I will say the cheese danish was cold and super stale. I could tell it wasn't a fresh batch . Couple days out too long. I have passed by this cafe a few times and finally decided to try it! There were a few menu items that were very unique, but I needed a simple coffee I knew I'd like before I decide to venture out. Vanilla Latte (iced): A classic choice that will get the job done. A good balance of espresso and vanilla. The cup sleeve has the cutest design! You can't go wrong with this one. Spanish Latte (iced): A great latte choice if you like condensed milk and cinnamon. Please not that this contains dairy because of the condensed milk even though you order it with a milk alternative. The sweetness was perfect as is and no adjustments are needed. Since it was my first time, the employee on the register was very sweet in providing recommendations such as the matcha latte and strawberry shortcake latte. I will be trying these two next time! Went to Enchanted coffee with my son, who is not a coffee drinker but likes their drinks. Enchanted seems quite popular, judging by the line (almost to the door) and all the occupied tables on a mid-Saturday morning. I thought I was going to enjoy what was coming. I ordered a Spanish Latte, the cashier was friendly, efficient. Our party also ordered a croissant, and a matcha drink, neither of which I tried. It was kinda cool waiting for our drinks people watching. Customers were varied-parents with kids in strollers, Gen- something's, singles and pairs. The place was modern, the marketing/branding was easy to spot, manufacturing drinks was entertaining to watch and follow. Very efficient. Why am I talking about the ambiance of Enchanted coffee? Talking about my Spanish Latte isn't as interesting. The coffee was smooth, but lacked any distinctiveness. If cinnamon was supposed to be the signature note, it was barely noticeable. I asked for soy milk and the coffee couldn't rise above the milk. The drink tasted like an SBUX copy- no character, something that made it stand on its own. Was it drinkable? Yes. Did it appear to be a latte? yes. But it was supposed to be a Spanish Latte and I dare anyone to taste the difference between it and a common latte. Th best Latin latte I've had was distinctly cinnamon-y in flavor, and a lingering spice that was a great addition, different and delicious. Enchanted coffee's version never approached that level. It gets three stars because service was nice, but my drink was very pedestrian. I'll go somewhere else. read more

I'm glad they opened a location in Santa Ana. I've been to the La Mirada location, which is a lot smaller than this one. The service is awesome. The drinks are great (I usually get the New London). I would say this place is totally study-able since they do have a good amount of chairs and tables, it's spacious, and there's lots of outlets. Needed a place to work for the afternoon and wanted to try a new coffee spot and Enchanted Coffee caught my eye. I wasn't able to try any of their food but saw a few people near me who ordered food and the options looked great. The pastries also looked great and there was a good selection of options. Since this was my first time, I asked the barista who took my order what she recommended. She said a popular go to fave for most was the New London which is one of their signature cold brews with a delicious cold foam. I could see why this is a fave, as I enjoyed my drink tremendously. Since I can't do dairy, always a bummer to have to pay $1 more for oat milk when I already feel like I'm paying quite the price for my coffee. I believe with oat milk it put my beverage at $7.50. Space was great with adequate seating for people to come and work or visit. Overall really enjoyed the service and my beverage so I will be back. read more

I absolutely love Enchanted and more so this location. They are the sweetest people and the coffee always comes out amazing. I can go on and on about how much I love their coffee, but one thing I do have to point out is they are always consistent with the outcome (that's one of my pet peeves, when coffee shops aren't consistent). They also work so efficiently to get orders out in a timely manner + make sure they aren't keeping the customers waiting to order. I love coming here to study. There is enough room inside for a good amount of people+ lots of outdoor seating. They do have outlets and a restroom. I've tried many coffee shops and this is by far one of my favorites. Specifically, the Santa Ana location. Lil story time : When I was living in La Habra, I discovered the La Mirada location and I obvi love their coffee. We were soon to be moving homes so because I thought I wasn't going to be having it as much anymore I literally went EVERYDAY for like 2 weeks straight (might've been more). I WFH at the time so I would order it on my lunch and bust a mission to get my coffee lol now my wife works in Tustin so when I come to work with her I'm still able to have it. If I ever ask to sub something out, usually just switching espresso for matcha or adding a different syrup, they look at me like i have 3 heads. They've even told me no before, which is crazy because any normal coffee shop will be pretty accommodating to customer requests. It's not like I'm trying to order something completely made up. Also their seasonal menus are never really that exciting or creative. The matcha is the wrong color, way too light green like they're stingy with their portions. Enchanted Coffee has been on my list for awhile and I'm glad I finally tried it. I ordered a strawberry matcha and a strawberry and crème croissant. The croissant was good, just a bit messy. I went around 4 and I was happy to see they still had pastries. I was a bit disappointed by the match as you couldn't taste the strawberry. I asked one of the baristas if they could add more of the strawberry flavor and he didn't seem happy I asked but he did add more flavor which helped. Finding a cute, new coffee shop close to home is always the dream & I'm glad Enchanted has landed in the neighborhood. I want to begin by saying every staff member that we spoke to was extremely kind, patient, & had great recommendations -- great customer experience especially as someone who came in for the first time (and has a terrible time with choosing between a bunch of great options) The ambiance is also nice, the large windows bring in a lot of natural light, there's a great amount of seating space inside & outside, and I'm a huge fan of the art and books on the walls. Great place to grab a coffee, hang out, do work, etc. We got the New London, Single Origin Cold Brew, Espresso, Avocado & Truffle Toast, & Avocado & Egg Toast. Everything came out to about $41 (before tip) ALMOST everything was phenomenal. The New London ($6.50 + $1 for oat milk) was great and will likely be a new favorite of mine, it was light, creamy, & I finished it fairly quickly, I can see why this one is a fan favorite. The Single Origin Cold Brew ($6) (Ethiopian today) was very good, in particular I really enjoyed the aftertaste which can be hard to come by (for me). I believe they rotate the cold brew so be sure to ask what they have for the day. The espresso ($4.25) was also good but a bit pricey in my opinion. The Avocado & Egg Toast ($9.50) was very good -- I love that they do a hard boiled egg. It was a bit heavy on the sprouts but still very nice, very fresh, & very filling. The Avocado Truffle Toast.....disappointing, very disappointing especially with it being $13.50. The lack of truffle flavor honestly made me sad, it was very bland and definitely the lowlight of this experience, will not be getting this again. I brought it home and added my own truffle salt & pepper and though it added to it, the moment had passed -- she was not the star that I thought she would be. Tragic. Overall, it was a nice experience and I'm glad they are in the neighborhood -- will likely be back to try out some other things on the menu (I was recommended the Triple Black so that may be the next move) -- try it for yourself, it's a nice spot! read more

I came to Enchanted on a Wednesday morning and was immediately so happy with the amount of the sunlight that poured into the space. It's located within a huge plaza so parking is not a problem. There were plenty of open seats and outlets. They're not super comfortable because they're wooden furniture, but ergonomically, it felt nice.
