From the moment I walked up the service was bad. There was three staff talking amongst themselves at the desk where you check in and not one of the three staff acknowledged either of us. It even got to the point where I had actually say "someone needs to acknowledge me right now" Then the guy looked at me, in which case I asked if we just walk in and he said no we would need to be seated. Again, this is after several seconds of standing right in front of them, and none of them even greeting us not even a simple "we will be right with you." They didn't even look at us. We decided just to go straight to the bar after that. We were able to sit down right away. The music was good they had mariachis. The vibe in the energy and there is great. The place is very large, there's tons of seating in the bar section. And there's actually two bars, one full bar and a smaller one. They have hightop tables, bar, seating, booths. The restrooms are clean and nice. I love the mirrors. When you can get a hold of the staff, they're very friendly. Unfortunately, on this beautiful Sunday, they were incredibly short staffed. Our poor bartender was not only bartending everyone that was in there, (more than 20ppl) but he was also the one taking the orders as well. We spent a good amount of time waiting just for our order to be taken. And we actually had to have a server from the other room come and take it because he was too busy. I ordered the lemon rosemary chicken. I believe it was called. When reading it, the mango habanero salsa on top sounded so good. So tell me why when I got my plate there was no salsa at all . The chicken was still very delicious. I didn't want to ask for them to get salsa because as it was, we had to wait a long time for each drink. Anytime we did need something The bartender would have to go to get it, which means we're taking him away from the bar completely. Which made me not want to ask for anything not even a fork. The food is very good, and the drinks were delicious. My friend got the trio plate and he loved all of it Unfortunately, the service. Terrible. We were there for 3 hours. lol because that's how long it took to get drinks, to get our food. We weren't planning on being there that long. Overall, the experience was not great. I was very disappointed in my chicken missing the toppings and ingredients it's being advertised for. Took my leftovers home, I must say the mango habanero salsa was so freaking good! I really wish they would've actually put it on the chicken when they served it. I'm so disappointed. It would have tasted so good if it would've been fresh. Also the water bottle in the picture, because I had to go to my car and get my water bottle out because they were taking so long to take our order and I was so thirsty. Sunday brunch is beautiful live mariachi band. What was the most lovely waitresses we've ever had! Milvia was so kind and fun! I'm not sure exactly when they did the renovations, but it looks spectacular. The walls are beautiful the sweet decorations just add that extra touch to make you feel like you are having a true authentic experience. My aunt and I have been coming here for years and this was absolutely our best experience and we will be back. I will travel all the way from Sacramento just to come back and visit. I went her to celebrate my 55th bday it's on Christmas but decided to have a dinner ahead of the Birthday. I made reservation months in advance for a small table maybe 6-8 people. I showed up at 6:15 reservation was for 6:30. I was told by the manager that he would have to get my table ready first and i could go to the bar to wait and enjoy a drink on happy hour. I did not want to go to the bar I wanted to sit at the table I reserved months in advance. There's no seating in the waiting area only outside so I proceeded outside and waited at 6:40 pm I walked in with a friend of mine who had showed up and asked if my table was ready he said no. It was no busy at all in that entire restaurant. Maybe 5-10 people total which made me wonder even more why my table was not ready yet. So we went to the bar and had a beverage and the rest of my party showed up and came to the bar. Approximately 30 min later the manager came to the bar and told us " Are you coming to your table, if not we have lots of people waiting." We said yes and went to the table there was not one person waiting for any tables. There were maybe 5 people already seated and being served in the entire restaurant. This was upsetting to me I was treated unfairly. The food was ok and the service was good. But the entire process from the start to finish was poor. I will not go back to Wl Torito again. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They over booked. We had reservations made for 11am for Mother's Day Brunch. We showed up early as the day would be busy and expected to have a little wait which didn't bother us. About 30 minutes into us waiting, we asked how much longer the wait would be and they told us that they were still sitting their 10AM reservations!!! We waited a little longer & asked again, they said they have 7 groups ahead of us still. We waited another 30 minutes and now out of no where there's 10 groups ahead of us... TEN GROUPS!! how does it go from 7 to 10 groups ahead of us? In total we waited a little over an hour for a 11am reservations! We will not be coming back and will not recommend it to anyone! They need to do better when they are booking and on their customer service! read more

Excellent!!! From the start to finish. First upon entering the restaurant, Daniel the host was so nice. I was all done and he walked me around the restaurant to find a table comfortable for me. The entire place is HUGE, and incredibly clean! I ended up in the main floor at regular table with server Rosa. She was very quick, and helpful. Smiled, and asked frequently if I needed anything. I had chicken enchiladas and a jalapeños cucumber margarita. The enchiladas were so yummy, I ate every bite on my plate! The margarita was refreshing and if I wasn't driving I'd have many many more! So disappointed. The "new" birria was gross and it's a dollar extra. Save your money and your appetite. The bowl barely had any meat -- she was literally fishing around for pieces -- and what little there was came in fatty chunks instead of shredded. The asada looked like dog food, and even the michelada tasted off. To make matters worse, they got rid of the corn at the taco bar, which used to be my favorite part. The two girls working the taco area around 7pm seemed more focused on their gossip than helping customers and looked bothered when I asked questions. This place has an excellent happy hour. Many options on the HH menu that include fish, beef, and chicken. All at reasonable prices. They also have a nice draft beer selection of Mexican beers and the house margaritas were large and delicious. Our bartender and the rest of the staff were super friendly and he whipped up some table side guacamole. All of the appetizers were great, and the mahi was grilled nicely. Bar area is pretty dimly lit with a few tvs. This is a great spot to grab a beer and a quick bite if you're near the airport. Service was pretty quick. read more
