This wastes the drivers' time, negatively affects their ratings, and reflects poorly on the store's operations. This is not the first negative experience I've had at Smoothie King locations, and the repeated attitude from staff makes customers feel unwelcome. If a product is not available or the store does not want to sell it, then it should not be listed as available for purchase on the website.
