But the star of the show was that ultra thin crust pizza. It was so thin that we expected the crust to bend with the cheese and toppings sliding off, but it didn't. My guess is that it was between 1/16 and 1/8 of an inch thick, and it was very crispy, surprisingly sturdy, and quite delicious. We were surprised that there wasn't and puffy crust around the edges, but we honestly didn't miss it -- especially because the thin crust and lack of edging allowed us to eat the entire pie without being overfilled halfway through. It had a wonderfully peppery sauce and excellent large pepperoni and mushroom toppings. Overall we were pretty impressed by the entire experience. We will definitely be popping back for the lunch special in the future.
