    Guatita and encebollado
    Cirene B.

This was my first time at El Ñaño in Miami, and I went with my husband. The place is a total gem, super cozy ambiance, and the waitstaff were fantastic. They guided us through the menu so well, which was great for a first visit. We tried the Bolón Mixto and it was absolutely amazing, I loved it. My husband had the Encebollado, a fish soup with onions. He adored it, but since it was my first time, I wasn't as big a fan, it felt a bit bland. We also tried a dish called Guatita, which had a peanut sauce. It was good, but since I'm not a peanut lover, it wasn't really my thing. That said, I've been to another Ecuadorian restaurants in Miami, and this one is definitely the best overall. Miami doesn't have a lot of Ecuadorian options, but this one stands out by far. I'll absolutely be back, for that Bolón, and to try so many more dishes, since the menu is full of options I can't wait to explore!

We've been waiting for an Ecuadorian restaurant to open up in Miami and we were excited when we saw this one so close to us. In the heart of Miracle Mile and conveniently located near shops and a walkable area. The wait was a bit long but that was expected since we went on St. Patty's day. My Ecuadorian girlfriend said the food was accurate to taste and we really enjoyed every dish we got. The bolon was our favorite, we wish it would've been a little bigger but the quality made up for it and flavor was there. The churrasco with arroz con menestra and fries were delicious, and the shrimp ceviche as well. The ambiance was laid back, and the decor was really pretty which we loved. Will be frequenting this spot more often.

Going to cut to the chase here: what they say about their french toast is true. It is a decadent,…read morehefty piece of buttery french toast swimming in syrup with a little orange zest to counter that rich sweetness. The brioche is soaked but not mushy, and the outside crust is crispy. In short, order this! The place can get pretty packed so go early if you're planning to go with a group. I was only with one other person and we managed to get a seat at the counter - otherwise it would have been an hour wait at 10 am on a Sunday. Service is nice and fast. The first thing to know is that the café is very small with limited seating, so be prepared to wait if they're busy. I ordered Tina's French Toast, which is one of their most popular items. For $18, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. The slice I received was much smaller than what I'd seen in photos and reminded me of regular sandwich bread. It was also slightly burnt and tasted like toasted bread with house-made syrup and a hint of orange zest. I also ordered the Sunny Side Scramble, which was simply scrambled organic eggs with Parmesan. I appreciate that they use organic eggs, but there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the dish. The BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese) sandwich was decent but, again, nothing that justified the price. My favorite item was probably the tallow potatoes. They were crispy, flavorful, and well-cooked, but the portion was so small that it felt like one tiny potato cut into quarters. In the end, I spent about $100 on four items and left feeling disappointed. None of the food was bad, but none of it stood out or lived up to the hype either. Experiences like this are why I don't automatically trust influencer reviews anymore. Too often they feel more like paid promotions than honest opinions. I believe a good reviewer should be willing to share both the good and the bad. I understand that negative reviews can impact a business, but honesty is what helps people decide where to spend their hard-earned money. I really wanted to enjoy Tina Café, but for me, it simply didn't live up to the expectations

Francesco started as a well known ceviche restaurants in Lima Peru which is known for their great culinary experiences. The interior of the restaurant is very elegant and homey located next door to the Miracle Mile Actor's Playhouse. The menu here is traditional Peruvian menu with a gourmet flare. To start we order two appetizers the acevichado de Tuna and the Murasaki roll. The acevichado de tuna was sliced high grade ahi tuna, sliced avocado and drenched in a Creamy Ají Amarillo Sauce, very fresh and flavorful. The Muraski roll consisted of breaded shrimp, avocados, and cream cheese topped with slices of octopus and olive sauce. This was a spectacular roll with plump shrimps and the tasty olive sauce. For the main entree we ordered the Seafood rice and their sliced steak with shrimp sitting on top of cilantro risottos. Both dishes were exceptional but the steak was perfection tender and well seasoned. The pisco sour here is also a must especially the coconut one. For dessert we ordered a flan which very creamy and solid. I highly recommend Francesco for a nice elegant night out in the town.

We were sat at a table within two minutes, and promptly greeted by a gentleman pouring us water, and our server Adalberto. The layout of the restaurant and the ambience that it creates is top notch. Adalberto was very friendly and very helpful in guiding us through the menu and helping us select cocktails, appetizers and our main dish. The food was delicious, and the cocktails expertly crafted. The restaurant is on the pricier side, and the portions are not particularly large, so that's something to keep in mind when ordering. Overall, it's a great spot for the atmosphere and quality of the food.
