They have gone beyond and above my wildest expectations. I stored my things with them for three years and when I went to move my stuff it looked as if everything had come right out of my house. After discussing all the details needed for moving a piano, furniture, and some very valuable antiques and paintings, I had every confidence that the move would go smoothly. Mike explained everything very clearly, and covered every single detail. Dan and Tristan were fantastic when they arrived in their truck. They handled every piece very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and how to protect and wrap every single item. They were on time, had every single tool needed for this move. They were very conscientious, and handled the very delicate pieces very carefully and professionally. Not only did the move go smoothly, but it was actually the best part of the two week process of getting everything ready to move. They showed up on time and began moving our furniture after some quick paperwork. The truck they brought was MUCH larger than I expected, and had plenty of room for everything. (Do note for parking reasons that it's a huge truck with a trailer). We had a bunch of furniture and a number of boxes. Not only did they carry all our boxes out, but they also helped dissemble and reassemble some of our large furniture like our bedframe to get it into the new place. The move was pretty quick; we ended up coming in under the 4 hour minimum so our cost was very reasonable. The employees were very friendly and communicated well with us, making sure to put furniture in the rooms we wanted it in. They did a fantastic job with trying to place things near where we'd want them. The only negative that I feel like I have to mention to be fair is that they did cause some very minor damage. One of our wooden cubbies got chipped, and when they disassembled our bed they dropped one of the pieces and dented the moulding in our old apartment. However, this was very minor, I just wanted to point it out to give the constructive criticism that the employees should take just a little more care with moving stuff. All in all, this was a great experience and I would absolutely hire Let's Move It Right again next time I'm moving.

I booked them on a weekday that I needed them for. The move was from 626 to South LA. The movers were three guys. They came on time and wrapped all the items and furniture; protecting everything. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours. I had moved from a having all my stuff in one bedroom to my own place in a studio in downtown LA. They were also cheaper than other places that I have asked for quotes.

During the move they were quick, efficient, and careful at all times. The loading took roughly 2 hours, and during the drive we got updates on their whereabouts. For the unloading it took a little over one hour and we were amazed at their work with the move. They DAMAGED a painting (it's torn) minor damage to a stool, and a small table and just found out…read moretoday they damaged some shelves. Instead of taking accountability Diana kept arguing with me and blaming me. I'm not the one who wrapped or carried or placed or removed anything from the truck. POOR Business practices. I worked with these guys because of the good reviews, and really regret it since this is the worst move I've ever had. The red flag started when I thought I had finalized my moving details and out of the blue Diana asks for a credit card number. Not a big deal but this type of requirement should have been clear not something thrown at you last minute. The movers showed up on time but were extremely slow in starting. It took them a half hour before they even came up with the dollies. I've done this move many times and the same distance. A one bedroom apartment should not take over 6 hours to move. Normally this has been done in under 3 hours. Trips were taken back to the truck without having anything in hand. I didn't feel they were efficient and definitely moved at a snail's pace. The real nightmare came when we are at the drop off location and I find out they damaged my painting and other items. DIANA went into denial mode and that it's impossible for anything to get damaged because it was wrapped. Not everything was wrapped in blankets some things just had plastic wrap. How did two black marks get on the sides of the shelves if this was actually properly moved. Anyhow they offer 60 cents per pound. Not close to being enough for damaging a painting. The entire time Diana is arguing with me and refusing to take accountability. Then she offers me an hour free. I told her that I would try to resolve with my renters insurance. I find out the deductible is very high and the moving company should cover the cost. More denying any accountability from Diana and accusing me of damaging my own painting because I took the blanket off. The damage was done in wrapping or carrying to and from the truck. No logic with these people. Anyhow the movers have refused to take any responsibility. Horrible experience and beyond unprofessional. Not even an apology that they damaged my belongings. I do not recommend this company. The only positive thing is the two movers were nice. One of them didn't fully cover his nose and that also made me nervous you know since there is a pandemic going on and all.
