I want to thank Celeste personally for her attention to detail and always checking in on me to make sure everything was good. This was my first time in Vegas and was craving a Mexican style breakfast to test out the food here. It did not disappoint! Celeste was attentive to getting the food out whenever it was ready and not letting it get cold. She was very energetic and it felt like I was at home, being cared for by my mother. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas for the first time based on the delicious food and the caring atmosphere by the staff. The location itself has TVs to watch sports and has a welcoming environment overall, will visit again when I'm in town. Gracias Celeste, quidate mucho y fue un placer conocerte :)

This is a nice little local place with a clean dining area and plenty of tables. Celeste greeted me and gave me a nice booth to take my time and enjoy my morning. Celeste brought me coffee, very good coffee, BTW. I measure a restaurant by many things, one of those is good coffee. She walked me through the popular items on the menu then suggested a couple things. Celeste brought me out a Cinnamon roll while I decided and I ordered the Spicy Box. I enjoyed my coffee and Cinnamon roll while I waited, not very long. The roll is flavorful and soft. The icing was just enough and not too sweet. The Spicy Box a good size portion and not very spicy, but a good flavor. The meat filling was seasoned and tender. The eggs were slightly more done than I like, but they went well with the meat and hollandaise. The bread "Box" is a unique idea. The bread is slightly sweet and very soft and delicious. Overall EGGscellent is a very good place for breakfast. Next time I'll have to try the lunch items.

I went for the carnitas stack. It was delightfully memorable. Company enjoyed: patty melt and carne asada stack respectively. Everything was soooo good! "How good was it?" It was soooo good that it was enough to overcome a chat with two men about intentional victimization of women not counting if the women thought they might get paid. My family and I came for breakfast. We are not locals. However, we were able to find this cute little breakfast spot way off the strip. I love this down home comfortable feeling. Their food was very good. Their service was friendly. In fact, our server was so sweet. We had all these different questions about menu items, and whether or not certain ingredients were inclusive in certain dishes. She went above and beyond to find out all of this information for us. I can't even begin to tell you how appreciative I was of all of this because I do have food, allergies, as well as other folks in my family. So, sometimes ordering from a restaurant where you're unfamiliar with their menu, it raises a lot of questions and concerns. She took all of them in stride and she was so quickly able to get answers for us. I know that I really appreciated that. Our waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, made some really great recommendations. One of them, in fact, it was ordered by our table. It was delicious. I wasn't so sure about the combination of ingredients and what not but it really came together quite nicely. I really enjoyed their French toast. For whatever reason, on this trip to Vegas, I seem to have my heart set on French toast and trying French toast, dishes all over the city. This one was very good. It was light and fluffy. Nothing was overpowering or too sweet. It was just right. The restaurant is very clean. The servers are all very friendly. Parking is free and available in the lot just outside. Hopefully we will come and visit again.

If you're looking to escape the strip here's your spot less than three miles away. It's located in more of a residential commercial strip. Inside is bright and welcoming with some style and character. I tried the eggsplicit box and it lived up to its punny name. Bacon, poached eggs, spinach, micro greens, topped with a chipotle hollandaise sauce in a toasted cube of bread. The sauce was great, and I don't like hollandaise. I opted for fruit and the small brown had a nice variety of fresh fruit and berries, not just melon and strawberries like many places. The uniqueness of the box was what drew me to order it. I thought it was hollowed out and wondered what they did with the insides but I soon discovered it was smashed in the center to make rooms for the other items that made up the dish. At first I wasn't sure how to attack it but the steak knife sticking out of the top gave a clue. I cut a corner off, piercing the yolk of the perfectly poached egg and it immediately became a slightly (fun) messy to eat mashup of everything, including that great sauce. Maybe the best part was once the filling were gone, breaking off pieces of the perfectly golden bread box to sop up the remaining egg from the plate.

Before heading out of Vegas, I thought I would stop for breakfast at a local joint Checked out EGGscellent Breakfast & Lunch--a local favorite with a 4.8 on Google--and it did not disappoint. I got the Spicy Box, and this thing was no joke... basically built on what looked like a quarter loaf of grilled bread with Texas toast vibes The carne asada and chorizo were both top-notch Great little off-the-Strip spot if you're ever in Vegas and want a local favorite.

At Eggscellent for breakfast today. After house cleaning we deserve a fun experience and great food.

I took my wife here for her birthday and the food was phenomenal. My favorite brunch dish is anything with corn beef hash and the Irish Box was probably the best corn beef hash dish I've had to date. My wife got the Red Rock Benny with asada instead of bacon (thank you Jose for being so accommodating) and she throughly enjoyed it! We will definitely be back!

Came through to Eggscellent and it definitely lived up to the name. Even though the place was packed (always a good sign), everything moved smooth. Walked in and was greeted right away, got seated, had a drink in hand, and placed my order all within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency is rare. Shoutout to Ismael for top-tier service--attentive, quick, and made sure everything was on point the whole time. I ordered the Eggsplicit Box with country potatoes and it did not disappoint. Solid portions, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're coming in hungry. The food was very tasty overall and I really liked the vibe of the restaurant--great energy all around. Only thing to note: there aren't any baby changing stations in the bathrooms, so keep that in mind if you've got little ones with you. If you're looking for a spot that's busy for a reason but still runs like a well-oiled machine, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

This is our go to breakfast spot when we're in Las Vegas. The waitresses are SO NICE and FRIENDLY. Solid service every time! The food though???...so good!!! My husband got the Cali omelette!!!...Yum!!! My son got the killer tuna melt with homemade potato chips this visit. Total surprise as we thought just regular bag of chips but NO!!!...The chips were homemade and still warm!!! When in Vegas this place is a must try!!! My girlfriend and I came here looking for brunch, we tried to go to the ever popular Peppermill but the wait was two hours. I am so unbelievably glad that Peppermill was overcrowded so we could find this gem. Located in a strip mall, you wouldn't expect such a wonderful brunch venue to be present. A location packed with locals and regulars who are on a first name basis is a great sign. After a short wait we were seated. The decor is perfectly themed. Photographs of eggs are on the wall and egg crates decorate the area behind the bar, filled with cookbooks and fun little novelties. The wall is colored an egg yolk yellow, further supporting this restaurants theme. Going full egg seems like it would be tacky, but it wasn't. It felt like being in a homely country kitchen. I ordered the Diablo Benedict and my girlfriend had the chicken and waffles and a side of hash browns. Both dishes were amazing, the Benny not skipping out on any of the accoutrements and the chicken well spiced and fried. My Benny came with country potatoes which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My girlfriend, expecting a small plate of hashbrowns, was delightfully surprised with a large brick of them, too much for her to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive, they worked well as a team, were polite, and made sure my coffee was always full. Finally it was time for the bill. We were expecting spending at least $40 for the amount of food we ordered. When the bill came out to $27 we couldn't believe it. The restaurant was extremely fair in price and turned this all around great experience into a perfect one. This restaurant fulfills it's namesake of being Eggscellent and we can see why it has so many regulars. If we lived here, we would be as well. read more

Everything about our experience was great. We were promptly greeted at the door and seated quickly. JJ was our waiter and kept our drinks full and made great recommendations. The food was great! Large portions and eggscellent tasting. I chose the stuff french toast as I loved IHOP's version when they used to serve it, and this hands down was ten times better!! Highly recommend it. All the meals in my party were tasty too - the CFS, and French toast and country potatoes. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town. read more

During this trip to Vegas, I decided that my husband and I would try to support local businesses outside of the strip. I came across Eggscellent from Yelp. We were greeted by a Shane (or Shaun) at the check in desk. He was not a typical host in terms of looks (lol) - tattoos and shaven head. He had plenty of personality! He immediately made us felt welcomed, thank you! From there the dining experience became a true five star experience with the food, attention and service. The food was indeed excellent, I had the Denver omelet and my husband had the pork chop. Highly recommend! read more

This place was a great find! About 10 min from the Vegas strip and a true gem!!! My husband had the red rock Benny and I had the green hornet omelette, huge portions we couldn't finish and everything was so delish! Server was super nice and place has great welcoming vibes. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Its been my mothers favorite spot since it opened, and we're so glad they survived the pandemic! Our go-to is always The Red Rock Benny, CRAZY GOOD! The Monte Cristo is fabulous! The Waffles were AMAZING! and the service is TOP NOTCH! We ordered a Single Pancake for our little one and they brought out this Mickey Mouse masterpiece!! Our service was great, however, the food fell a little flat. I had a veggie omelette and it was lacking in seasoning. Their hash browns are mushy because of how thick they lay them on the grill. I asked for crispy but after mixing they just ended up like mashed potatoes. The pancakes had great flavor but were chewy and had no softness to them. Overall, I think you can skip this place. read more

This review isn't about the food, which is great. I'm rating low because of the extremely hostile and rude host. This guy shouldn't be front of house or even customer facing. After being berated by him, I can heat him going off on 3 other parties from across the restaurant over the course of our meal. No one in my party of 12 is coming back to this place so long as this guy is there. read more

I've never been here , it's always been a restaurant that came to mind after I already had breakfast/lunch so I never gave it a shot until today. And let me tell you, the suspense was worth the wait ! Not only was the food phenomenal but the service was threw them roof. I ordered the pancakes with a side of over medium eggs and ham. My eggs were perfect , my ham was amazing , and my pancakes were so fluffy and delicious. Not sure if the manager was being a server but my husband got biscuits a and gravy and right before my husband was going to ask for more graving , out come a server with more graving stating " they looked a little dry, here's some extra gravy " free of charge. Now that's how to treat a customer! My coffee never ran out and we were check on not too often but often enough to have my needs fulfilled. My overall experience here was EGGcellent ! read more

So my wife and I were in Vegas for our anniversary. Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It's located in a strip mall but don't let that turn you off. The restaurant was super clean with very friendly staff. The food was AMAZING!!! I had the Butcher Benedict and the wife had their pork chops and eggs. Both were excellent. Simple and straight forward burger. The meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sauce was not over powering. I loved the diced onions; whole onion slices can be overpowering. The pickles!! I'm a sucker for house made pickles, and these DID NOT disappoint. I could eat a whole plate of those. The tots... you can easily mess up tots, but these were crisp and well seasoned. I can't begin to tell you the EXCEPTIONAL food AND customer service we received at this establishment. My husband and I ordered the florentine hash and the stuffed French toast with mascarpone cheese. I've never had anything like it. I mistakenly thought my French toast had butter in the middle, but it was really melted marscapone cheese. Without asking... they brought me an extra side of marscapone cheese. We let them know that it was our 7 year anniversary and the bought us a FRESH cinnamon roll. The BEST CINNAMON ROLL I'VE EVER HAD!!! What a thoughtful thing to do and smart customer service. Stopped in for breakfast and had a great experience. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Ismael provided excellent service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He answered all of our questions, checked in on us regularly, and helped make the experience enjoyable without ever feeling intrusive. My girl Gina is the 1& not the 2 definitely somebody that you should see as soon as you hit that door she will give you excellent hospitality. She will give you communication. She checks the table to make sure that your order is how you want it,and if there's a problem she will fix it immediately she's like a magician. I have to say I'm really picky when I order a Reuben sandwich because I want the meat to be tender, flavorful, and sliced really thin. I decided to give the sandwich a try and I totally loved it. It was THE best Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten!!! it was absolutely delicious. And I ordered onion rings with it instead of any other side and they were also delicious. Most of the time when you get onion rings it's the skin of the onion and there isn't any "meaty" part of the onion in it. But not the case with these. And the service was great too!!! Five stars, no question. We stopped into Eggscellent while visiting Las Vegas and had the pleasure of being served by Celeste. She struck that perfect balance of friendly, professional, and genuinely engaging. She was attentive without hovering, upbeat without being over-the-top, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Good food brings people in, but great service is what makes a place memorable. Celeste made us feel welcome, taken care of, and like we were more than just another table. Great breakfast! Claudio greeted us at the door and was our main server throughout. We were in early breakfast so thankfully got a booth seat. The place definitely got filled up by the time we were leaving. Lots of options, almost hard to choose. The cinnamon roll was soft and gooey! I finally settled on the nasty box to try something new and it didnt disappoint. The bread was thick and soft, it was stuffed to the brim with meat! This is our first time trying Eggscellent and the name fits perfectly. Our waiter JJ was amazing and the food was great. I got the huevos rancheros with extra green salsa and it was chefs kiss. My man got the stuffed French toast; come hungry for this because it's a LOT of food. The orange juice was fresh and refreshing. The coffee was delicious and overall a great experience and we have made this place one of our go to breakfast spots when visiting.
