I came for their soft opening and it was gorgeous as I walked inside! The entire cafe was done so well, the aesthetics were just perfect. There's plenty of seating available, perfect for studying/getting any work done. They were offering free drinks as part of their soft opening special, where you could get the house cold brew or their best seller, the New London. We managed to grab the last pistachio & matcha croissant they had and it was absolutely amazing! Couldn't get enough of it. One of the best coffee spots in the OC! They keep it simple but deliver on quality, from drinks to pastries and light bites. Their coffee has a great balance--not overly sweet, so you can actually taste the coffee. Matcha lovers won't be disappointed either. If you're into smooth, well-roasted flavors with natural sweetness (not overly acidic), this place is it. I usually go for iced lattes, but their New London--a cold brew--is peak. It doesn't come with milk, but I add oat milk, and it's perfect. Food-wise, the avo and egg toast is a solid choice, and if they have the chocolate chip nut cookie, definitely grab one. I usually come to enchanted and my experience is always good. This time I came in around 11:10am and it was busy. The guy on the register was being really short with his answer when I asked if I could get a drip. He said they don't do drips, only pour overs and Americanos. I asked him which one is the most popular pour over and he was a bit rude with his answer, even when I was ordering my other drinks. I asked him for half sweet vanilla on the pour over which he forgot to add to my order. At the hand off station I kindly ask the girl if she knows if there's vanilla on the pour over bc I didn't see it on the receipt. She said no there's not and they usually charge for it. She was hesitant to add it for me. I said i understand I just asked the guy and he didn't hear me, I can pay for it though. And she says no it's fine there's a long line. To top it off, I get home and the pour over wad cold. I live 7 mins away. Disappointing experience. read more

So happy that enchanted coffee opened up in Santa Ana!! The shop is very cute with a good amount of seating both indoor and outdoor. Many people were working on their laptops when I came in the first time but the seats didn't seem very comfortable as most of them are wooden barstools. I don't drink coffee but I love matcha. I saw that the original location had people raving about their matcha and quite a few people said it was the best they've ever had. So I was excited to try it! I asked the barista what the most popular matcha was and they said strawberry or original. I love strawberry matcha but only when it's a compote not a syrup. Enchanted coffee makes their strawberry matcha with syrup so I opted for the original matcha. I was very hesitant about the agave they use to sweeten the matcha. I have never seen or used agave as a matcha sweetener... it was surprisingly really good!! I did go back and ask them to make it sweeter because I like my matcha sweet. After adding in a bit more agave it was perfect. The matcha was so good I came back the next day! I came in both Saturday and Sunday they were busy. Awesome to see they are doing well. They did seem a bit under staffed but still managed to get my order out within five minutes both days. I hope this location is successful because we don't have any good mom and pop coffee shops with good matcha around this area. I will definitely be a regular. read more

It was dipped in matcha chocolate w/ crushed pistachios on top and there's no cream filling. Plenty of outlets along the seated counter and corner seating. Came here after eating at the restaurant next door. First thing I noticed walking in was how spacious the shop is. Good lighting and had very good AC considering how hot it was outside. The barista asked if it was my first time and it was, she was super helpful in explaining the menu and gave me a sample of their New London which tasted like melted coffee ice cream, which was delicious! I opted for the Strawberry Shortcake Latte with almond milk, which was also very good but tasted a little watered down. I wish I would've gotten the New London instead. They also had some coffee beans for sale, so I'm assuming their espressos and pour overs may be good as well but it seems like their focus is more on their specialty drinks. read more

I usually am skeptical about getting lattes at café because I'm very sensitive to super bitter and dark coffee so I usually like my coffee, more sweet and milky, however I'm glad I was still able to taste the strawberry shortcake flavor, but it did die out and all it could taste coffee, but that might just be a me problem [ :// ] my friend got the new London and she really liked it. She said that the coffee was not too mild, but also not too strong. It was perfectly in the middle for her and I took a sip as well. I came to Enchanted for the first time yesterday to get some work done before heading to the gym. Because it was a Saturday afternoon, I expected the cafe to be pretty busy. However, I was delighted to walk in and see a lot of empty seats with a few people studying throughout the cafe. There was so many tempting options to choose from when looking over the menu. I chose to order the Triple Black -- which was a latte with cacao, chai, and espresso. I was thoroughly impressed with how much I enjoyed the drink. The chai had a strong cinnamon flavor but was mellowed out by the milk while the chocolate and espresso added depth and sweetness. I am definitely going to come back soon to study and try some more drinks! read more

I drive by this coffee shop often and finally had an opportunity to stop in. I ordered an iced mint matcha latte with coconut milk and a vegan donut. It cost me $1 extra for the mint in that matcha latte but I didn't get any hints of mint, but it was a good matcha latte regardless so save a buck and stick to the regular. I wanted to ask a couple of questions about the baked goods in the display case but the first question I had was about the pistachio nuts on an item and the employee didn't know what the nuts or item were. I decided to play it safe and just get a sea salt vegan chocolate donut. This was DELICIOUS! Most vegan donuts are super dry but this was moist like a cake. I don't think these are fried which is awesome. I do think they can benefit from signs in the dessert display case to ensure the employees and customers know what the baked goods are. I definitely would return to try more baked goods and drinks here. read more

I absolutely love their menu and pastries. My favorite items are the iced new London with oat milk and their blue berry muffins! I went in Wednesday morning and was undecided on what I wanted to try. My friends have been trying to get me into matcha but everywhere I've gone it's always been a miss. Ari recommended I try the strawberry matcha- I was hesitant at first but I decided to give it a go since she said if I didn't end up liking it she would gladly make me something else. I seriously was surprised at how great this drink was! The matcha was soooo smooth and not grainy/lumpy at all- compared to other places I've tried. The flavor of the matcha paired very well with the strawberry! She recommended adding their House Cream Top it was perfectly sweet!
