Pretty Good! Location: This Egg Works location is in a lot with other businesses but is very spacious. Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the lot where the restaurant is. It is in a shared lot with other businesses but parking was not an issue. Ambiance/Decor: Cute and fun! I felt like I was in the South having a good old fashioned breakfast. I love the cute toy train they had running above the tables on the ceiling. Food/Beverages: So good! We ordered the Grandma's Biscuits and Gravy and the Stuffed French Toast! Although my biscuits could have been a little softer, the dish was still pretty flavorful. The Stuffed French Toast was not only an amazing and creative concept, but it tasted PHENOMENAL! On the downside, I did find it very odd that they did not offer Almond Milk or Oat Milk. When we asked the server if they had Almond Milk, she seemed confused as if she had never heard of Almond Milk before and told us no and that they only had whole milk. Service: The service was mediocre. I felt that our server had so many tables to tend to that she just kind of did the bare minimum in order to serve the tables she had. There was nothing spectacular about the service we received. Honestly, the food runner who gave us our food seemed like he would have been a much better server than who we had. The cashier was nice as well. Additional thing to note: You are charged differently if you pay with cash vs a card. That is something that should be communicated before you are seated and not a surprise extra charge when it is time to pay for your meal. You are charged a little bit extra if you pay with a card. Overall: Overall, the meal was good enough to give Egg Works a second try to see what else is delicious on the menu but it doesn't have me wanting to run back anytime soon based on the service and full first time experience overall. Been here many times, but it was a beautiful morning, so we decided to sit outside in their dog-friendly patio. There are so many choices on the menu. I usually get an omelette, but today I had the Breakfast Sandwich, which was delicious. Egg was cooked just right, over-easy. We always love the Banana Nut Muffins here! Just like the other Egg Works around Vegas, there's a cute train that goes around the restaurant. Our server Stehanie was very friendly. We will definitely be back. read more

This was our favorite breakfast place for about 30 years. They have a very nice broad range of options, that are as tasty as they look. Not long ago, the prices went up a tad. Fair as most did post pandemic and we were still receiving fair value. Recently they started adding a charge for using a card to pay and they've now taken away a great consumer incentive program & business booster in the Epoxy app. The sign up option via their website for discounts, never gave me one. The only thing left is a Groupon option. As well, fruit is an added cost, but sometimes a better option than a $5 glass. We feel forced to go a little less frequently now , sadly. read more

Service was phenomenal here. Sam was my server. I came in alone on a Saturday. I'm in town for a friends wedding. Sam was super friendly and checked in on me to see how I was doing. When meal was being prepared she let me know she was checking on it for me to make sure it was done with efficient timing. I ordered the two egg breakfast meal with home fries, sour dough bread, and sausage. Everything was cooked to my liking including my two eggs requested at over hard. The home fries were a tad over seasoned, but Sam had warned me about this and they were still good. The ambiance is causal and inviting, everyone is as friendly and I'd definitely stop here again if I'm in town. Thanks for a good experience! read more

We left The Strip to find a more normal (down home) place for breakfast. This place hit the spot. The food is delicious, served timely despite them being very busy, and the waitstaff is both friendly and attentive. Delicious banana bread muffins along with classic breakfast selections. If wanting a break from Las Vegas or just out and about in Summerlin, we definitely recommend Egg Works. read more

Another go-to for us when we visit my Mom. Great menu selection and service. My husband had the chili omelet, which is Cincinnati style chili. I had the vegtable scramble. I wanted fruit as my side and asked if they had berries. Not a fan of the melon most places offer. There are several locations but we go here as it's 5 minutes from my Moms house. There is never a wait, it's a whimsical farmlike design with a train that runs around the ceiling. read more

My husband and I went in today for breakfast the host greeted us and proceeded to seat us, I asked her kindly if she can seat us at a booth. She said "OK where?! Immediately my husband and I noticed her attitude. After sitting for a few minutes the host seats another couple the original table we were supposed to sit at. After a min or so the waiter comes and attends them. We were there for about 10 minutes and no one came to say anything. My husband and I felt the tension decided to leave as I was leaving the waiter came to take our order? Idk if it was intentional or lack of communication. But they need to be trained better to serve. We never experienced this at any egg works! read more

I haven't visited this place before. They offered an extensive menu. After an early morning of golfing, we ended up having breakfast here. We were promptly seated, and our waitress was exceptionally attentive and friendly. I was fascinated by the train gliding along the ceiling. I opted for an avocado omelette, which turned out quite tasty. It doesn't seem too challenging to make these omelettes, I suppose. read more

Greeted by friendly helpful staff immediately. We were seated right away on a Sunday morning at 9:45am. It was busy and lively but not overly loud as we didn't need bullhorns to have a conversation. I went with the classic of eggs, bacon(extra crispy), cottage cheese, and toast. Eggs and bacon were cooked as ordered. The toast was fresh and well buttered. The cottage cheese needed a little salt for flavor. My buddy had a spicy breakfast burrito. He said it had a little kick for flavor but was very tasty. Coffee was hot and they left the carafe at the table so you know I kept my cup full! Waitress was excellent and friendly and seemed like she was happy to help! read more

Solid Local Diner, But Flavors Fell a Bit Flat Stopped into Egg Works in Summerlin hoping for a bold and flavorful breakfast, but it ended up being a pretty average diner-style experience. Not bad, just not quite what I was expecting based on the buzz. I ordered the steak and eggs, which was advertised as a New York steak--but what showed up looked and tasted more like a thin flank steak or even carne asada. It lacked that hearty, juicy steakhouse flavor you'd hope for, and the texture was a bit chewy. Definitely didn't deliver that classic NY steak experience. My girlfriend had the bacon avocado omelet. Flavor-wise, it was pretty good, but it was very avocado-heavy--about 80% avocado, which overpowered the bacon and eggs a bit. On the plus side, the banana loaf that came with the meal was actually great--moist, flavorful, and a nice change from standard toast. Prices were reasonable and the portions were generous, so you're getting good value for your money. It's also clearly a local go-to spot, with a steady crowd and a laid-back, diner-like vibe. All in all, not a bad breakfast, just not a standout. I'd maybe come back to try something else on the menu, but next time I'll keep expectations in check. Egg works is such a good spot for brunch! The restaurant has such a home-y feel and has a nice country vibe, The workers are very nice and attentive and we always feel welcomed. Their loco moco is my favorite and their POG mimosa is delicious. Although the place is always busy, the wait is little to nothing. We love their seasonings so much that we bought 2 different kinds to take home. read more

Came here for takeout for wifey birthday and it was a great experience! Got a couple of omelettes and pancakes for the kids and there were no issues. Location of restaurant is in a very random office parking lot so might be hard to find but overall location is well kept and facilities are nice. Girl that took my order was very friendly as well and was able to answer questions that I had. Location is a nice breakfast spot and not too loud. I would say if you want quite stay away from bar area because that is where all the workers get the food out of the expo window. Great spot so try it out! read more

Breakfast potatoes are my favorite here! The eggs Benedict were poached nicely and the English muffins toasted enough to avoid any soggy bottoms. Outdoor seating is nice and peaceful here but a little chilly after November. read more

This is THE breakfast spot. I don't know what else to say. Everything is delicious. Obviously, the banana nut muffins, but the actual food is awesome and I always have a bottle of their green chile sauce in my kitchen. I'm trying to eat my way through the menu so here's my review of what I've tried so far. Corn beef hash: first time having it, LOVED it! I always get poached eggs on anything. Mom thought it was too salty but I completely disagree. It's corned beef. It's gonna be salty. That's the point. LOL Moco Loco: yes. Do it. Get this. Traditional Hawaiian plate done the right way. ANY BENNY!! THEY'RE ALL AWESOME!! Brad's Scramble: so good that my husband got it the next time we went because he ate half of mine the first time I ordered it. LOL the green chile sauce is perfect on this dish Chicken Mushroom Spinach skillet: PACKED with the veggies and chicken. Again, perfect with the green chile sauce. HUGE portions! THE best home style potatoes. Perfectly seasoned and super tasty. If you are coming on a Sunday make sure to arrive before 11 to avoid long wait times. We were seated right away when we arrived at 10 but when we left at 11:30 the waiting area was packed and several parties waiting outside. me and my boyfriend came for a nice brunch date today and we decided to sit outside because it was very nice out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We ordered some drinks and were immediately attacked by an entire colony of pigeons.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On top of having to fight for our food from these rat bastards, our server hardly provided any service to us. She dropped off my mimosa, still in the bottle and the juice out of the cup, I had to make the whole mimosa myself, and she didn't even pour my boyfriend's coffee just sat it down on the table. Towards the end, we ordered food for my friend which never showed up because she's always late, and they had kept it under the heater in the back to which I told her to just box it up so I could take it to her, and she decides to bring the hot plate out with the food to the table and a box and walked away. Would not recommend this place to anyone it was awful will not be returning. read more

We dined here for breakfast. The service was ok--nothing to really brag about. I really like the pancakes--they were very moist. I ordered crispy bacon, and it was flimsy at best. One thing I was little salty about was the powdered eggs. I assumed they would be shelled eggs being that the place is called Egg works but you have to ask for those. Other than that, I would try them again. read more

While I've ordered delivery from this location, either via doordash or Postmates several times, and have no complaints about the taste of the food, this particular morning I ordered my usual "Fresh Veggie with eggwhites and potatoes" and as I scooped a fork full of potatoes into my mouth, I look down into the bag and see a string looking item. Hmmm...I said to myself..that's weird...so using my fork I reach in the middle of my potatoes and pull out a fully seasoned beige elastic rubber band! I was immediately mortified, as I have no idea what this band was used for, what it touched before it entered my food, and how many additional germs my already sensitive digestive tract will now have to handle. Needless to say I immediately called the location, got transferred to the "to go" department...who then transferred me to a manager...who at first told me I did not order from there this morning. After I pled with her, she looked again and found my order. I then was placed on hold .... When she came back on the phone she told me she checked the cameras and did not see anything, that there were no "rubber bands" in the area and that she did not "not believe me" but there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to request a refund to take it up with Postmates. I told her I can send her a picture of the seasoned rubber band but she said she did not need to see it. I will not be ordering from that location...or EggWorks ever again! -Disgruntled Customer read more

First time here and it was good. It was a Friday around 9:00 and pretty busy. The restaurant is huge. They have a nice outdoor patio, but the girl that sat us said the service would be better inside. There was only one server outside and she already had 5 tables, a little disappointing because we always like sitting outside when the weather is nice. Our server was nice, she was really busy. The food was tasty, but I will try something different next time. The menu is also huge, a lot of variety. The banana nut muffins are delicious. read more

Excellent customer service. Good was very delicious. The food could've been hotter. It was warm, but it was good. The waffles were too dry for my liking. Serve real butter in a dish not little packets like I was at a Hilton free breakfast with butter and a packets. read more

The food is good, its nice having a sit down breakfast spot near by to me. I love the atmosphere and the options on the menu are great but my one complaint is the service tends to be hit or miss. kind of feels 50-50 either its fantastic and efficient or you kind of get forgotten about and wonder where your server went so I would not go if you are on a time crunch and need to be somewhere. read more

Great place for breakfast! The food is nothing too special just a good breakfast like every time you go to Starbucks you know the coffee won't be extraordinary but you're not dissatisfied. Prices are average for a breakfast place. The reason I give It a high rating of 4 stars ie because the staff is always amazing. They are sure to be attentive and will always make sure you're feeling comfortable and have everything you need. That's always key in breakfast joints and diners as a large important aspect. I love the hash browns cannot go wrong with this and always get my eggs Sunnyside up which they always do an excellent job. read more

What I loved about this place is they ask you if you like your brisket lean or fatty. Most places don't give you that choice. The spicy BBQ sauce was sweatin' hot and the original BBQ sauce was just as yummy. The BBQ beans was another win. Everyone in the family enjoyed the meal. In fact, my husband and I went back a few days after to have dinner and tried the tri-tip which was moist and tender. Can't say enough good things about this place. The people are all so kind and that's a big part of the equation for us. Will come back to bring more people and even plan on bringing my staff here too.

Today proved it all too well as to why this place gets A++++ on service as well as the food. I haven't been keeping up on my Yelps lately but I had to log on to make sure credit is given where credit is due. I came in this afternoon with some friends for lunch, and I too am a server so I notice things from how long it takes for people to be greeted across from me, to the delicious food other people are eating so I immediately make sure to find out what on earth it is that they're eating so I can try it the next time I come in. I have to say, our server Nicole was nothing short of amazing, attentive, and ON THE BALL when it comes to good service. I'm not even kidding I saw that she had a whole entire side of the restaurant sit at the same time, and she made sure to hit every table, including ours which was a rather large party that they had put smack in the middle of her rush. I know from personal experiences that it sucks to be waiting without even getting told that somebody will be right with us, but she made sure this didn't happen. In the middle of this madness our food came out in no longer than 10 minutes.. TEN! So did all of the other tables around us, and it seemed like the place was jamming, so that's really good! We were on lunch break so it was even more beneficial for us. I got the special of the day which turned out to be a 'Mexican Benedict' which was really good, and filling. I felt like I needed a nap afterwards which is OK with me, you definitely do not have to worry about leaving this place hungry after breakfast or lunch after the portions they supply. Everybody was happy. We watched her run her tush around the place and she didn't make one mistake on our whole table. She did great, probably the best service i've had in a while. It's usually mediocre here and there at places I go to but it's been a while where somebody is not only really nice, and on point, but makes sure you get exactly what you had ordered, and keeps your drinks full. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The cashier Linda is a racist older lady. At the register it's says have ID ready for credit cards & debit. Well my African American husband was asked for his ID. Although we watched her not ask the 5 white customers in front of her for their IDs or the white customer behind us. When I questioned her she was mumbling & fumbling her words saying because she knows them they come everyday & proceeded to point to a white man standing next to us & said see like him. WTF does that have to do with anything! I should have asked her the Guys name. I was so steamed at her lying ass. All customers should be treated equal. You might as well have a sign posted white customers don't need to show your ids black customers have your Id ready. I'm reporting this restaurant the BBB & every organization I can think of regarding racist business practices! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! Since my 1st review I received racist emails as well as kind emails applauding me for standing up bc they too had experienced the same behavior from this business. Please see photos. One was from someone with the initial L & had the restaurant's notice as a profile picture. The cashier's name was Linda how ironic. (To that person who I am sure is reading this; I'm Asian get your facts straight buddy.) He she is hiding behind a fake profile using the same initial as the employees. I'm standing up to what I see is as an injustice. It goes back to when restaurants had signs saying "whites" & "blacks" to determine where you sat by the color of your skin. I hope this establishment stops hiding behind emails & publicly puts an end to this racial profiling. read more

I was told that I just need to go here. So I did. I am so glad I did. Here's why: I love breakfast food. It's probably my favorite and this place hit the spot. A friend and I came here and I just so happened to have a coupon so it worked out perfectly. I asked my server (Nicole) what she usually eats here, and she told me right away exactly what to get. (Spinach Benedict, add avocado, this way I get the ultimate works of the canadian bacon, spinach, eggs avocado, with hollandaise poured on top) I trusted her so I said OK! She nailed it. The potatoes that come with the entree were perfectly seasoned, which made it impossible to stop eating. I then forced Nicole to take the plate away before they had to bring me a wheel chair to get me out of there. My buddy had a Bloody Mary, which was awesome, next time I come I will definitely have a couple. He ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and was told about the pancake meal so he opted for that which included eggs and whatever meat you choose. (The cakes had a great amount of chocolate inside. This place is awesome. The food is consistent, the atmosphere is great, always smiling faces, and there's always healthy options such as egg whites, or oatmeal instead of potatoes if you prefer that sort of thing. I usually do a buckwheat waffle at breakfast spots, or pancakes with some egg whites and turkey sausage. (Great flavor here) Also, huge huge thank you to Nicole for the awesome service, we love seeing your pretty face and you always make us feel welcome. I always send people this way when they're in from out of town. The patio here is really nice, not the average "Vegas" patio with a strip view (which is what I prefer), very green, and dog friendly. They'll bring you a dog bowl with water upon request, and even a dog treat! Definitely give this place a try. I'm certainly glad I found it! read more

Stopped in with plenty of time to eat a nice breakfast on Friday (as in day after Thanksgiving). We were seated right away. Water came and she promised to be back she had another table, no worries. Came back again said just a moment, OK.....15 minutes later we decided that NOONE is coming back. Unacceptable service. It was not busy empty dirty tables everywhere. Noone came back so we left without ever seeing our server again. Even asked up front for another table just wanted a nice breakfast. Wont get it here on that day or any other day. BIG disappoinment. The front reception area didnt ask us what was wrong as we left. Very sad. Will never return to this location and will be sure to share with more folks. Go to IHOP or stay home better services!!!!!! Come here if you want to feel like family. I came in for breakfast with some friends and one of us were having a bad day. We had a server (ask for Nicole) who turned it all around. From the smiling hostess, to the servers jokes, down to the seasoning on the breakfast potatoes ..I must say it is hard to find a place now a days that hits it on the head on every aspect of the visit. I was looking for a pancake meal that wasn't listed on the menu however they do offer it I was told, so I went for that. My buddy had an omelette which was larger than life, our third had the Loco Moco which was comparable to how they make it in Hawaii. Check ins on Yelp score you a banana nut muffin, which is mainly why I tell everyone to try this place! See you next week! read more

I've become obsessed with the banana nut french toast here thanks to Nicole. I just started coming here not too long ago since I just moved to Vegas, i'm glad I found this spot! The employees are very friendly, I know it can be hard to be in such a good mood at early hours of the day, they make it seem so easy! I come a little early when there aren't that many people but I've also been here when it's a zoo, the food always comes out pretty quick so that's a plus. The patio area is gorgeous, nice landscaping, nice get away from the strip, and Red Rock is right near here so if you're thinking of hiking or taking a day trip, this is a good spot to stop by on the way. read more

Came here after some friends told me about this place, I figured i'd give it a shot. Nice place for brunch, was told to try a Bloody Mary since they make their own BM mix. Pretty good actually, but I like it spicy so I had to add some hot sauce. I ordered the works skillet (insane portions) with a banana nut muffin. The potatoes are great, a little salty but I was told you can order light or no seasoning on them so i'll definitely do that next time. Service was really good, my server with the great tattoos (i'm sorry I forgot your name!) always had a smile on her face, was very attentive and quick. There were 5 of us at breakfast last Sunday, and we All had most excellent meals, and a fine dining experience. Amanda provided excellent service, running commentary re: our selections, and sufficient liveliness and zest for our entire party to be thoroughly amused and captivated. The restaurant is clean, open, with plenty of room between tables. My cousin especially enjoyed the corn beef hash, my huevos rancheros was muis tasty, and we all remarked about how Fresh everything was. Very generous offerings and great place for all ages. I'm a sucker for patio seating. Add in a toy train, that circles around inside, and I'm going to go here. I know eggs are one of the easier items to cook, but I can attest to the Works Crepe and the Omelettes as being done well. I am not one, however, for lots of noise. And if you can manage to go when it isn't insanely busy, then this can be manageable. Forget going for Sunday Brunch if you don't like hour waits. Recommended for children and older adults. My favorite breakfast place in Las Vegas! I'm a local and have been to many of the locations but this one is always on point with great service and food. I brought my sister from out of town in with me and she loved it as well! Omelets were amazing, and our waitress Nicole Edwards was super friendly, fast and informative of the menu. The food was really, really nice, we went to The Summerlin Egg Works, staff was friendly and we never had to wait long (Sunday morning 8:30am) BUT.. there is one thing we didn't like that much.. Nowadays, because of COVID, we like to clean our tables with a disinfection wipe before we sit down.. And the wipe looked pretty dirty afterwards, like.. brown.. the tables definitely haven't been cleaned very well, and I think that's a NO-GO nowadays with COVID. LOVEEEE the new location! Usually my husband and i wait at least 20 mins , to be seated in a cram packed area with no wiggle room. However this location is so spacious , we were in , after only 10mins of waiting, which is surprising especially on a Sunday. Amanda was our server and she was AAAAMMMMMAAAZZZZIIIINNNGGGGG!! I was happy when Egg Works opened on my side of town. I had out of town guests that I took out to brunch on a Saturday and the place was slammed. Everyone was nice and helpful especially our server Veronica. Even though she was extremely busy, she spent time with my friends and went over the menu with them. They have never eaten at Egg Works. The breakfast burrito was good and so was the coffee. Coffee wasn't all watered down like at other places. read more

Amanda is a GREAT server and she started my experience on a high note. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was the best I've had in a long time. The meat was shredded corned beef - yes, chunks of meat (instead of a ground meat usually found at other restaurants)! The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. There are several sides to choose from and I chose the fresh fruit- lots of fruit that was fresh and juicy. I can't wait to return! read more

Asked which would be better chile relleno omelette or Mexican crepe our server Curtis said that's a tough call and went to ask one of the other waitress who's worked there longer than he has and the decision was Mexican crepe and it was a great choice next time ill try the chile relleno omelette and will ask to be seated in Curtis section again service was fast and never had to wait around for anything just a good all around experience read more

We also considered a milkshake, but after hearing a long list of items they were out of, we changed our minds. We ended up paying $42 for what turned out to be a very underwhelming meal. After we paid, we were told they were out of the only diet drink option, which should have been mentioned beforehand. Then our food service started off rough. We were first brought the wrong order, and when our actual food came out, the server nearly spilled the nachos all over the table. As for the food itself, it was very disappointing. The nachos were basic, with chips that tasted like they came straight from a bulk supplier and dry, flavorless meat. Nothing about them stood out. It honestly felt like something you would throw together at home in a pinch. The sandwich was not any better. The pork was dry and lacked seasoning, and the addition of wilted, overcooked spinach gave it an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, there was no flavor, no creativity, and nothing memorable about it. What stood out most was the lack of care. Nothing about the experience, from the atmosphere to the service to the food, felt like there was any pride behind it. While we were there, another couple came in and we overheard the same employee telling them that even more items were unavailable. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. With how expensive dining out is right now, it is frustrating to feel like you wasted your money. I really hope management takes feedback like this seriously because there is currently no reason for customers to come back.
