This was my least impressive dining experience here ever. Food was off a bit for brunch this past Sunday morning. The creamy French onion soup was so-so. The filet Mignon, medium rare was poorly seasoned and lacked much evidence of searing, impacting the texture negatively. Sauce and butter were fine. The au gratin potatoes were served cold. Wanted a classic "touristy" Vegas brunch with a front row view of the Bellagio fountains, but didn't want to totally sacrifice on food quality. Enter the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, and honestly, it exceeded expectations. The brunch is $59 per person and includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Every course we had was excellent, beautifully plated, and far better than I expected for a spot that could easily rely on just the view to draw people in. The cocktails were also on point, we ordered espresso martinis and they were fantastic. Service was top notch as well. Excellent All Around. First, you check in at the desk near the casino, then you take an elevator to the restaurant. When you exit the elevator, your greeted with a view of the open kitchen and wonderful smells of delicious food. The views are amazing, the service is top notch and the food was fantastic. Overall, A+. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that they need to tighten up the dress code - this is a high end restaurant, and there were some under-dressed patrons in the place the night we were there. Oh, and I could have done without the crying baby a few tables away from us. Who brings a baby to a fancy restaurant like the Eiffle Tower? Oh well, I didn't let it ruin my night. I attempted to make a reservation today for a special occasion, but unfortunately, my experience with the phone representative at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant was disappointing. The employee came across as unfriendly, impatient, and unwilling to actively listen during our conversation. I understand that I have an accent, and I would have been more than happy to repeat myself if there was any difficulty understanding me. Instead, I felt repeatedly interrupted while prices were quickly listed to me, almost as though I was being discouraged from making a reservation rather than welcomed as a guest. Good customer service begins with a positive communication climate. First impressions matter, and creating a positive communication climate is essential, especially for staff responsible for handling reservations. Active listening, asking clarifying questions (perception checking), and using confirming messages are all basic yet important communication skills that help customers feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism was missing from this interaction. This may be someone having a difficult day, or it may indicate a need for additional customer service training. I'd like to provide a copy of my book to this representative, as she stands to learn a great deal about the food and hospitality industry, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills. Here is a small excerpt: Creating means that first impressions are most important. You will either create a positive or a negative communication climate with your first impression. Keep in mind that a forgettable or unremarkable first impression is also a negative one. Because perception is selective, a first impression sets the tone for all interactions and impressions that follow. Getting it right from the start matters. "Social scientists have coined the term "halo effect" to describe the power of a first impression to influence subsequent perceptions. Fostering means developing excellent relationships by giving customers the undivided attention they deserve again and again. It may not be your first day on the job, but it may be their first time dining with you. Everyone wants to feel special. Everyone wants to feel important. Everyone wants attention. Well, this is probably our 4th visit at this restaurant and tonight was kind of just okay. We picked this place to celebrate my 37th birthday and tonight, unlike many other times we came here to celebrate my bday they did not brought us a bday cake special with a little cake slice and a candle to blow. The ratatouille tasted like simple steamed veggies. The beef Wellington was under seasoned and needed more flavor but the chicken, my son ordered was delicious although the size of the chicken was relatively small. The scallops were delicious though. Our first time at this restaurant was on 9/1/24. This is where my husband proposed! The view we had was AMAZING! We were both so caught up in that moment, we came a second time for my birthday that following January. We ordered the 16oz ribeye along with the roasted bone marrow. Simply Devine! Edgar is the best bar tender you will ever encounter - this is not an exaggeration at all. It kind of seemed like the "must do". When planning our Vegas trip, my girlfriend and I deliberated on either eating here for dinner or for brunch. While dinner is what everyone talked about, they were serving a Valentine's Day brunch that looked fantastic. We finally settled on brunch. Everything was great. The only small misstep was the cook on my girlfriend's Steak and Egss wasn't as ordered, but they quickly corrected it and brought out another cooked to her liking. The chocolate chip soufflé was absolutely incredible. I don't really have much else to say. Honestly I usually don't really care so much about the Ambiance but the view of the strip and the skyline of Las Vegas was really worth it. A bit of a wait past our reservation to take the elevator up to our dining area. Quite a bustling wait staff and a very packed crowd on a Monday. We are not new to this restaurant, the food is to be expected for a Vegas restaurant with a view. My husband and I like to take out of town guests there, nice experience to be had by all. Our last time there was in 12/25, I had to change the reservation from four window seats to five seats, apon doing this an additional $25 was charged to. my credit card, and yes, it does cost an additional $25 to be placed at a window seat. Brunch is a prefixed price, the bill seemed a little high so when we arrived home I glanced at it again, sure enough we were charged AGAIN $25.00 for the fifth seat? I had to make several calls to have this adjusted, which it was, but just a note to be careful, not sure why the server was not aware that all five seats had been paid for in advanced, since it is there policy?!?! read more

If you are a Francophile, it is definitely worth your while to dine at the Eiffel Tower while in Vegas. For starters, the restaurant has great views on the perimeter - splurging for a window seat is worth it to view the Strip and Bellagio's fountains. I got the feeling that interior tables have a more claustrophobic vibe. Tables are cramped but they can accommodate a wheelchair, just let them know in advance. The cocktails are superb, and the service is excellent. The wine list is extensive and while I thought their Cornas was long in the tooth their Chateuneuf du Pape delivered. Entrees are large - the rack of lamb comes with four lollipops. The beef wellington for one is quite large and filling. For dessert we ordered a chocolate souffle, which was extremely rich, and also got a bunch of complementary chocolalte samplers, which were excellent but we were too full to eat them all. read more

For cocktails, I tried their Coffee Kissed Old Fashioned (coffee infused old bardstown by willet bourbon, cardamom orange maple, and aromatic bitters). My daughter wanted to come to this place for her 21st birthday. I made reservations since we had a party of 21. We arrived on time but our whole party wasn't there. They were very accommodating to us and allowed us to sit at the bar until everyone was there. We ended up having two tables of 8 each and they were next to each other so that was good. Our waiter was really good during the whole brunch. The service was great with everyone on the staff. They give you some bread with butter which was hot and delicious. Sometimes it's worth it to go to a "touristy" place. We almost skipped this in favor of a spot favored by the locals. That would have been a travesty. This made for an incredible anniversary dinner. The beef is cooked perfectly medium rare the way I like and the pastry shell was flaky and delicious. I now know I actually like beef wellington, I just like GOOD beef wellington. My husband's ribeye was really delicious as well. And he loved the potatoes au gratin. I had to try the souffle despite being full. Oh my goodness, it was so good!!! If you like bananas, get the chocolate banana souffle. The taste of banana is so nice in it and not overwhelmed by the chocolate. The chocolate serves as an enhancement rather than a cover up. My my my. I've heard about this restaurant on Tik Tok but man was it a visit of a lifetime. I surprised my hubby for his 40th bday here and the staff all treated him like royalty. From the check in staff downstairs, to the elevator operator, to the front desk assistant, to the waiter Chris and everyone in between. My husband couldn't stop smiling. The inside of this restaurant is clean, stunning and overall a vibe. It does stay cool in here but they offer the women shawls to wrap around them, I seen plenty of ladies wearing these complimentary items based on how cold it was. But it's Vegas so everywhere thats indoors is a cooler temp. I thought it was a nice bonus for them to have the shawls for those of us who get cold. Our view was outstanding, we had the view seats and we were able to enjoy a beautiful meal and overlook the Belagio's water fountain show. Our waiter Chris was amazing. He was very attentive, patient and so funny lol his laugh was so infectious. You can tell he enjoys what he does. The food and drinks were amazing and my hubby had a lovely surprise birthday dessert that they brought out. I'm so happy we came here. I've raved to everyone about this place.
