Each of the following has occurred here: 1. 15 minutes after putting in a mobile order, I arrived at the designated pick up time to find out they hadn't even started it yet. I came to this location yesterday evening to pick up an order that was placed through Postmates. When I arrived and showed my order, the workers did not have the order. It appears that Postmates claimed that this location was having technical difficulties and could no longer take orders at this time. This was frustrating because the workers were receiving other orders through third parties, so clearly the issue lies with Postmates. The workers at this location were very helpful in processing my order directly, and were very accommodating to me through this situation. I was very pleased with their customer service, and my family was very happy with the family meal I brought home. The food was very fresh and tasty.
