YUMMMMMMMMMMY! DRINKS HERE have gotten me so hook, I drink it almost every other day. HOKKAIDO why are u so goooood! lol I know filled with sugar but it's worth it! The go-to drink is Hokkaido black milk tea with crystal boba. I always order it half sweet so i don't feel too guilty drinking their teas. Works out right? I recently ordered just a few days ago, and when i got my drink i noticed something a little off. Working for a tea house in the past, i am a boba queen. SO immediately i open up my drink and go through it. Picking out the boba, i noticed immediately the crystal boba was all falling apart. It was either left out too long or just spoiled. My co-worker was the one who picked up our drinks. So it was too late to bring it back and get new ones. The person that i spoke to on the phone was so nice and let me come back the next day to get two new drinks fixed. Not everything is always perfect, thats why they still deserve 5 stars. Ding Tea really doesn't deserve all of the hype that it normally gets. Every time I come here (which has been a total of 4 times), I come with an open mind to give it another chance, yet I'm always disappointed. So far, I've had their lychee black tea, oolong milk tea, and wintermelon milk tea. None are nowhere near satisfying and I find myself struggling to even finish my drink (and that's coming from someone who LOVES boba). Their boba is good, up until the point where it's put into your drink; there's absolutely no flavor after that. I most likely won't be giving it a 5th chance anytime soon :/ read more

Amazing Yakult drinks. I've never had it before and it's really good. Overall I would recommend getting little to no ice. I'm a person who gets cold super easily and the ice makes it cold and it waters down the drink after a few minutes. read more

I came here with my family and I fell in love with their signature milk tea!! It is so good and it tastes perfectly milky. Not too sweet yet not tasteless, this place just became one of my favorite milk tea places. And that's saying a lot because I am very picky with my milk teas, just writing about this is making me crave one of their milk teas! So if you're looking for a place to go grab boba I would definitely recommend this place! They have a lot of variety in their menu, SO many different options for milk tea and flavor teas! Also it's a cute little place that has a good feel to it. The customer service was nothing special but not bad at all either. I'd recommend the signature milk tea with boba and egg pudding..so good! It's the perfect combination, their egg pudding was so good! So if you're a milk tea fan and you haven't yet tried this place, I sincerely urge you to come give it a try! The drinks are okay but long waiting is the reason that I give this place 2 stars. The employees make the drinks like as slow as they can. They let customers wait for 15, 20 minutes or more even there is not busy! I call to order many times but they never pick up the phone . The crystal boba is my main reason for coming here. This is the only shop I know of in the area that has the crystal boba. My go-to's are the Jasmine green milk tea and wintermelon milk tea, 30% sweet. The teas are light and refreshing. So in terms of the products, all is well. Their service could use some improvement, however. They got my phone orders wrong 3 out of 5 times and they don't pick up their phone sometimes. Went there twice already. I always order classic tea (black tea, green tea...)with less sugar to test the tea flavor when 1st time going to a new tea house. So I ordered the top jin xuan tea with 30% sugar and it was amazing. My bf ordered jasmine green tea n it was also good. Several things here I like beside the tea: they have options for choosing amount of sugar n ice, they have sticky tags on drinks so we r not confused which drinks are whose and the price. Just one complain: they gave me wrong orders for both time I came. 1st time, though I changed from small size to large size and paid for the extra already, they still gave me the small one (but quickly fixed it when I complained' - noted that it was not crowded at that time, only few customers). 2nd time, I order one aloe vera honey juice with 30% sugar n one normal passion fruit juice. And What I got were the normal aloe n less sugar juice. Once is ok but twice is not. However, overall, good place. I'll come back and hope they'll give me right orders. read more

I really like the drinks here but the service is horrible. Well mainly the wait. I don't know how a simple milk tea can take 30 minutes to make!!! Whether or not it's busy, every time I come here, I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I'm not sure how a place can possibly make me wait half an our for a simple cup of milk tea, when it wasn't even that busy. Last night I took my nephew there to get him a drink, we only ordered lychee blacktea It's a simple drink, with my experience it takes only 3 mins for this. When we came, They had 3 customers in front of me and each customer ordered only one drink. 10mins later, I heard them call the orders right before me and I saw my order was ready as well but they stopped The guy came to the front and took the order for another customer took him 10 mins Really? I had to ask him about the drink he left on the counter, he said "no no no that is not your order"I showed him the receipt and he replied "oh yea that's your order". He gave me my order and with the ice already melting without any apology. Their drinks are normally good but The SERVICE is slow. One of the best boba places around Westminister!! The drinks are delicious, but if you're not a fan of sweet things, you might want to tell them to add less sugar, because the milk tea gets a little too sweet sometimes. l live in the 626 area and usually willing to drive 40min to oc just to get the drinks from this place. Nevertheless, Ding tea service and drinks' quality have been consitently declined recently. In the last 3 visits (with the most recent visit was yesterday, 01/20) my drinks were either made to taste like water with a hint of oolong scent or highly concentrated winter melon syrup serve on ice...There weren't any richness or consistency in the tea blend like how the drinks used to be. I have no complain over the long line or the long wait time for the drinks to be made due to the place's popularity. But with much understanding to put up with the time wasted waiting, I expect them to keep up with their initial quality. And the bad batches of drinks were made by the old staffs rather than the newly trained ones...I really hope that the manager of dingtea be able to see this review and take necessary action to redeem the store. read more

Dingtea, a boba spot, is just located at 9615 Bolsa Ave Westminster, Ca 92683. This might not be the best hangout spot because it can be crowded sometimes, but the boba is absolutely the best if you're around this area! This place sells it all if you're a true boba fan; for example, they sell, milk tea, coffee, lattes, yakult, hot drinks, fresh tea, flavored tea, and fruit juice. Although Dingtea only has a 3.5 star review, I honestly feel this place deserves 4 stars. After you order your drink, it is going to take quite a long time to wait for your order because of how this place always has an abundance of people. Plus if you're a student, finals are just around the corner; therefore, you should head on out to grab yourself a boba from Dingtea and study inside, but the bad situation is that there isn't any free wifi. There is also one problem with payment. If you want to pay with a debit card, you have to buy at least two drinks. Drinks are about $5, which could be good if you are frugal.
