This place is a hidden gem. I recommend the Paella Valenciana. Note: I am allergic to shellfish, so I asked them to prepare it without shrimp, and it was great, (and a big portion). My wife got Ropa Vieja, a Cuban classic, which also was delicious. We finished with a Blueberry Cheesecake. It was the perfect slice--not too sweet and very tasty. EB Latin Bistro has become one of our favorites, especially because we can get both authentic Cuban AND Spanish food in the same restaurant!

Extremely disappointed with today's experience. Went there for weekend dinner and called in ahead and were seated promptly. We were given the complimentary Chips and Salsa, my SO thought something was off initially with chips but I thought they were ok! Order Paella Con Vegetables and Paella Valenciana. My SO asked Jalapeno added to her Paella, but they mentioned it will be Sereno as they do not have Jalapeno. Food arrived, wait staff got confused and gave my wife the one with meat. We had to ask them twice to make sure and switch them. Quantity is definitely less compared to last few times( Must be Shrinkflation) Veg Paella was missing the Sereno as we agreed, we asked for them again and by the time we got them her dinner was almost over. Flavors we used to love last few times were definitely missing. For 20$ I don't think it is worth eating here for the price , quantity or flavor.

Came out to check out my local toy store, Jayden's Toys, but was a bit early. So I rode over after finding this place on Yelp. This place was amazing. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the Cuba sandwich which was good and the rice and beans were great. I had the maduros which were also good. It's a small place which adds to the welcoming spirit of the staff. The food came out quick. You can tell it's a good spot when regulars are coming in and the staff treats them like family. Highly recommend this place.

Decided to stop here as was looking for Cuban food in the area. We ordered empanadas, chicken soup and Paella Valenciana. Everything was REALLY good! It has a very good Hispanic taste. For dessert we had Flan. Service was good as well

I really enjoyed the few times I've visited this establishment. Food overall is good and the menu is diverse, containing more Latin entrees like paella and cubanos. Service was also fast and very friendly. There is complementary chips and salsa and I particularly enjoyed the chunky salsa. Food portions are pretty big and many dishes could feed 2 people if you're not too hungry. My favorite items were the arroz con pollo and paella. Both were similar, coming out in a small cast iron pan but with different preparations. My favorite part was honestly the rice which was very flavorful. I only wish that there was a little more char and crunch like in traditional paella but I was very satisfied with everything. Food: Arroz con pollo: 4.5/5 Paella valenciana: 4.5/5 Ropa vieja cubano: 4/5 Churros: 4/5

Delicious. The arrow con pollo was amazing. So savory and flavorful. Well seasoned and chicken was perfectly cooked and moist. Service was fast. The venue is adorable. Will definitely be coming back.

They have Vegan. It is an intimate setting, small restaurant, casual. They have alcohol/bar available, unsure if it is beer and liquor or what but there is some type of adult drinks. Go and try, they are fabulous

I got a cubano, and it was a large portion that I was able to take home part of for another meal. I think the pickles could've been more pickle and less cucumber taste, but I loved the mustard and overall it was a fantastic sandwich. The guy who served us was kind and even made sure our drinks were cool for us. The less good: it's a bit of a run down vibe inside, and there were leaks and AC failings inside when we were there. The menu is a bit hard to discern if you're unfamiliar and only available on QR codes at the tables. My bf got a pork dish and mentioned that it was all kind of one note. His dish was more expensive than my sandwich by several dollars and you can see from my picture that he got much less food. Overall, I left feeling kind of wishy washy about this place. Perhaps it would be a great place to order unique delivery from rather than dining in, and I can appreciate the specialty food options overall.

Cheese rolls, guava cheese rolls, coconut pastry and potato balls with ground beef . Everything was yummy ! The guava cheese is also good. This place absolutely ranks near the top, and honestly brings more to the table than I expected. The Cuban itself is fantastic. Perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and everything you want when that craving hits. But what really sets it apart is the vinegar dip it comes with. I was not prepared for how good that would be. It completely elevates the sandwich and had me going back for one more dip every single bite. And then there are the plantain strips. Freshly fried, hot, crisp, and just on another level. I do not think I have ever had plantain chips like this before. Usually it is the bagged kind, which are fine, but these are something else entirely. Honestly, they are worth the trip all on their own. Do not even think about leaving without trying the pastries. I happened to get a warm cream cheese one that I cannot stop thinking about. It was one of those bites where you immediately regret not ordering more. To top it all off, the woman running the place is as kind as can be and genuinely helps guide you through the menu like you are a regular, even on your first visit. I will absolutely be back, especially because I need to try their Cuban take on a burger. If it is anything like the rest of the menu, I already know it is going to be incredible.

According to Sarah, this one won a Dallas award for best Cuban. - See photo. I have had more than a few Cuban sandwiches in my life, and this one is absolutely top tier. I found the spot on Yelp and we headed over right after a trip to the DMV. We definitely deserved a treat after that. We ordered two sandwiches to split, the shredded beef and the original Cuban. They offer several variations of Cubans..., including one with mortadella that I am already planning to try next time. I will admit, in the review photos the sandwiches might not look pressed or buttered enough. Trust the process. The bread was perfection. I am very particular about grilled sandwiches being truly grilled and fully heated through, and these ladies know exactly what they are doing. The original Cuban was perfectly balanced and a rock solid classic. The shredded beef was - (Meat prep courtesy of Sarah) a delightful surprise, slightly sweet and savory and incredibly flavorful and texture. Just really, really good. We also got a bag of plantain chips, and I respect that those are the only chips they offer. No generic bagged Lays here. Plantain chips or nothin' - I like it!!! There is also a display case full of beautiful baked treats made by Rita. After sandwiches at that level, there was no way we were leaving without dessert. We took three to go: a meringue filled with dulce de leche, which was a total sleeper hit, a guava and cheese pastry, and a dulce Napoleon. Every bite felt special. The inside is authentic and charming, though the tables are a bit tight. I cannot wait to go back.

I had my eye on the Piccadilly, a flavorful mix of ground meat with spices, potatoes, and what I believe were raisins and olives. It comes with white rice and black beans, but you can have them mixed together, which is absolutely the way to go. The combination of savory and slightly sweet flavors was fantastic. My only small wish is that it came with a few more sweet plantains on the side. My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich, which comes with a side. We chose fries and iced tea, and they generously brought us BOTH large iced teas. The sandwich itself was huge, easily big enough to take half home. It was perfectly grilled, warm, and melty. Manchego cheese board: excellent. The crisps and jam were perfect with the cheese. Potato torilla: excellent. The flavors melded very well and it was very tasty. It's filling so keep that in mind. Ceviche de jalapeno: excellent. Not too spicy, the shrimp and seafood was fresh with no fishy smell. The plantains were cooked perfectly, not greasy. Brisket on crostini: excellent. Forget the name but they are a winner. Brisket is good quality and the flavors come together nicely. Chicken skewer: excellent. They smartly use chicken thighs so the meat is juicy and tender. Tuna tartare: good. It actually was my least favorite. The quality was very good but it did not have much flavor. I needed some heat, some acid, something to give it a kick.
