after me get their drinks before me. The person taking orders talked to the customer in front of me all the way up to the window before taking my order as I watched a line build up behind me 2. The person at the drive thru window also seemed to know her and after giving her the drink and a full stamp card after 1 purchase continued to talk. The customer said something and out needing to go so she didn't hold up the line and the persona t the window says "oh your fine" and continued to talk.
