It has been a long time since I've been here and it still is a great place to get bbq. The menu has a lot to choose from, we went with the bbq plate for 2 but it's enough to feed 3 to 4. Excellent sauce flavor, plus on the tables they have an assortment of sauces to add a little kick. The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection. The meat fell right off the bone. The pork was so tender it melted in your mouth. The beans and coleslaw had great flavors. The plate included some cornbread that was baked with honey and butter that gave it a nice crust on top. Utensils are provided but don't be afraid to use your hands..it is a bbq joint. Hand wipes are available at every table if you get messy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of tables and booths for your comfort and large parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A full bar with big screen tvs for game day or just to chill with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Give them a try.

Ordered via Door Dash. We got the three meats (rib tip, brisket, and tri-tip) and added burnt tips. The combo comes with cornbread, pickles, pickled onions, fried onions, and broccoli. My favorites were the tender and flavorful burnt tips, tastes like char siu, and soft cornbread. My least favorites were the tri-tip and rib tips which were dry and overdone. The brisket is not super tender but still soft enough and had subtle flavor.

I was going to write a really long review about how bad my experience at Famous Dave's was, but I decided to summarize it instead. From start to finish, the service was incredibly slow. I ordered sweet tea twice, and got regular tea twice. I ordered the BBQ nachos, and there may have been a misunderstanding, but I got BBQ nachos with brisket. I thought I was getting pulled pork. Some of the meat was cold, some of the beens were cold, and all of the chips were cold. Also, some of the chips were stale, the brisket was dried out, and there were some sad looking pieces of lettuce on top. I was unimpressed, but hungry, so I ate the food anyway. I got the bill and it was $56.00! My server billed me for another table's food.l by mistake. When I complained about that and the charge for the brisket, they adjusted the bill, but they were rude about it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I couldn't understand why the place was so empty when I walked in. I did when I walked out![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped by to get some sauce, Devil's Spit. Had Dave's Sampler Platter, it was ok, nothing too special. In particular, the rib tips were 95% gristle, very little meat. We were expecting ribs with bones that had meat. Service was on point was, there were few customers, just a couple of vehicles in the parking lot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Guess that should of been a clue. Hmmm, no wonder why[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]...

Bosses took me here for lunch. We were seated right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a bit dim inside, but enough lighting to see your food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Got to try their ribs, brisket, mashed potato, and cornbread. The ribs and brisket was tasty. Wasn't as salty as I expected. Which I prefer. The mashed was okay. The cornbread was a bit on the dry side, but still good. I was more so into the meat. The service was great from beginning to end of our visit.

It had been awhile since we last dined in. We usually pickup some takeout for my wife's mom and/or sometimes for ourselves. Today, we visited this Famous Dave's twice. Once driving up to drop off groceries and food for my M-I-L. Then driving home we decided to actually eat here. We shared a three-item combo plate with burnt ends, bbq pulled chicken, and Roasted chicken. Our sides were the mac & cheese and French fries. The chicken was tender and juicy. The mac & cheese has diced jalapeños in it, so it has a kick. The burnt ends were good and also the cornbread! Ashley D (I think) was our server. She was very friendly, helpful, and attentive, as she checked on us a few times. She was sweet and had a great personality.

Famous Amy was our waitress and she was exceptional very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Everyone in our party enjoyed their individual meals. They have plenty to choose from Ribs, Brisket, chicken, they have a lot of sandwiches I loved the cornbread I got banana pudding for dessert. It was my Birthday and I really enjoyed everything. I will be back and I suggest if you're in the area make sure to stop by.

Came for company birthday lunch with coworkers. We got seated in a booth. Food was super filling. I ordered a 2-combo, tri-tip and beef brisket. It came with cornbread comes with it, and I chose mac and cheese and broccoli as sides. They also helped us store a birthday cake, which they brought out when we were ready for dessert.

4 for food, 5 for our server Famous Britney. Ribs, roasted chicken, beans, mac&cheese is delicious, pork was a bit salty. Famous Britney gave us her insider food recs. She's friendly and genuine.

The waitress Amy, was very nice and had good customer service. Ribs were good and very flavorful, chicken strips were overcooked and hard, fish was small but good, hot wings were good. Onion rings were very good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Famous Dave's is not too bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came here on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't too crowded and was served/greeted hella fast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ended up getting a 2 meat combo sausage and brisket. The food wasn't too bad, the sauces were good also. Kinda want them to have a Carolina gold sauce though. All the food was good, I just wish it wasn't as steep. Overall it's a decent place if you're craving bbq.

My parents like this establishment, but when my parents pay $18 for 12 full corn muffins and get some broken in half but counted as 2 instead of the one is sad. other than that it's great food!

FYI if you're craving their "award winning" bread pudding for take out after a rough day... don't make your day worse. I ordered through the app and upon picking up was asked if I needed a spoon. Which I did not. But after leaving the restaurant I realized that it wasn't heated up. I was too far to make turning around worth my while. I double checked the app to make sure I didn't miss something, like a warning or an option. I didn't. Maybe when I'm having a better week I'll try again and improve my rating. But for now I have no interest in ever returning. I'm glad I didn't order ribs.. I don't have a grill either! read more

I just love this place so much!! For a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, we ALWAYS order the feast for two and it's definitely enough food! This is my millionth time eating there and I always forget to take pics. Today, I was able to sneak in a picture of the packaging before inhaling my food :) The meat is just so delicious. The cornbread you ask? To die for! Oh, let's not forget about the beans. OMG, I could cry. We ordered at the restaurant and the wait wasn't long at all. They included utensils, wipes, and a bunch of devil's spit bbq sauce!! Please don't forget the devil's spit bbq sauce, it'd be a crime. Please support this bbq spot!!! A true gem that we have here at Southland! Don't miss out! The service is AMAZING! Both the servers i have had are so kind and always on top of everything! The food is just as good to, even the chicken there is great and I personally pick chicken last in most places (sometimes even avoid it) for the ribs, the meat is So easy off the bone that it's basically effortless to eat and you have lots of options for sauce even for none which I like. The bathrooms a pretty damn clean to, as a female I'd feel comfortable using which is RARE of me. The restaurant in itself is also clean, and so open. They also have sports TVs for peeps to enjoy while at the bar. It might look closed and empty but that's only cause it's missing you. I can't stress enough how worth it this place truly is! Other restaurants have been skipping out or even shrinking but this one isn't. read more

The wife and I were looking for a place to eat after visiting some friends in Hayward and came across Famous Dave's. It was finally a night that I could choose what to eat and I was in dire need for some BBQ. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff and for a party of 2, the wait time was almost non-existent. We got sat and only after a few minutes our dinner service had started. Our drinks/ appetizer orders were taken and we both shared an appetizer of Burnt ends. After a few minutes contemplating what to order, we decided to order the Feast for 2 (since it said it fed 2-3 people). We ordered St. Louis Ribs, Texas Beef Brisket and the BBQ Chicken. It also came with 3 sides and we choose the Coleslaw, Dave's Mac and Cheese and the Famous Fries. We waited about 10 mins for the appetizer and when it arrived it was sooooo good. The seared burnt ends in that BBQ sauce was a perfect start for the meal. When our Feast for 2 arrived, I was honestly surprised of how much food was on this platter, it was massive (You can probably feed 4 people with the feast for 2). As we started on our feast, the ribs and the chicken were good, but my favorite has to be the Brisket with their sauce Rich & Sassy sauce ( I would also recommend the Devil's spit, if you're into heat). The sides also complimented our meal, but I am a sucker for Mac and Cheeses and Famous Dave's did not let me down. The service was great and we really appreciated our server checking in on us and making sure we were both taken care of. I would highly recommend checking Famous Dave's at Hayward if your in the area. read more

TOGO Review only: I lovveee Famous Daves appetizers: ShortRib Southside Rib Tips. It ur looking for meat with cartilage then u came to the right spot!!!! I dont like ribs without cartilage and i inquired in the past and their regular ribs doesnt have it only this one. I sign up for their email, get coupons, DL their app, u get points and i redeem them several times in the past soo worth it!! The Gentleman who was working in the TOGO section at 2:20pm today. Hands down Kudos to him cuz i asked for the Rich and sassy sauce (togo packets) and he said they had no more but went in the back and got me a togo cup of it! Such great customer service!!! Give this man a Raise!!!!!! I love that so thank u!!!! Ive never ate inside so dont know how the service is there but their togo section is always on point. Also on their app i was able to edit my pick up time close to the original pick up time which i definitely love and appreciate that they r so considerate of that cuz things throughout the day changes. I had an earlier appointment n got done early and didnt want to wait for my food went on the app and changed the pick up time. We tried this location for the first time. It was an online order for pickup. There are no signs on the building directing where to go for pick up orders, first of all. We get instructions from a worker and had to drive around the building just for the To Go orders. We pull up as another customer is going inside. She gives her name and is handed her order. I step up and give my name. The worker asked me "which one" because me and the other customer had the same first name. I give me last name and she says, "Oh. She has your order." I tell her, "YOU should have checked that in the beginning!" Since the other customer happened to have just exited with my order, it was a quick exchange. We check the order. We say there's something missing. We ordered two of the same entree. She goes to the back and comes back she tells us, "they put both orders in the same container." Why? How about this was two separate orders?! How about you don't assume it's ok to combine my order? We ordered two catfish finger entrees and she says, "Oh, you ordered two in the order so they just put it all in one." Wow... The girl looked dumb founded as I'm complaining about the decision to combine my order. We called the manager and he says they sometimes combine the orders. Ludicrous! What kind of idiotic idea is that? We ordered corn bread MUFFINS. We saw the pictures of them she it's what we've been accustomed to from Famous Daves. We got my mommas cornbread squares. What's going on y'all? Beware! In the end, the service was mediocre. The food was not good. The portions for the sides are for infants only. INFANTS ONLY. And if you order two of something, they will combine it into one container. read more

We love coming to famous Dave's on winton! The staff is always so nice and attentive to us. Today we had Brittney as our server and she went above and beyond for us, even brought out our toddlers food first so he could eat right away. Wasn't sure if I wanted to post this!! I love coming to this place. We tried 2 different places tonight for dinner and drinks and were so disappointed that we walked away from the business. We walked in the Famous Dave's and walked right up to the bar and was greeted By Amy who was so kind. We got served the BEST vodka cranberry we have ever had. The food was awesome as well. Picked up my To Go Order. Made it home. Opened my container and to my surprise it looks like someone sampled my food before I did. A called in and the server who answered handed things well. Unfortunately the manager did not speak with me directly. She said the mark is the way the brisket is cut and offered to send me a gift card.... We can't go in the restaurant without a mask but this is acceptable?!?! read more

Came in on a Saturday evening, It was mine and my husband first time. We were greeted by our lovely server Fabiola that was very helpful to any questions we had and suggested the feast for 2 since that had a variety of food. My husband loved the beans so much we ordered another side.The food was a 10/10 it was a lot of food as well. Overall our experience was lovely, our server was very attentive and friendly. Did a drive-by for Dave's today after seeing it in passing a few times. Entered empty restaurant just after 12 pm but was escorted out the back and over to the ToGo Station. The restaurant was very lean and the staff are very friendly!!! I ordered the Founder's Feast with bbq brisket, bbq chicken, and pork Ribs. Meat was tender and seasoned nicely. Didn't need sauce. The meal came with sweet cornbread and steamed corn on the cobb as well as three sides, so I chose mac and cheese, beans, and coleslaw. Coleslaw was a little watery and tasted a lot like KFC but less sugary. Beans had small chunks of meat and seemed to be baked beans but tasted good. My husband thought they were from a can. Who knows? I also ordered banana pudding for dessert. Unfortunately, the pudding seemed processed rather than fresh, and the whipped cream was sad. Basically, pre-made and sitting in the fridge. Overall, the food is not bad. I just didn't know what to expect. More like comfort food and convenience. Kinda Applebee's-ish but above. It just wasn't the hole-in-the wall rockin' mom and pop bbq I was craving. My favorite dish was actually the mac and cheese because most places don't even try to make a statement with their mac, but Dave's added corn and (I think) green chilis. read more

Worst managed food establishment you could ever go to ! Had to order my own food from the bar after I waited 1 hour at the table.... The menu has changed over the pandemic and the tacos which were a favorite are off the menu. They also changed their pick up and the service was just ok. Actually I don't even think they said thank you. A bit pricey, and on last visit the ribs were so tough (not cooked properly) I could not eat them. :( read more

I got the rib and chicken plate. The mashed potatoes has a weird taste. Mac and cheese had corn& green peppers, no description said there will be corn. Brisket had a weird coloring, didn't even eat. The beans and ribs were good at least. Plates were very flavorless. read more

I love Famous Daves and the servers. They are very attentive and go above and beyond to make my visit delightful and personal. I recommend the Rib Tips as an apt. It's a good size and comes with fries, super delicious! I last went with a bigger group and got the American Feast which had many meats. I've also gotten it to-go and it was the best time. Sharing with others a Feast around a campfire at night, good memories. I will be back soon. read more

Came in during lunch time and there was barely anyone there and nobody to greet us right away. Excited for the food but ultimately was let down. The only good parts of the meal was the sides. The corn bread was amazing, potato salad was also good. However the main reason for coming, the bbq was so dry. The rib tips tasted and looked like they were old. Parts of the ribs were so hard, harder than jerky that it was inedible. The brisket was also cold, dry and not much flavor. Big disappointment. I will sadly not be returning nor do I recommend anyone to eat there. I had high hope and was excited but it's unfortunate. They couldn't get the meat right especially when that's their main seller. read more

The Cajun crab fries started off really good, but as we dug deeper, they became overwhelmingly salty. It seemed like the Cajun seasoning was layered heavily throughout, and unfortunately I couldn't finish them because of it. I'm leaving one star off for the fries, but overall I enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

And lastly, the hot artichoke and jalapeño dip comes with slices of sourdough baguette. I enjoyed this but wish they toasted the bread. Also, they have a wonderful selection of alcohol. They are a great snack while you wait for your meal. 9/10 - The ube pancakes: These were pretty solid. I didn't think that the pancakes themselves had a very strong ube flavor, if any. I think all of the flavor was in the ube coconut sauce that they come with. However, there is only sauce on the first layer so you might want to get extra! It is an additional $2.75 or so to get the extra side of ube sauce, though. The pancakes themselves could have been a little more moist and fluffy, as they were a bit dry and dense. I loved the fruit and sauce, so that definitely made up for it! I'm glad that I got to try, but I don't think I'd get them again. Instead, I would get a regular pancake and a side of the ube coconut cream! 8/10 - The chorizo burrito: My bf said that this was also a pretty good option. He thought that it could have been a bit more flavorful, but was still satisfied with his meal! 7.5/10 - The side of hash browns: These were good, as to be expected! We were served ably by the courteous Carlos, who started us off with tasty ham and cheese empanadas (served with a superb spicy aioli), and refreshing guava and maracuya (passion fruit) mocktails. Unfortunately, they were out of chicha spritz, which our daughter was craving, and all other types empanadas - beef, chicken, veggie - were finished! Then we turned our attention to entrées, and ordered causa, pan con chicharrón, and aji de gallina. The causa was a visual treat, the crispy pork belly sandwich was my favorite item on the menu, and the shredded chicken and potatoes over rice was the most filling! Of course, we left room for dessert! They were again out of one of our daughter's favorites - the choco lucuma trifle - so we had to make do with alfajores and lucuma ice cream. These were delicious and were a wonderful way to end the meal. Total bill was about $150 before tip. We will definitely stop by again to try some of the menu items that were not available. But my favorite dish of all was the Fettuccine Bravazo, which came with fettuccine in a creamy yellow huancaina sauce (made of queso fresco and yellow pepper) topped with shaved Parmesan, served alongside Lomo Saltado, cubes of marinated top sirloin stir-fried with onions, tomatoes, and peppers in a savory sauce. The huancaina pasta was creamy and delicious, and the beef in the Lomo Saltado was perfectly tender and juicy--what a creative way of combining two Peruvian classics into a single dish! Overall, the food and service here were both memorable, though the menu prices were undoubtedly high for what we got.

Famous Dave's what can I say, so I been waiting for this establishment to open all summer and finally made it back to Hayward to do so.. I went in yesterday with my wife and daughter and had a great experience.. I did not expect that because coming on yelp reading some pretty harsh reviews. First off never believe what you read, you have too check it out your self.. The host were nice and pleasant at the front door.. We were greeted with smiles and everyone asked if we where okay ALL NIGHT!!! I ordered Combo Rib n meat with the brisket.. Two sides Dave's Mac and Wilbur beans( still didn't ask why they called Wilbur beans) umm good.. Ribs were tender brisket on point and the two sides where gone before the meat.. I am a big guy so the side portions are a little off. My wife and daughter had grilled chicken BBQ salad... From the look of their plates and how they fell asleep on the way home. I can say they were satisfied.. The server was a gal name Tiffany( famous Tiffany) I thought that was nice how she keep calling her self famous( she even called us famous ppl) she showed us about all the sauces and put her own touch too it.. She had us laughing the entire time, you would think she been serving for years, but, said this is her first server job and she said she enjoys it, she said she enjoy ppl.. Did not get what she ment by that but I think she likes working with ppl. she was very pleasant. Food arrive about 20 min it was a problem with the Salad in the kitchen but nothing big enough to have a melt down and put them down on YELP. I was headed with my younger brother and my mother to a Sunday lunch. It was a such a sunny day and we decided to go to Famous Dave's for a barbeque. The place is in the back of SouthLand which makes it appear kind of hidden, which isn't good. It has a very appetizing look to it though, inside and out. In my opinion it is a very good place to eat with either friends or family. As i approached the building the door was opened for me and my family by an employee who worked there, which made me feel welcomed.As soon as i came in the place smelled delicious. The place wasn't so full there was only a couple people which was good because we got seated as soon as we got inside. The waitress was very helpful and kind she kept a smile on her face which made us feel comfortable. i would have to say her service was excellent. The Place is a bit dark but i think that is a good thing because it keeps the place cool. When we ordered the waitress recommended us a couple of foods. Our order did not take a long time to come to us it was less than an hour. Honestly my family enjoyed the service and the meal a lot. The place has the best corn bread and coleslaw. My family had never been there but that was my second time there. I think we will for sure return more often i really enjoyed my experience here. I rated it four stars because it was really worth it, it is a bit pricey though. One thing i would in prove is having more waiters because there was only three in the back where i was seated and there was a couple families. So, this was my first time ever at famous daves, and because of Johnathan (manager) I will never return. We sat in a booth in the back room, and Johnathan, the manager there ended up our server. Let me start by saying this, if the manager of a restaurant thinks its ok to stare down the shirts of his customers while he takes their orders and hit on them, than I can only imagine what goes on in the back or with other servers there. This guy is a creepy pervert. The whole time I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable by him, and when I over heard him say to another co worker in the back about "checking out the ass of one of the woman" there, I felt even more so. The worse part about it, was after I kindly decided to not entertain his desire for me and my girls, he gave us attitude and slower service. He didn't ask if we would like refills, and took forever with our check as if he was throwing a temper tantrum for us not "flirting" back with him. Some friends and I ate here Friday night. The food is pretty good at Famous Dave's, but it's far from the best. The Place is cliche family barbecue chain. You get a lot to eat for a decent price. Most meals come with two sides, corn, and a cornbread muffin. And like any family chain restaurant you have to look very deep into its massive menu to find something healthy. The best part is the sauce. Famous Dave's leaves six types on the table. All of them are good. I personally love the Devil's Spit. It's perfectly spicy, but still very flavorful. The staff was nice, but service was a little slow. In all fairness to the server, it was late and the kitchen was probably trying to clean up before we even got there. Famous Daves is a place I'd go back to if some one wants to hit it up, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to eat there again. read more

The food here is cool. I never had a problem with some Daves Ribs. I can eat them all day, everyday. BUT I will tell you what or who I got a problem with. The Mexican ass nigga named Johnathan who thinks its cool to be in the back of the restaurant throwing the word "nigga" around like he one. I don't know what they thinking hiring this man as the manager, but the moment I heard this little ass boy throw the word "nigga" around like he black, I wanted to get up out my seat and slap some sense into his color blind ass. Luckily, for myself and him, I was with my family, and my little daughter doesn't need to be around any kind of drama like that. We had an awesome experience at Famous Dave's -- seriously underrated spot. Shoutout to Brittany (our server) -- she was on it the whole time. Friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. Food was dialed: - Shale got the chicken -- super moist, which is rare for BBQ. Most places dry it out, this was spot on. - I had the ribs -- fall-off-the-bone good, packed with flavor, cooked exactly right. - Sides were all solid -- mac & cheese was creamy, beans had great flavor, and the fries were crisp. - Cornbread tasted made from scratch -- not dry or crumbly like most places. You can tell. Overall: great service, great food, and this is officially our new go-to BBQ spot. We'll definitely be back! read more

I went to the new Famous Dave's in Hayward. I have never been to Famous Dave's Barbeque before. Hand's down... the best Barbeque you will find anywhere! The ribs were the best I have ever had, and I can make some mean ribs! The pulled pork, brisket, rib tips, etc. are all amazing! There wasn't one side dish we didn't like either. The restaraunt is beautiful. Their customer service was outstanding. All of their staff members were attentive and helpful. It was a great experience and well worth the drive! We will go again soon! I hope they bring Famous Dave's to the Sacramento area!!! Until then... head on down to Hayward if you want to enjoy Barbeque that is out of this world! read more

Was unsure to order a burger from here since they specialize in great bbq but I went ahead and ordered the ultimate burger with fries accompanied with a sweet tea they make in house. My server recommended it and was she right . It was perfectly sweetened and not over the top like some other places I have been. Man the burger was juicy and bun crispy, it came with bbq sauce and cheese but can't forget how it piled with Chopped pork and bacon. The Hellfire pickles are my new fave. I definitely understand why it's on the menu. This will be my new go to when dining here highly recommend. read more

Came in lunch yesterday and had there 3 dollar vodka cranberry drink. It was good for the price,but the food now i defintiely raved about. I typically dont leave reviews but i felt this spot deserved a shot out. Yiu can tell the food is fresh and their bbq is smoked in house. Who would of known a local spot on a little city would have such great delicious bbq. Tbe brisket was flavorul and tender as well as the ribs. My wife had the bbq chicken platter and wanted more. Stopped by and had some lunch today with a couple friends. We were greeted promptly and recieved service right away . Our server Djenne was amazing her attention to detail and knowledge of the food was on point. I had the chili and that was darn good. I also tried the chopped salad with pulled chicken . Best salad i have tried in awhile. The crunchy bites of tortilla strips and sweet corn kernels how could you go wrong. It was dressed with a lime chipotle ranch that gives it a tang and creaminess which balances this dish perfectly. Absolutely recommend. I will be back . read more

I brought my family in on a Saturday morning, the service was fast giving that there was only two young ladies handling the entire floor. My sever was Stephanie she did a great good taking care of us checked in on us frequently all while handling other tables and making drinks which by the way were amazing try the Rum Punch 10/10. We had a all American feast which was the perfect about of food great portions and variety of meats and sides the bbq chicken is juicy and the Wilber beans are my favorite will definitely be back and tell my friends about this place! read more

On 05/26/2023 I went in to the San Jose location with my Girlfriend to get some BBQ food that my Brother recommended. I am extremely critical to my BBQ and was pleasantly surprised WOW they nailed it! I got the two meat combo Ribs and Brisket INCREDIBLE! There was a manager I think her name was Alex which was running the floor and working GREAT with her staff which gave a great VIBE and FEEL to the dinning experience. Love love this place cant wait to go back. Just dined in and the bbq was amazing. I had the burnt ends, the carmelized sweet bbq sauce were ooo so tender and tasty with the pickles and pickled onions. Service was awesome. Quick and friemdly. We also shared the All amercian feast which had a variety of brisket ribs chicken and lots of delicious sides. Why havent i foumd this place sooner. This is some great bbq hands down. Had a party today here at this location and I have to say I was very pleased with the great service kiana provided for us today. She was very detailed and organized and didn't miss a beat. She was very helpful and checked on us frequently, so did the management. It was very easy order for a large party. We did a several of the all American feast and were able to modify the sides on the meal and all were all so tasty. My guest were very happy with it all. Came in yesterday with my family for my birthday. I was amazed how clean and well kept this place is. We were greeted right away and sat quickly. We had the sampler platter and man was it delicious,then we had the american feast that came witha little bit of everything from ribs brisket chicken beans mac fries cornbread and corn . It was a lot of food . We lovee everything and will be back. Highly recommend for big groups since they have a few different family platters on the menu. Keep rocking it famous daves. read more

Currently stuffed from our delicious double date here at famous daves! We had the "feast for two" which basically let us sample everything and then some leaving leftovers to grub later! Awesome service tonight everyone was very kind and attentive, special shout out to our server CHAD, gave us excellent customer service! Definitely will be coming back in future. **only thing I would improve was they need to add greens to their menu and put a little more loving into the Mac n cheese and they'd be winning! read more

2 stars for the nice and friendly staff/hosts. food gets ZERO stars. sadly, came once to try their BBQ and was very disappointed. Ribs were cooked WAY TOO LONG and layers of seasoning and layers of rubber-like meat was a chore to get to the softer meat in the middle. Brisket was also over cooked and even with a good helping of sauce to mask it, it still was just "OK" the mac n cheese was also just "ok" we will NOT be returning back and will just go to carmen's, just potato salad or kinders. read more

Came in today with a party of 5 . I was amazed how clean and neat the tables were kept. We had the wings and bones que feast . The ribs had a nice char on them and just the right tenderness. Wings were right on point along wiht macaroni and cheese. I never tried their chopped pork before and man was that out of this world delicious. Not only was the food up to par but the service was was great as well. I love love this place everytime i order it never dissappoints. This spot deserves 10 stars. read more

Stopped by this place for a quick bite to ear while i was out running some errands. Never knew there was a hidden gem nearby. The best bbq i had in a really long time. You can tell they smoke their meats in house not like some other places i've came across in the past. Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. I had the georgia chopped pork sandwich with the mash potatoes and man was the meat tender and flavorful. The mash was just as good. Service was quick and friendly. Will be back!!! read more

Our server Amy was amazing. She greeted us with a smile when we came in and brought us our drinks quickly. She also recommended their top sellers, up sold me from a iced tea to a very refreshing cold beer, which I appreciate very much. During these uncertain times in the restaurant business, it's good to know some places like Famous Dave have kept customer service and food quality a top priority. The General manager was also a delight to interact with. We will definitely be coming back. read more
