My husband comes here every time he's in Vegas, and today I finally got to try it! Even though I'm not really an egg person, I was excited because he's talked this place up so much. They have a ton of options on the menu. I went with the oatmeal with bananas and walnuts, and it was really good! My husband is always bragging about their seasonings and especially the potatoes, and he was right, they're so good and lots of seasoning The restaurant is super cute, really clean, and the service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the manager was walking around checking on tables to make sure everyone was happy, which was nice to see :) I can see why this is one of my husband's favorite breakfast spots. Great food, great service, and we'll definitely be back!
There was plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Egg-cellent! Even though the restaurant was busy, our group of six was seated fairly quickly, and the service was friendly and pretty efficient throughout our meal. One thing I really liked was the variety on the menu. Whether you're looking for something healthy, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-carb, or just a classic breakfast, there's literally something for everyone. Personally, I almost felt like there were too many choices, but that's not a bad problem to have! The portions were generous (we all had leftover food), everything tasted fresh, and our food arrived hot. There were a couple of small mix-ups with our order (two plates came with fries instead of fruit, and an iced coffee was served hot). If you love eggs, this is the place for you. They offer everything from classic breakfast plates and omelets to scrambles, Eggs Benedict, skillets, steak and eggs, breakfast burritos, and egg white options. They also have plenty of pancakes, waffles, French toast, and other breakfast favorites. We tried six different dishes. Overall, this is a great breakfast/brunch spot with good food, fast service, and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is fun and family-friendly, especially with the train that travels around the restaurant near the ceiling.
This is a homey and very popular breakfast place. We called ahead of arriving to check on the wait on a Saturday morning (our wait was only a minute or so). Come hungry. The portions here are big. The butterscotch pancakes were just as good as they sound. The pancakes themselves were incredibly light. The stuffed French toast is just plain decadent and extremely delicious. It is almost like a Monte Cristo: French toast on the top and bottom, creamy scrambled eggs and bacon, ham, or sausage in between. It is eggsellent. Our server was great. They have TVs everywhere in case you get bored of talking to your dining companions and even a real model train that travels around the room just below the ceiling. Well worth a visit or probably many visits. Buy bigger pants now if you eat here often.
This place is So Yummy!! I had a chili relleno omelette which was off the charts good! I can't rave enough about how good it was. I'm still thinking about it and would plan a trip to Vegas just for this omelette. They make their own hot sauces and salsas which were also so good that I bought some to take home with me. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and happy even though the place was super busy. There was seating inside and out with cozy booths, a cute train and TVs around to watch the games. An extensive menu with something for everyone! Great spicy Bloody Mary too. I can't wait to return!
The food at The Eggs and I was delicious, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great atmosphere and an awesome spot for breakfast or brunch. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit! The island plate was absolutely delicious with generous portions and amazing flavors in every bite. The meat was tender, the rice was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. I'll definitely be back for more! The service was outstanding from start to finish. My friend and I had lunch at the Egg & I a few weeks ago. It was my first time eating at the restaurant. It's a typical casual diner located in a shopping strip. Parking wasn't an issue on a Thursday afternoon though I noticed a sign on the door stating that your entire party must be present before you will be seated so I guess it gets busy on the weekends. Our server Evelyn was very nice and attentive. She made good suggestions and answered our questions (the menu is pretty extensive). I noticed a lot of the breakfast entrées had Habla Diablo seasoning which concerned me because I don't love spicy food, but she reassured me that the seasoning is not spicy at all. I started with regular coffee. Evelyn offered flavored creamer options but I kept it basic. I appreciated that she set the coffee pot on the table so I could top off my mug whenever I needed. For my entrée, I went with the Bacon and Onion Skillet. The potatoes come with the Habla Diablo seasoning. Evelyn told me I could order light seasoning, and I'm glad I did. The seasoning is very flavorful, but it is salty (and not spicy at all). If I had done regular seasoning, it would have been too salty for my palette. I opted for scrambled eggs with a side of sourdough toast. It was so tasty, but the portion was huge! I could only eat about half of it. Evelyn brought over to go boxes and gave me a cup of fresh coffee to go, which was so nice. As much as I wanted to bring the leftovers with me, I was on my way to the airport so I didn't take them. Luckily, the meal held me over for most of the day.
Stopped by Egg & I with a group of four after EDC weekend and ordered the chilaquiles with red salsa. The salsa had great flavor with a nice kick. The service was fast and friendly. One item of note is that a carafe of hot coffee was provided for the table so we were able to refill our own cups as needed. I hope more brunch spots started doing that!
On my most recent trip to Vegas, my last meal in town was at Egg & I for lunch on a Thursday morning. Located off The Strip, this breakfast spot is located in a shopping center with several other businesses and there's plenty of free parking. Ambiance (3.5/5): Pretty much your typical run-of-the-mill breakfast spot with a twist. They have a train that makes its way around the inside of the restaurant (close to the ceiling). Choo-choo! I'd say this was a first for me at a restaurant. I appreciated the creativity. We were seated at a booth which I always appreciate. Service (4.5/5): Our waitress did a good job taking care of us. What I appreciated most is that after I ordered, she offered me another option that would give me a lot more food for a small surcharge. Definitely worth it and something I wouldn't have know without her help because I didn't know I could make substitutions. A little tough to explain, but know that she was looking out for me. Drinks (N/A): I had an Arnold Palmer so not much to talk about here. They have your typical assortment of soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea that you would expect at a breakfast joint. Food (3/5): I went with the stuffed French toast, scrambled eggs, and ham. I substituted waffles for French toast. Unfortunately, the French toast was below average. French toast is one of my favorite breakfast foods and this wasn't it. The bread was a bit lifeless and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit. The scrambled eggs were a bit lifeless too. I expected more from a restaurant with the word "Egg" in the title. The ham was the best part of the meal which is telling you something. Not a bad meal by any means, but it didn't live up to the hype. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong dish or it was an off-night. It had been a while since I visited a brunch spot. The portion size was generous, so I ended up taking part of my meal to-go. Choo-choo!
Everything we got were all pretty tasty and big portions. The steak was suppose to be cooked medium rare but ended up more well, luckily it was tender so it was still tasty. Only feedback is the food was a bit saltier than we all would have liked. Pancakes were super fluffy! Service was ok, waitress forgot to bring one of our cups of coffee and my toast which we had to ask for before she remembered to bring it. If the food was season a bit better it would of been 5 for the food
This place was amazing. Let me start with the service. They were quick, wait wasn't long,, many refills , attentive, quick food orders. The food was amazing some of the best gravy I've had. Chicken friend stake was great, Chile renano omelette was great. Pankcakes were good as well. Kids loved the trains above head.

Came by due to reviews and to have a quick bite before we house hunt. Overall experience was awesome and our server was great and was all over our service and refills. Wife got the veggie omellet and I got the Denver Omelette and both were amazing sizes and tons of cheese. Let me just say their country potatoes have this seasoning on them that is AMAZING! Not spicy at all and we can validate this because my 2.5 year old was eating them like crazy. Pricing is great and everyone was very nice. The location isn't loud at all and can easily have conversation with your group. The really cool part is they have a train that goes around the top of near the ceiling and the buster was telling us they change the theme of it every holiday. Train in place right now is for Halloween so it entertained my son! Highly recommend and we even pinned on our google maps for future meals with the family! read more

My dad and I were visiting and I'm always on the hunt for a good breakfast joint. I love this place. It has the perfect homey, family run feel. Food: food was great! We had the corn beef hash and the chicken, mushroom, and spinach skillet. The homemade potatoes were seasoned just right. If you check in on Yelp, you can get a free homemade banana nut muffin. You can also pick the muffin instead of getting the usual toast option. I highly recommend! It was so moist and yummy...it also stayed moist when I ate one a couple days later. It has a huge parking lot so parking is not a problem at all! Very close to the strip so not too far of a drive. Their menu is huge so I would love to come back and try other things!! read more

One of my go tos when I am in Vegas. We ordered the chicken fried steak, the chili loco moco, the A1 prime rib omelet and the haole moco. The mocos are hamburger patties over rice topped with chili (the chili moco) or country gravy (haole moco) the prime rib omlette was a special so we had to try it. Didn't disappoint! Our server was friendly and attentive. They were quick to seat us, quick to serve us and had a generally great attitude. We love the little train that scoots around the top of the restaurant. Yup four grown adults waiting for the choo choo train to pass by! I also love the little happy egg that you can turn sad if you need some assistance. 10/10 recommend read more

The banana bread muffins are super moist and to die for! I had the breakfast burrito and potatoes and the seasoning was fabulous and the burrito hit the spot. My daughter thought the French dip was salty but I tasted it and it seemed fine but she sure did devoured the fries, the manager kindly took off her meal. My boyfriend was satisfied with his chicken fried steak and fries and even bought the seasoning. The service was absolutely above and beyond. We would definitely come back. read more
Started off day 2 of life is beautiful 2023 with a great meal with great company. My group of friends chose this place as they were craving brunch. The service for our table was great the waitresses were very friendly with us. Gave us that family diner feeling. Only think I recall was potentially a communication issue with one of my friend's order, but it was handled relatively professionally. I ordered the Mexican omelette, other dishes had the muffin as a side order, as I wanted to try their banana nut muffins. The portion sizes for the omelettes were huge for the price. As a self proclaimed black hole, even I felt full after all those carbs and proteins. Oh my goodness the muffin was the best one I've had: moist and strong banana flavour! We knew eating here Sunday morning there'd be a line out the door, but word-of-mouth (and social media prompting) brought us here anyway! We decided to sit on the patio since we were used to hot weather (as AZ residents) and ordered our way to some delicious breakfast plates! I recommend the Habla Diablo Potatoes and the Banana Nut Muffin (which, there was a Yelp coupon available for a free one). The wait to get in (also for a parking spot) may be long but it's worth it! Yess go here, sit in the patio with your pup and enjoy the awesome food and service they've been providing for decades. The place is great so prepare to wait during peak times. Don't worry the wait is worth it and the kitchen slams out banging food quickly. Get the banana bread and start your day right. They're only open for breakfast so wake up in time. We went here for breakfast after my son and I saw Dead and Company at the Sphere. We started with a complimentary banana nut muffin since I checked in. I had the chili reallano omelette and Joshua had country fried steak, eggs and a biscuit. Everything was delicious. The service was fantastic and our waitress was lovely. I forgot her name but heard her say she has 6 kids! She was friendly and helpful, offered me a refill on my iced tea to go! Loved it. Next time I'm in Vegas I'll be back! Wanted to go on a Vegas buffet during a trip here. Unfortunately, the buffets were all overbooked and we didn't have time to go stand in line. Next best option was to grab a solid brunch and that's how we ended up here. It was solid! Couple of us had the omelette and they were a solid 4.5! I was confused between the Enchilada (Chicken) and the Crazy Chicken Omelette I eventually went for the chicken enchilada omelette and it was delicious. I actually wish they'd gone for a bit more sauce here, it was a little light on sauce. Someone else ordered the Mexican omelette and quite liked it too. Both were huge, with well seasoned and crispy potatoes. The potatoes were plenty actually, but we somehow managed to finish it. Do go for the banana nut muffin and not the toast! One other person ordered the Chicken Pesto scramble and thought that was delicious as well. The two dishes that were a tad disappointing (according to my friends) were the Traditional Eggs Benedict (or Benny!) and the Chicken Caesar Salad. The Benedict was ordinary according to my friend. And the Chicken in the salad was a tad undercooked. They also forgot a couple of the add ons we'd asked for, like the feta cheese. Hence the reduced rating. They were packed when we went. Thankfully we put ourselves on the waitlist 30 minutes ahead of when we wanted to go and started from home when we were second on the waitlist. This was on a Saturday afternoon. When we first arrived, there was a line outside the door which seemed like it would never end but within 15 mins after putting my number and name down at the hostess stand, the line quickly dwindled. I only knocked one star off because I was never called/texted, I had to go to the hostess who then let me know that a two seater was available. Otherwise, our waitress was super nice and efficient. Our food was hot, fresh and generously portioned. I highly recommend coming out here for great food with reasonable prices as the strip is heavy in price gouging but low in quality. read more

After a few years hiatus , I finally found the time this past trip. This place is always packed on weekends so if possible try to go during the week. Despite it always being busy the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I ordered the Denver omelette with Habla Diablo seasoned potatoes. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast. The potatoes are arguably the best in town. The portions are huge and the menu is sure to have something for everyone. It's one of those places where it's hard to decide what to order. Such an extensive menu . Burritos, skillets, pancakes, waffles, and omelettes. You name it (they got it) . Egg-cellent!!! Sunday morning @8am no wait and was happily greeted by a smiling host. The restaurant started to get more people by 9am. A quaint, family feel breakfast spot is what my husband and I were looking for. Plenty of delicious food to satisfy our growling stomachs before we hit the road to our next adventure!! Food ordered: 1.) the works scrambled- seasoned well and delicious with over easy eggs that were perfectly over easy! 2.) stuffed French toast- scrambled eggs with gooey cheese and your choice of meat. ( I chose sausage links) comes with the right amount of maple syrup (yum!) the only critique is the French bread needed more cinnamon (my opinion) 3.) warm banana muffin with butter - do I need to say more...!! I love this breakfast diner! Been coming here for years and it's definitely a tradition now for my family and I to eat here whenever they visit Las Vegas. The servers are always attentive to the customers making sure to provide the best quality experience possible. The food portions are large, in my opinion, but the food is amazing. My favorite dish is the fiesta skillet, but I always like to try something different. Their newspaper menus are cute and they have a train track on the ceiling that's quite intriguing. They also serve mimosas. Great place to take family and friends. read more
This is similar to Egg Works in various parts of Vegas. We came for the Banana Nut Muffin which was delicious! It pairs so well with coffee! We also enjoy watching the train go around the restaurant. If you like outdoors, there is a large area that has misters for hot days. (See photos) If you have a large party, this would definitely work. My Western Omelette had a different taste, like the oil was shared with another dish on the cooktop. The Waffles and the Strawberry French Toast were OK. Overall, the service was friendly, however our server did make minor mistakes with our order. They take Military Discount! I know this isn't the business's fault, but being close to the Strip, the clientele is rowdy and loud. Similar spots like Egg Works in other parts of town have nicer crowds. read more

So it pains me to have to say this because we used to like coming to this place. Today was the worst experience ever at this place. At least the signature bran muffin was good. But whoever they have in the kitchen now is messing up big time. They forgot an entire French toast dish and then messed up and brought me a skillet vs loco moco. The waitress was kind but a restaurant that messes up a patrons experience and causes them to get their meal late while everyone else is eating . The honorable thing to do is the business foots the bill as a sign of recognition that they appreciate continued business. The staff is not paying attention, my loco moco arrived late and arrived with cold rice underneath. It was just way too many strikes for my taste. Not coming back here again, the service has gone down, people don't pay attention to detail and nobody really takes any accountability for messing up an order while you're expected to pay the bill. Unbelievable, I basically paid for lackluster service , lackluster food . The waitress was cool, and offered a free lemonade but that was not taking accountability for a bad order . We never even got our French toast because they forgot to bring that out entirely . It's Saturday morning and it's buzzing. I wanted to try their Grandma's biscuits and gravy. When it came, I didn't expect the biscuits and gravy to be in a separate dish from the two sunny side up eggs and Habla Diablo potatoes. Grandma must love salt because the first bite was way salty. I asked for extra gravy in hopes it might cut down the saltiness. Didn't work. I threw the two sunny side up eggs into the mix. That helped a bit. I then tried the potatoes. Man. It's salty, too. Ms. Alissa was our server for this delicious breakfast. Not so busy on a Tuesday morning and the cashier took care of us almost immediately once arriving to the counter. No need to wait. Came here for breakfast while visiting Vegas and everything was so good! I had the Haole Loco and the gravy was the best gravy I've EVER had. Highly recommended! Definitely get their banana nut muffin. It was also extremely delicious. Staff was amazing and took great care of us. Great local restaurant close enough to the strip to get your breakfast needs. Prices are just right not too cheap where you question the quality or too expensive you can't afford to eat here. I ordered a chicken fried steak eggs and potatoes with a short stack of pancakes because why not. Definitely eat here when I am in town and get different things because the quality for all of the breakfasts is great. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this place, and already recommended it to anyone that would listen. No wait, it's off the strip so not overly crowded, plenty of seating and parking, kid and family friendly. Staff was absolutely amazing. The portions are huge and we were told after that you can order half orders. Food was amazing and full of flavor. Will definitely return. And recommend everything on the menu. read more
The service was good! Our server Serenity was super welcoming and kind. The restaurant has a nice vibe- kind of like an old town vibe restaurant. The menus are in the format of a newspaper which I thought was creative. The food did take awhile to come out but it was pretty busy, so it's expected. The potatoes in the corned beef hash weren't too soft but also not super crispy. The corned beef was good as well, not too salty but also not lacking any flavor. The banana nut muffin was super yummy as well. It's kind of on the sweeter side but it's soft and airy. My friend got a side of bacon and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Just the right amount of crispy and wasn't burnt or too small. I would definitely come back if I was in the area! read more
