Absolute garbage of a dealership. Went in today for a known issue with 11th gen Civics and a recall. Recall found no issue which was great, but my main concern of "Sticky steering" was found and simply ignored (Service bulletin) TSB-23-037. Telling me that my steering rack was binding internally and of course hit me with the "Oh we can absolutely fix that, itll be 3k". Stay away from this dealership and any service advisor/manager. If you have been told the same and have had to pay, call Honda America ASAP 1800-999-1009 and refer to Service bulletin 23-037 and stay away from this garbage dealership. So the technician managed to drain my oil with a stripped bolt but can't re-fill my vehicle because he has to re-seal the pan *that is not even possible* and replace the bolt. This is an extra 2 hours, apparently (it is not). It was recommended that I replace four tires, when 2 of them don't even have 20k miles on them. I don't recommend this center, "classic" upselling techniques are evident, and you will regret the choice. Update $232 worth of labor for 2 hours of work and this is for the work that was "found." Ridiculous. AND I paid cash $310 on a $297 bill and received $2 and change back. (that's my fault; I should have counted it) still, basic math is expected from any sales personnel. A basic B service turned into almost $300. Stay far away. *I request that a manager DOES NOT reply to my post. If you want to make things right, hire an outside auditor and fix these prices--$ 232 for 2 hours. Software engineers don't even make this money. * read more

I tried to drop off my CRV for an oil change the day before and Griffon one of the advisors questioned me on it multiple times. I've never had an issue dropping cars off for Service in the past. I bought my lease vehicle and what they did was sell me a 3-year old car with a brand new price and they will say it is cheaper to buy out the lease vehicle than buy a whole new or certified vehicle. Service department extremely unprofessional. Was transferred multiple times within the service department to ask a simple question about warranty on my vehicle. First person said "hold on" then transferred me to someone else, the second person I talked to had said "I don't know" and then radio silence, then transferred me again. It was ringing so long that I just hung up. No one knows what's going on here. Don't know how they stay in business. Called Arrowhead Honda in Peoria and the first person I talked to answered my question no problem, no hold, no transferring. They write on my car but don't even clean it off. Okay. Issue. But also, it's the most over priced oil change and tire rotation I've ever had. And I usually take it to a dealership so I expect higher prices. But DAMN. $83 (after tax). Not worth it. Ever. After driving 35 minutes to the dealership, I was informed that my advisor had called off.I had to wait 20 minutes outside for a new advisor. Eventually, I was told that the part was not available after all. This was incredibly frustrating as they should have called me to cancel the appointment, saving me the trip and my time. I got my 2022 Honda Civic in July of this year and I have had problems with it the moment I got home! I have messaged the dealership and told them the issues and they have told me twice that it was my fault and they can't fix it under the warranty! Hey guys If anyone thinking buying tires from this dealer plz think twice or asking them about their warranty in writing. I had an issue with their customer service manners. I brought my car for oil change and engine lid cover replacement. Everything was okay until they informed me that one of my tires had a nail on it and it irreplaceable and i should get a new one. I was fine with that because I trusted them. Not until I looked at my old receipt, it showed i have replaced 2 new tires ( the one got nailed) from them back in November 26 2021, which my tires still under warranty. I brought the concern to the manager and he asked me to call the tire manufacturer to file the claim. And Again I trusted them so I called the manufacturer and the manufacturer representative told me that dealer or retailer is the one need to file the claim on my behalf. I felt like being push back and forth. Then i came back to informed the manager there. Then they offered me 50% cost to replace my new tire. I was even more confused and upset. I was like why didn't you guys tell me upfront that my tire still under your warranty policy. So I decided left the dealer without replacing new tires. Like I said, plz making sure you keep your receipt when buying new tires from them, ask for warranty policy in writing, not verbally promising. Also they need to train their service advisor too. The guy who helped me seem like he doesn't have customer service manner. No greeting, no explanation. If he need a paper from you he just raised his hands out without saying word. Or saying Thank you when i left the dealer after getting oil change and engine cover replacement. This will be my last time going to this dealer for services. Initially had issues with Earnhardt however, they have worked really hard to resolve those issues to our satisfaction.

I scheduled online which was easy. I chose this location because they have the best ratings of the dealerships near me. I scheduled a 0730 appointment. When I got here the guy tells me there are 15 cars ahead of me and if I wait, as I had indicated I would when I scheduled the appointment I'd be waiting until noon or 1300... The cashiers where I signed up for a shuttle said well we can't see it until the morning. So, what exactly is the point of requesting that information when scheduling online if they do nothing about it? The service advisor didn't even know that my car is still under limited warranty. I had to show him in the warranty booklet that came with the car. Not sure how this place got such a good rating... I definitely do not recommend. Everyone I've spoken to this morning has been rude/dismissive. Also, the person doing the cleaning also started the popcorn machine which required touching parts inside the machine and food. He was giving me the information for the CRV touring not the CRV sport I was looking at. Some distinct differences with the 1.5 touring engine vs the 2.0 in the regular sport. he was selling me on the cars new turbo but Turns out the car I got did not have a 1.5 turbo engine. He either lied to make a sale or did not know what he was talking about either way I ended up with a vehicle that I was very misinformed about, And did not get what I was expecting.
