Definitely a place we will want to return to! Came here for lunch. Location is in a strip mall. Very clean inside with booths and a few tables. Order by QR code. You can customize the spice level. I got the hand pulled noodles with inari tofu skin and my husband hot and sour noodles with dumplings. We got the spicy beef shank as an appetizer. Everything was so delicious! Hand pulled noodles were perfectly chewy. Inari tofu skin added a nice sweet contrast to the spice. The beef shank was tender and juicy. The mala taste is perfection. Finished everything! They also have soup dumplings which we didn't try this time but will look forward to it next time. Recommend you come for great Chinese food and support a small local restaurant!
The food here was good! I can definitely see why this place is a favorite among locals. The noodles are definitely stand out. Among our party we all different cut noodles and it was nice to be able to experience the difference chew and bite of the noodles. The broth is the soup was delicious. Our soups came out very fresh and hot. Our food didn't come out all together, it came out as it was ready. Cute and quaint restaurant. You place your order via QR code so your interaction with staff is minimal.
Good portion size, quick service. Great location for anyone who's a fan of biang biang noodles - these were very well made and very wide! I got the beef shank noodles (beef was very tender) and my husband got the pork belly - both yummy options. I also feel like the spice level was pretty accurate, I chose 2 pepper signs which was less spicy than my husband, who got 3 pepper signs. However, I feel like 2-3 peppers were spicy, but very manageable. I didn't feel like I had to drink a bunch of water, but did make my nose run a little (a good thing!) You can also get milk tea with your noodles for $2 which is honestly an excellent deal Note: they do the new QR menu + ordering to the table, but you can ask for a paper menu.
Pretty solid hand-pulled noodles! We got the mala dry noodles and it was flavorful with a good amount of spice. The noodles were delicious and i loved the bouncy texture! The portions are a bit small though. There was plenty of parking in the lot on a Thursday night and the restaurant wasn't too busy so our food came out fast.
Updating my previous review. Fang's has a remodeled interior that is sleeker, colder, less friendly, less funky, and less playful than it was when it opened. The colorful wall murals are gone. The bowls used to serve noodle dishes are now HUGE and DEEP, leading some to say portion sizes are not generous. That is not correct. They are plentiful. You're just getting your noodles in a gargantuan bowl. Service is acceptable, but just barely. It's often negligent. I ended up getting up to get my own new set of chopsticks when I had an issue with mine and some extra napkins because the server was too focused on playing with the TV stations (which they were two or three times while we were there). You order from a QR code and pay in advance--including tip--now. The food is still very good. Noodles are great. They've also gotten creative and gone a bit overboard there with the addition of colored noodles, which I did not try. Dumplings have gone creative too. The flavors are very good, and the dumplings are well made. The colors for the dumplings make a bit more sense than for the noodles, but I still find the whole idea a little much. Still solid noodle dishes. Maybe a tiny bit less balanced and authentic than when they opened, but the noodles are well made. Flavors are good. Will definitely return, but I just hope they don't eventually lose their way by trying to be different and trendy instead of reliable and fun.
I went here with a friend and we had our littles with us. It's awesome that they offer high chairs! As far as seating goes, there's a lot of booths and a few tables to sit at. I ordered the mala beef shank dry noodles (3 stars spicy) with tomato and egg. It was deliciously packed with flavor and spices! The noodles were perfectly chewy and the beef was so tender! It was slightly oily but that was expected. I would honestly eat here once a week if I could and try everything on their menu.
Located in a very unassuming strip mall, the exterior had us a bit worried but once we stepped inside we were pleased to see a fairly clean and updated interior. We tried the katsu curry noodles, Orange chicken noodle, cold noodle, pan fried pork dumpling (like a pan fried XLB) and green beans. The beans have a the numbing spice kick to them, which I liked but the third person in our group could only eat a few before it became unbearable. The curry noodles is interesting. It has peas and carrots, which isn't what we're used to seeing unless we're in Hawaii ordering Hamburger Curry. Orange chicken noodle was great. The cold noodle is what I came here for and it did not disappoint. Our server was so happy and friendly, it made us all smile while we ate our food. Worth the drive and google map adventure for sure.
Really good, authentic-tasting food! We were seated right away at 630 on a weekday. There's a large parking lot but I'm sure it gets packed during peak hours. You order everything up front through their app and then they bring it out to you. The beef shank noodle soup is definitely rainy day comfort food and the biang biang noodles are perfectly chewy. I also got the blistered green beans and they were pretty good. Condiments interestingly are not on the table; you have to request them and they're a little stingy on it. We were given one small sauce to go cup for the whole table. I do wish they would switch away from the single use containers but overall I think this establishment is a great place to get your soup and dumpling fix
Decided to make the drive over from Seattle after having this restaurant on our list for a while, and it was worth it! We ordered the mala beef rib dry noodle, pork xiao long bao, and spicy stir fried green bean. The dry noodle was super flavorful and coated with a mala oil. The beef was tender and the noodles were chewy. We loved this dish! The XLB were also surprisingly delicious, definitely comparable to Ding Tai Fung or Supreme Dumpling, with a juicy filling and thin chewy wrapper. The green beans provided a nice contrast, but we prefer them in garlic. Service was quick. We would drive 30 minutes for this place!
Wonderful service, nice staff all around. We went around 4:30p, a super early dinner, so it wasn't busy but still had a couple filled tables! My friend and I tried the spicy XLB, the chili oil spill dumplings, the mala beef shank dry noodle, and the beef rib noodle soup. Everything was wonderful and exceptionally flavored (especially the two dumplings), except... the beef rib noodle soup that fell pretty short. The rib was much less meat than the shank bowl, and was much smaller/shorter of a rib than shown in the advertised photos which is always a disappointment. It was cooked really nicely tender though, so again sad because it was only a few small bites (and the rib costs $8 more than the shank). The soup was also really lacking in flavor - we both thought it was super bland/watery tasting. Wouldn't rec (unless it's a one off)- just surprising that the other dishes were so flavorful except this one. Also highly rec the fruit sodas (i.e. green grape, passion) because they were delish! They were the perfect amount of sweetness (aka not too sweet).
I've had Fang's on my list for quite some time. Not sure how to feel, but I do want to come back. For a noodle house, I wasn't super impressed with the noodles, but would like to try another dish. Their dessert options (mainly dessert XLB) are amazing though, so I honestly wouldn't mind coming here after a meal either. Service isn't nothing to write home about, order via QR at the table and they'll bring food. Not much interaction. Ample parking in the plaza. There's a decent amount of seating but it can get full, so budget time for a wait just in case. Noodles - I love biang biang noodles so may be judgy but these were slightly too hard rather than QQ or chewy. Not bad, but would prefer a bouncier texture than firm. Meat and sauce was tasty, but the beef was a bit inconsistent. Some pieces were tender while others a bit rough. Would've loved a little more protein, but interested in the beef rib option in the future. Pan Fried Dumplings - these were just worse xiaolongbao. They're barely pan fried and then they just stick to the paper in the basket. This also means they run pretty easily. Would stick to ordering XLB. They also don't provide spoons which would be nice for all XLB soup. Taro XLB - star of the show! Definitely snag one of the dessert XLB if not more. They also have red bean and chocolate. Fully filled with a sweet, smooth, and nutty taro paste. These are plentiful and delicious.
Feel like eating hand pulled noddle. This one is similar to Biang Biang noddle in Capitol Hill seattle. Parking: free shared retail parking Restroom: 1 gender neutral restroom When we got there, there's few ppl in front of us, so we went to cashier table asking for seating. She told us to scan their qr code, input your info and you will receive a text to be in wait listed. The restaurant is quiet tight. They have 2 big share table, 6 table and few seating in the bar area. Once we got the text its our turn, we got seated. You order your food via qr code in table and pay right away via square. Also there's a qr code for free drink when you do goggle review. I got my strawberry milk. We ordered: Xiao Long bao - small , 6pc for $11.49 Mala spicy beef ribs hand pulled dry mix noddle - you can change your noddle to thin one, and add extra stuff for extra charge. You also can adjust the spicy level. Rib is very tender easy to pull out of bone Hot sour beef noddle soup - cannot adjust spicy level Fried tofu w chili oil- nice crispy, but no taste. Red bean sesame ball - my fav You can refill water yourself at the water dispenser table near restroom. And you can self serve yourself a fortune cookie. Overall we love the hand pulled noddle texture. No customer service through. This is more like in and out type of establishment. read more

This was my favorite find in 2025. I'm obsessed with their mala beef noodles. Their noodles are very qq and the sauce is addicting! Beef is so soft! I live in downtown Seattle where there are hand pulled noodle spots but somehow fang's is just supreme over them. I hate driving but I'm willing to make the trek there just for them! read more

Fang's has some of the better hand pulled noodles in the area. It reminded me of Xi'ans back home in NYC and sure enough, it actually came in a Xi'an takeout bag. I'd recommend the mala spicy beef noodles, although even a 2 level spice packs some heat. Cucumber salad is also a great choice, as are the xiao long baos (soup dumplings). read more
Craving some biang biang noodles, so came on a weekend for lunch. There's a parking lot which is convenient. There was a bit of a wait, but only ended up waiting ~10 min The interior is interesting. It goes in deep, so the further inside you sit, the dimmer it is, which isn't the greatest but okay. You order and pay via QR code which is also super convenient. I ordered the chili pork wontons and the spicy pork belly biang biang noodles The chili pork wontons were okay. The sauce is nice and acidic, mala, spicy. But the filling was kinda dry and not flavorful For the biang biang noodles, I got 1 star spice which was perfect amount of spice for me. But it was a bit too spicy and not enough acidity. I asked for some vinegar and the worker came back with a dish of soy sauce :c noodles themselves were good though. Pork is fine, not amazing. Overall, not terrible, but wish they had table side vinegar, and the food was just okay. Xi'an is def better than Fangs. read more
I visited this spot with friends to celebrate my birthday. We didn't have to wait long for a table, and ordering was easy--just scan a barcode and place your order on your phone. The food came out quickly, most of it within about 10 minutes. The interior is simple and unpretentious. I ordered the Mala spicy beef dry-mix biang biang noodles with a spice level of 5 (they let you choose from levels 1-5, or no spice at all). We shared several dishes family-style: pork xiaolongbao, barbecue pork buns, chili pork wontons, and spicy crispy chicken wontons. I also had a mango smoothie, while my friends picked their own mains, which they enjoyed. The xiaolongbao were small but tasty. The chili pork wontons had a mild touch of Sichuan pepper--flavorful but not overpowering. The crispy chicken wontons lived up to their name in texture, though they weren't very spicy and had minimal filling. The BBQ pork buns were underwhelming, with a mild flavor and sparse filling. The standout dish was definitely my Mala beef noodles--the beef was incredibly tender, and the hand-pulled noodles were fresh and satisfying. I'd highly recommend them. The spice level 5 felt more like medium heat to me, but I'm used to Indian and Thai spice levels. As for the mango smoothie, it tasted healthy with no added sugar, but lacked flavor and the mango jelly was bland. Overall, I'd strongly recommend the hand-pulled biang biang noodles and some of the appetizers. read more

After seeing a short online and checking the menu, drove up to Kirkland to check out this shop. It is in a strip surrounded by other restaurants and business'. Comfortable but not fancy space. You order online after scanning a qr on the wall. We got the spicy pork belly dry noodles, beef rib dry noodle, Dan Dan noodles, cucumber salad and spicy green beans. We also got the pork xiaolongbao. Washed down with taro milk tea. Everything was very good, top notch noodles. Could have used some vinegar and soy for those dumplings. Service was very good. I'd be a regular if I lived on the Eastside. read more
Wow! So glad I got to try this place finally! The staff greeted us and let us know we can order via the tablet or with them. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but filled up quickly. There is booth and standard table options. We ordered 3 different dishes. Our personal favorite was the dry noodle with beef. It was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. They know their spice for sure, as we got 2/5 and I personally got spiced out after a couple bites in, but it was still spectacular and I know for next time to order it at a lower spice level. The spicy oil dumplings were great and I'm glad we ordered the dan dan noodles as a neutralizer to the 2 spicier dishes. Well oiled machine of a restaurant and amazing handmade noodles to boot! My friend saw this place online and wanted to try it while I was in town. Why does this place only have 3.9 stars? I'll tell you why: only the best Chinese places have 3.9/5 stars. It's a time proven metric and this restaurant excels in taste and quality. The Mala spicy mix noodles with the beef rib is what I consider one of the best items you can get for under $25 in this entire state. I visited Fang's back in April 2024 when they first opened and I can proudly say after returning approximately one year later, the quality, price, and taste all stayed consistent or improved. This is the best Biang Biang Noodles on the east side and arguably #1 in the state. Enjoy the pictures! read more

I visited on a Friday evening with a party of two and had about a 10 minute wait for a table. It was definitely busy with other groups waiting, but the wait list went by quickly. I had a milk tea along with the pork belly dry noodles. It was delicious! I love a long noodle and I ordered an extra noodle as well. The pork belly was super tender and delicious. I got a spice level of 1 Star, which was enough to be a bit spicy but nothing crazy. The pork soup dumplings were very good too. Looking forward to trying the other noodle options next time. read more
Fang noodle house is a must try if you want tasty Chinese food. Food :5/5 Pork belly noodle soup : Excellent tasty noodle soup. The noodles were so soft and the soup was delicious. Right amount of spiciness and salt. Must try Spicy dumplings: This is yet another must try. The tanginess coupled with the right amount spiciness makes it perfect. Food quantity was worth the price. One serving is good for one person. Price is also reasonable. Ambiance : 5/5 The ambiance was great. Very well maintained and clean. Very pleasant experience. Ample parking space outside. Service : 3/5 The customer service is good. No issues. The thing I did not like is the way you need to order. It's through website which is fine. But you need to pay the amount upfront for every order you place which is weird. Also the Apple Pay option doesn't work properly. Though you pay, it was not showing any confirmation and I got confused and tried paying two times without knowing whether transaction went through or not. Overall 4/5. (Must try) read more

We got here right when it opens at 11:00 am on Sunday. There were a steady flow of customers while we ate inside. The outside parking area was a bit sketchy. You can tell it's a pretty old building and area. Inside wasn't bad. It was clean and modern. Right when we stepped in and were seated, I asked for hot tea. This is the only Chinese restaurant that doesn't serve any hot tea. From everything we ordered, I like the pork Xiao Long Bao best. The taste was good but it wasn't the best. The dough was in the ticker side. I didn't like the thick flat noodles we ordered. It was under cooked and so long about 8 inches that it was hard to eat. Nothing really stood out for me. read more
After seeing a reel where they talked about these noodles I had to try them. Got them to go and they are amazing. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone. Added an extra noodle because we were sharing. Definitely worth it! The hand pulled noodles are sooooo good. I didn't love the scallion pancake as it was on the greasy side but it was crispy and fresh. The shrimp balls were on the smaller side but still tasty. Everyone loved the red bean sesame balls. Pickup was fast and easy and relatively quick. Will definitely be back to try more! read more

Very, very tasty. We ordered the spicy pork belly dry mix, beef gyoza, and red bean rice balls to split between the two of us. (We aren't big eaters, if you have a good appetite definitely enjoy a few more dishes than we did!) The pork noodles are the most ridiculous noodles I have ever eaten, in a really good way. Our order had four noodles, and they filled the bowl. Wide like lasagna noodles, but so very long and chewy. Absolutely delicious. We added extra cabbage to the dish, and I definitely recommend that. Our order was "2 star spicy" and was a really good level. Spicy enough to keep us sniffling, not so spicy we weren't picking through the bowl to make sure there wasn't any more stray bits of cabbage or pork hiding in the sauce. The beef gyoza had really thin wrappers, probably the thinnest I have seen. They had great flavor from the griddle (wok?) and $6 for 6 gyoza seems like a steal compared to other places. The filling was soft enough I gave it a second look to make sure it was cooked! Yep, it's just really tender. The red bean rice balls were excellent of course, they were freshly fried and had a good amount of filling and a crisp exterior. The menu is online, you scan the QR code at the table and order on their website, but there was a server patrolling the aisles to make sure everyone had water, etc. As a person with food allergies, I appreciated that individual dishes were marked with major allergens. I'm not sure it's consistent across the website, I didn't ask, but it was nice to know which dishes definitely had hidden allergens. read more

This is our second time here, but i finally thought to write a review. I got the mala dry beef which is very yummy. It comes with cabbage along with a very good amout of meat. The hand pulled noodles is chewy and soft. The ambiance of the store is great, the lighting is dimmed which creates a great atmosphere. The service was good, we got checked on during our meal and had our water refilled- though keep in mind that you order on your own phone using the QR code provided. The taste of the sauce in the mala beef dry is very vinegary but it was enjoyable and i would come again to dry the soup version. read more

This was a new way to place an order for dining in for me. The pictures online were nice to see to help decide what to order. There were a few pictures missing unfortunately. Overall it worked good. The soup was pretty big. It had the longest noodles I've ever seen. The potstickers were very good! The bao was ok, I was expecting a little more juice than it had. read more
Don't be going to this place expecting healthy macro good food, however know that you will be getting mad flavor! The spicy beef def stay on the mild side cause they don't fuk around like my ex with her past mans. The noodles be bouncier than Sydney sweeney. Decided to try this place after seeing a video from a food reviewer and it did not disappoint. To order, you scan a QR code that takes you to the menu then you can choose however much food you would like, then you pay right then. The biang biang noodles were as good as expected (I got the spicy pork belly). I got 2 stars which had pretty good spice for only being 2 stars, so beware of that if you can't handle spice well. I also ordered the scallion pancakes (best ones I've had), the chili pork wontons, and the sesame balls. There was not one dish I did not like. I would choose this over Din Tai Fung any day for not only price, but authenticity. read more

Okay so the noodles are quite good but we didn't like our popcorn chicken I believe they forgot to season it. The noodles are nice and chewy and they swim in a delicious but greasy sauce and the meat is generally tasty. The closest comparison here is Biang Biang noodles in Seattle and I would say Biang Biang has larger and more generous portions with more meat. Staff was really nice tho and it's clean and tidy inside but there's a lot of roadwork so the restaurant was a bit hard to get to. Hopefully that improves soon. read more

Cool spot just south of Totem Lake with great dumplings and a fantastic version of tomato beef! All the textures were light and bouncy QQ. There was a slight sweetness to everything, but not too sweet. I think there was a newer server, but everyone was nice despite not getting napkins and sauces without asking. I wish they had black vinegar as we were given balsamic when asked for vinegar for the dumplings. Overall a very relaxed and quiet spot tucked in a great strip mall. read more

I saw the noodle rib dish on tik tok and it was a delicious as it looks. I love the spice on the well cooked meat that falls off the bone. The egg pancakes are delicious as well. I wish there was one in Renton where I live. I would go there all the time. Prices very reasonable. read more

Packaging and noodles to go is on point!! Not local so this was super convenient for me. I finally found something comparable to Lan Noodles in LA. Spice level is also on point!! Definitely driving 3hrs back to visit from PDX!! read more

On Instagram it shows noodles with big ribs but on your menu it shows no big ribs? It's the beef rib dry mix noodles. i see just small cut meats?
That is the right dish - I ordered it last week and it came with the large beef rib included.
