Surprised to see all the low ratings for this Einstein. I used to go here all the times when I used to live in Irvine because my daughter loved their bagel with butter & jelly when she was younger. But I haven't been here for a while since I moved away and also trying to limit my carbs intake. We recently had Einstein bagels for breakfast and they were as good as I remember. I like to toast it for a few minutes so the top layer is a bit crispy but the dough is still nice and chewy on the inside. Extra yummy with some cream cheese spread.

I went in for a bagel on my way to work and immediately noticed the worker talking rudely to a delivery driver. The entire time I was checking out the menu, she kept repeating the same thing and getting frustrated with the driver. There was clearly a language barrier, and she was making no effort to help the man. She was getting mad at the man because her coffee machine wasn't working. What kind of service is that? I left and got my bagel elsewhere. Won't be supporting this kind of behavior.

I normally love coming to Einsteins but this time around it was a bit disappointing. I came in over the weekend just past 9am and several bagel flavors were already sold out. I asked if there were more Green Chili bagels in the works but was told no. I was surprised that this early in the mid morning, they'd already stop making so many flavors. I ended up getting the Farm House on the Cheddar Jalapeño bagel. The overall taste was very good, however, the jalapeños on the bagel looked as though they'd all but one fallen off because it was still stained from the jalapeño previously being on it. As for the restaurant itself, it was very clean and there were works actively toweling off the counter tops by the hot coffee. The employee handing out the angels was very friendly and appreciative of my business which was nice.

Easy online ordering. Fresh bagels ready when you get there and some of the most friendly service ever. They were helpful in answering about the different types of bagels.

This morning I ordered a large black espresso at the cashier but got a latte. The person making the drinks needs to pay attention. When I said it wasn't what I ordered (because it had milk) he looked confused, didn't apologize or correct his error. I'm glad we didn't leave a tip because I won't be returning.

I am actually super surprised that this place has bad and negative reviews came in with my family. We were in town from Los Angeles and this location absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and delicious and the customer service was beyond amazing. Bella & Tayler were working and they were both amazing and kind. They answered all my questions with a smile and they were so professional. I highly recommend this location. The bagels were fresh and the service was amazing.

The bagels are decent but this place is super chaotic all the time. The order system is confusing and the place is claustrophobic.

Very slow crew on Sundays. Very average bagels, I've been to better Einteins bros. If you go, avoid Sundays.

Pretty good, it's not super consistent. I really like the pizza bagel and the open face turkey melt.

Super nice staff. Only go on a weekend if you have time to wait in line. The fresh squeezed OJ is worth it.

I came on a Saturday at 10:45 AM and got through the line pretty quickly. The bagel sandwiches are amazing, if you're a cream cheese lover, you can add it right into your sandwich. I loved mine with egg and cheese, and I can't wait to come back!

And I had to watch other people get their delicious single bagel first before mine was ready and I was so hungry!!! But I digress. The egg & cheese was good though but cream cheese smear was not enough. Overall super cheap fluffy delicious bagels I would come back for but I'll load the cream cheese me self next time.

Ham and cheese: absolutely my favorite. Had a great cheese pull, comes with a mustard sauce that pairs well with the savory flavor. It breaks my traditional view on donuts. The old adage "You can't judge a book by its cover," is true here. This place looks forgotten, ignored, unassuming, but produces the finest bakery items in Orange County. You have to wait for a young lady who can't even look over the top of the counter because there is so much stuff piled high. She stands on tip toes to see you and you have to shout at her and point what you want. The problem is when she sees you, you are near the cash register, so you must say excuse me and walk in front of a line of people to point and shout out what you want. It is so poorly designed and complicated to order. We all endure because like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, the product is worth it. They sell the world's best Olive bread, scones, and strawberry crossants. If you survive the line, you make it to the cash register, pay, get a bag and leave. There is no where to sit.
