    Mango green tea with boba
    Vivian T.

Great study spot with good drinks! I got the mango green tea with 25% sweetness and boba and it was perfect, not too sweet and the boba was nice and chewy. The drinks came out pretty quickly too. On a Tuesday afternoon, it was packed - we thankfully got a booth but there were no other empty tables. It was a little loud and there were no outlets next to us, but the study space was clean and comfortable. Overall, would be back to do some work here!

First time being here even though I've passed by so many times. Honestly a great study spot with lots of open seats and outlets. It's designed in a way that looks like you're kinda outdoors in a way LOL I got the Lychee Black Tea. You really can't go wrong with this. Flavor was accurate and portion was big. It was refreshing for my study session. One thing I will note is how the area we were sitting had a few gnats flying around. Almost had to move!

We were looking for a late-night treat and decided to stop in. Parking was decent, though I can imagine it gets pretty busy during the day since it's in a plaza with a lot of other shops. Customer service was excellent; the woman who helped us was incredibly sweet and very helpful. Cleanliness wasn't really an issue; most of the tables were taken, and the few that were open could've used a quick wipe-down, but nothing major. They also have some fun little claw machines, which was a nice touch. My fiancé ordered the Thai Crema Blend. He said it was okay.. not bad, but not amazing. He often compares Thai tea to 7 Leaves (his favorite), and this didn't come close for him. It had a much more milky flavor than he prefers. I tried the tiramisu latte and honestly would never order it again or recommend it to anyone. I hated it. And I don't hate much coffee.. I usually love strong coffee and could talk your ear off about beans and flavor profiles, but this one just missed the mark in the worst way. We also tried the bubble waffle with ice cream and fruit. It was okay, but I think it would've been much better dining in instead of taking it to go. The popcorn chicken had a very strong basil flavor, but it was still decent. The highlight of our entire night, which is funny because we almost didn't order it was the egg rolls. We ordered the small (4 egg rolls) and immediately wished we had gotten the large (6). They were hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Hopefully we'll find better drinks next time, because the food definitely has potential.

A very nice and chill late night tea, drinks and snack place for people to congregate and either study or have a nice time chatting with friends. This place is located in an odd strip mall but it's much bigger than it looks. They have lots of booths and tables here and it was still pretty full around 9:30-10pm. I Ghadiri ordered their Factory Milk Tea and Passion Black Tea to try for drinks and their Milo Brick Toast with Ice Cream. The drinks were nice specially the Factory Milk Tea. It had a nice after taste which I love. The Milo Brick Toast was just ok, not something I would ever crave or get again but at that time of the day it would be hard getting anything better. Over all a great late night tea/cafe specially during the week days.

    1. The milk tea was well-crafted! I like the options to adjust sweetness! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! The interior is big! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready within 10 mins! 4. There are indoor and outdoor seatings! There are a lot of tables! 5. Parking lot has a lot of spot, but it can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: There is a restroom available for customers! Photo: Nom Nom Green Milk Tea

I've been craving brick toast and found this spot! Their brick toast dessert was so delicious and only $10! They also have a lot of tables to hang out or do some work! Definitely planning to come back to try their drinks.

A great spot for hanging out late at night! We ordered the FTB Condensed Milk with Milo Toast + 4 Scoops Ice Cream and Supreme Tropical Tea. I wanted more chocolate and worker Jocelyn was so kind in getting that for me. Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and even claw machine games until 2 AM -- A comfy and casual spot I'd definitely return to!

My husband found this place on a whim and I'm glad he did. Service is definitely mid but the tea was good. We ordered the strawberry tea with boba and the aloha smoothie, which is a pineapple smoothie. My husband loved it so much that he bought one more before we left. The strawberry tea was great and the sweetness level was right where I needed it. The ambiance is really cool! It's such a great hangout spot for groups and gatherings with friends. I'd love to come back. It's totally a plus that they have super late night hours and it's quite lively.

The coffee shop is huge! Lot of tables and very cute decor design! I came in pretty late at almost 2am when they alm close but barista still very accommodate! Ordered nom nom milk ( ice blend). Drink came out quick, SUPER BOMB!!! So gassss, for $7 the cup is absolutely gigantic they gave u a lot worth the money! Ordered at 50% so is not too sweet! Will be back again for other drinks they have 9/10.

I got the royal ceylon milk tea and I ordered online. When I got the drinks it tasted very very watery. It tasted like I was drinking milk with water. The service was really nice and it was pretty busy but I was very disappointed in my drink.

I enjoy studying here! Big booths, a few outlets, and not too busy which makes it a good study space. Parking is easy and the interior is lit to resemble that of a bar which is very cool. There's also a few board games on the side to play with friends as well. I ordered a green milk tea ($5.46), which tasted pretty standard. Although the cup is a little bigger than the standard, they also add a good amount of ice which diluted the taste a little. The popcorn chicken ($7.80) was well-seasoned. The best part of the bubble waffle (8.84) was the ice cream surprisingly as our waffle came out lukewarm even after waiting over 20 minutes for it.

Parking, however, due to the other popular neighboring restaurants can pose a challenge. There was a line forming, but it goes by quickly and the drinks seem prebatched to save time. Even if that was the case, their drinks are amazing. My recommendations are their Double Matcha, Matcha Einspanner, and their Pandan Coffee. All are excellent choices and the sweetness level is a good ratio for me. I kept my matcha at a regular sweetness and it was perfect. Any less, the bitter taste may be too strong for me, so I enjoyed it. The service was fast, and the matcha was definitely up to my standard. I would highly recommend Airoma for your matcha and coffee fix!

I came on a Monday around 11AM, and it was decently crowded, which surprised me, so I had high hopes. However, the line was short, so I didn't have to wait long. The cashier who took my order was very friendly and efficient. I got a Matcha Pandan (75% sweet). I waited around 5 mins before I received my drink. Honestly, I would give the drink 3.5 stars. What I really liked was that I could taste the pandan! I also thought 75% sweetness was perfect for me. The size of the drink was also generous for the price as I'm used to smaller sizes at other matcha cafes for the same price. However, I didn't really taste the matcha which was odd because before mixing my drink fully, I took a quick sip and definitely tasted matcha. Once I did mix it though, the matcha flavor was gone, and I mainly just tasted pandan. Overall, mainly giving Airoma 4 stars for the service and efficiency! My drink was good, but not mind-blowing. Maybe their other drinks like their coffee are better, so I'd try them again if I'm in the area.

Their fresh fruit tea and blends are spectacular. Here are some of their amazing must order fruit drinks! A traumatic experience…read more The shop is a banh mi place that also sells boba drinks called 'Aaza'. The menu makes it seem like they have a large range of drinks, but they actually only have a couple in each category. My sister and I were disappointed to see that they didn't have any flavored teas, which is what we always get. * Mango Coco Pomelo: 8/10 - real mango fruit * Passion Fruit Orange: 7/10 - couldn't taste the passionfruit flavor so mostly orange * Boba: 8/10 - soft and chewy While my sister was waiting in line to order the drinks, my mom needed to use the restroom really badly. However, in order to use it at all, we needed a receipt to prove that we were customers. We're completely fine with that, but there were about 10 people in front of us and the line was not moving at all. We pointed to my sister who was waiting in line and promised to show them our receipt afterwards, but they still wouldn't let my mom use the restroom. How ridiculous. Another thing we found annoying was how they couldn't adjust the drinks. We just didn't want them to add any garnishes or fruit slices to the drink, but they refused. We found it weird considering it would actually SAVE THEM MONEY not having to add it to our drinks, but okay. The layout of the shop itself was also really unusual. Although they have a beautiful mural on the wall, they only had a couple of normal tables and chairs on the right side while the rest of the place was scattered with cheap, plastic, short chairs. I think the goal was to make the customers feel like they were in Vietnam, but it was just uncomfortable. They're definitely way too low for the older adults and I have no idea how anyone wearing a dress would be able to sit down. Considering how easily you can kick the chairs and the 'tables' were just wooden boards on top of the plastic chairs, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. After waiting for what felt like forever to order, we also had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our drinks. When they finally came, it was only 1 and we had to wait for them to finish the other drink. When it finally came out, they forgot to add the boba that we paid for so we had to wait an additional couple of minutes. We interacted with 3 workers during our visit there and 2/3 of them were rude. They looked like the owners since they weren't wearing the uniforms and hats that the other workers were wearing. I understand that they just opened, but a couple of things to keep in mind when coming to the shop: - You need the receipt in order to use the restroom - Adjustments cannot be made to your drink whatsoever - Seating is very uncomfortable - Waited in line for 20 minutes to order and 15 minutes to pick up our drinks - Owners were rude Don't think we'll be coming back.

Whilst I was there they were having a promo buy one get one on their harumi matcha latte. I indulged, purchasing a strawberry and mango under the offer. The matcha is slightly bitter and slightly sweet. The cream(?) liquid they use helps with the silkiness of the beverage which is generally smooth in the first place (likely sifting any chunks of matcha). The fruit base isn't overpowering and helps compliment the sweetness with a hit of fruit flavor rather than obscuring it (out of the two, I prefer strawberry). All in all, a delicious fruit matcha latte and bodes well for their milk tea drinks which I was originally there for. Hope to come by again sometime!
